My name is William Money, a licensed marriage and family therapist in California. I have 8 years in the field and I love my job. I am not the person to give advice or tell you how to live your life. I will not tell you I know everything because I don’t. I will meet you wherever you are therapeutically no matter where you are in your journey. I am not judgmental and I have experience with lots of things so if you feel we are a good fit please reach out to me to schedule our first appointment.
I’m a relational therapist who works with adults and couples seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. Many of the people I work with feel caught in patterns of people-pleasing, perfectionism, overfunctioning, or burnout—often finding it difficult to relax, be present, or feel truly connected to themselves or others.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My goal is to help you align with your values and feel more grounded, authentic, and at ease in your life and relationships.
Hi! My name is Crystal Villanueva and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) based in Southern California and working with clients statewide via telehealth. I have 11 years of experience working with adults, adolescents, couples, and children experiencing the challenges of anxiety, depression, grief, family conflict, relationship challenges, and intimate partner violence.
My approach to therapy is grounded in the spirit of Humanistic therapy. Humanistic Therapy is based on the core belief that people are good at heart and capable of making the right choices for themselves. In therapy, this belief leads me to focus on each individual’s unique point of view and how this view can impact their choices. It further emphasizes the importance of being our authentic selves to live the most fulfilling life. I strive to create a safe environment to help clients feel comfortable to express their thoughts/emotions. I am genuine, friendly, nonjudgmental, empathetic, and interactive. I believe I am easy to talk to as I am casual in my style, but direct and focused when it comes to our work together.
My journey to becoming a therapist began with my own therapy that I received as a youth and young adult; it was life-changing. I worked with a therapist that was completely accepting and non-judgmental of my faults/shortcomings and helped me work past and accept them. Because of this experience, I wanted to give back and provide the same nonjudgment safe space, and acceptance to others.
I'm a licensed therapist who specializes in working with women who are experiencing anxiety, depression, or who find themselves in confusing or hurtful relationships. I enjoy psychology and mental health because I believe emotional well-being is just as important as physical health, and the two are deeply connected. It is meaningful to me to support clients as they begin to understand themselves more fully, develop greater self-awareness, and recognize their own strengths. I value being part of the process as clients gain insight, build confidence, and feel more empowered to make changes in their lives.
Many of my clients come to me feeling overwhelmed by the weight of their emotions, relationships, or life transitions. They may be navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity shifts, or the residue of past relationship injuries that continue to shape their present.
My work focuses on helping you develop awareness, create meaningful change, and strengthen your emotional resilience to move forward with confidence. I draw from evidence-based practices—such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Emotion-Focused approaches, and trauma-informed methods—to provide a space that is structured, encouraging, and collaborative.
If you’re reading this and something resonates, I want you to know that therapy doesn’t have to be overwhelming—you don’t have to figure everything out on your own. I offer a warm, non-judgmental space where your experiences are met with empathy and respect.
Reaching out can feel like a big step, but it’s also a courageous one.
When you’re ready, I’m here.

I am currently a marriage and family therapist licensed in the state of California. As a clinician I have 6+ years’ experience working in residential care as well as community mental health treating children, adolescents, and adults who suffer from various challenges and diagnosis. I have also now worked remotely for 4+ years providing individual therapy to all ages and populations.
In treatment, I believe that each and every person has the power and the courage to face their trauma and find fulfillment and joy in their lives. I view trauma as the root cause for the majority of mental health problems and diagnoses. I believe that treating trauma is the foundation for each client to heal and find wellness in their lives. In the therapeutic process I believe the therapist and client should work together collaboratively to establish wellness goals and a plan to reach those goals. I have been trained in multiple trauma therapy modalities including EMDR, TF-CBT, EFT(emotional freedom technique), and mindfulness. I have used each of these techniques in treatment to process traumatic memories and heal trauma associated symptoms. I have also utilized EMDR to manage chronic pain and sensory issues. Outside of trauma therapy I have treated and managed individuals challenged with ADHD, Autism, and Learning disabilities. I have been trained in ABA and Pivotal Response when working with youth and adolescents with these diagnoses.
Beginning therapy can feel vulnerable, but it can also be a powerful step toward meaningful change. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 30 years of experience working with adolescents, adults, couples, and families. I am licensed in New York, Virginia, California, and Washington, and am approved by the Virginia Board to provide clinical supervision.
I have worked in schools, foster care, public mental health, substance use treatment, and private practice, which gives me a deep understanding of how trauma, relationships, and life transitions shape our emotional well-being.
I specialize in trauma-informed care and support clients navigating anxiety, mood disorders, complex trauma, relational challenges, and identity development, including gender and sexuality exploration. As a PhD student at the International Institute for Clinical Sexology, specializing in Advanced Gender Therapy, I provide affirming and thoughtful care.
My approach is collaborative, respectful, and grounded in evidence-based practice. Together, we focus not only on reducing distress but on building resilience, clarity, healthier relationships, and greater self-trust. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe, understood, and empowered to move forward.
My focus is to provide support and guidance. I provide individual, couples, and family therapy (ages 5+) using a client-centered approach. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT), etc. I am bilingual in English and Spanish. I provide a client-centered approach with motivational interviewing. I use a wide variety of therapeutic approaches.
I am a psychologist who works with a balance of warmth and precision. I pay close attention to patterns—how they formed, how they show up, and what keeps them in place. I tend to be active in sessions, helping you make connections, ask questions that matter, and gently challenge what no longer serves you. At the same time, I hold space for what is difficult without rushing it.
My background includes work in forensic psychology, which has shaped my ability to notice patterns quickly and remain steady in the presence of intensity.
In addition to my clinical work, I have spent over a decade teaching graduate-level psychology, which informs the way I explain complex ideas in ways that feel accessible, grounded, and useful.
I see therapy as a collaborative process where understanding leads to change—not through force, but through clarity.
I have 16-years of social work experience and 8-years experience as a licensed therapist. It is a privilege to support adults at all stages of recovery or who are trying to improve their relationship to drugs or alcohol. I have worked with patients in; public health hospitals, substance use treatment programs and remotely. In 2021 I trained to support patients in Chronic pain in order to improve their quality of life. I've found that the same tools have also been effective for adults trying to reduce symptoms of anxiety and depression. I live in the Bay Area and I identify as mixed race.
I knew I wanted to be a therapist from a young age. I received my MSW from UCLA in 2006 and became an LCSW in 2011. I have worked with children, tweens, teens and adults. I am drawn to CBT and EMDR because of its emphasis on creating positive cognitions and its potential to empower clients to take control of their lives.
My experiences with individuals dealing with the generational cycle of trauma have solidified my desire to help others navigate their own struggles and find lasting well-being.
My professional journey is rooted in human growth. I hold a Bachelor's in English, a Master's in Counseling and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health. Originally, I thought I was going to be a teacher, but shifted gears as I wanted to be able to give more and help more. I believe we are all lifelong learners so I still get to teach, but also be a partner, guide, support person, sounding board, advocate, and so much more! My clinical philosophy is built on three pillars: choice, change, and hope. Choice is always available, change is always possible, and, without hope, we have nothing. Hope encourages us to keep going; making those choices and those changes that will improve our overall quality of life and wellbeing.
I am a bilingual psychotherapist and I specialize in trauma, anxiety, stress, and self-esteem issues. I approach therapy with empathy, compassion, and respect. I am passionate about utilizing evidence-based strategies to help clients successfully reach their treatment goals. Each of us has our own story and sometimes our experiences leaves us feeling confused, frightened, sad, and often tremendously isolated. I believe therapy can unravel harmful repetitive thought processes and behaviors. Your painful experiences do not have to define you.
My approach to therapy always starts with listening to my client's needs. My methods evolve through constant customization and mutual collaboration. Therapy with me will include exploring aspects of life that are not working well and constructing solutions.

My experience in community mental health for several years has allowed me to gain experience in working with a wide range of individuals. In working with children, adolescents, and adults I have learned how important it is to be caring, flexible, and nonjudgmental for my clients. We all need support sometimes and I am happy to collaborate with you to determine where you want to go.
I'm anchored from a strength based model, which focuses on your talents or innate, best parts of who you are versus a negative side yourself (looking at you, Instagram).
I believe in realness, self discovery and change.
Please take care!
Hello! I’m Danielle. I am from Massachusetts where I completed my undergraduate (Criminal Justice & Psychology) and graduate (social work) studies. During undergrad, I volunteered with a program that help inmates with serious mental health disorder re-enter to the community. I was told the most efficient way to engage in that type of work was to go to a MSW program, so I did. During my graduate program, I heavily explored crisis intervention/assessments. Since then I have worked at a variety of places, including therapy, case management, prisons, and emergency response.
As someone who has been in and out of therapy since I was young, I never wanted to be administering therapy. I thought being a therapist would be boring and I didn’t really understand it. However, as I’ve explored what therapy should be- treating someone using an evidenced-based practice- I enjoy administering mental health treatment, using a scientific approach.
My goal is to help you gain relief from symptoms, maintain or enhance daily functioning, and improve quality of life. Ultimately, I want you to gain a sense of independence and confidence in your ability to navigate life’s challenges, using the tools and insights you’ve developed in therapy.
You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, disconnected from whatever used to give things meaning, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe anxiety creeps in, thoughts get stuck on repeat, or there's a heaviness you can't quite shake. These are the kinds of crossroads I help people navigate.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Sacramento. My background spans community mental health, residential treatment, and crisis intervention, with a focus on addiction recovery, trauma, and complex life transitions. Before that, 15 years in the arts and nonprofit world gave me a close-up view of the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine connection to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence. My style is collaborative and empathetic, communicating in a way that feels grounding and approachable. This combination makes clients feel both heard and guided.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 3 years of experience supporting individuals through anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges, with a special focus on perinatal and postpartum mental health. I take a compassionate, trauma-informed, and collaborative approach, creating a safe space where clients can build coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and feel supported and understood during vulnerable seasons of life.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist dedicated to helping individuals and families achieve emotional well-being through a holistic, integrative approach. Drawing from modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, somatic techniques, and mindfulness practices, I tailor my work to meet each client’s unique needs. I am committed to providing a supportive and collaborative environment where clients can safely explore their feelings, identify practical solutions, and build on their strengths. My goal is to empower clients to develop effective coping strategies and reconnect with their values, fostering resilient and meaningful change in their lives.
I am a client centered therapist, which means I believe that the client is the expert on their experiences. I ask questions, am open to feedback, and trust the client's capacity for growth and self-actualization. Additionally, I provide coping skills and evidenced based practices to help clients in these areas. I also use art therapy in my practice, which is workable in telehealth.
I’m a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist who supports teens and adults working through trauma, stress, and complex life experiences. My approach is collaborative, drawing on Cognitive behavioral therapy and Motivational Interviewing techniques to help individuals understand their patterns and build healthier ways of coping. I provide a calm, empathetic, and nurturing environment where you will feel heard, and most importantly, understood. Together we will work on ways to help you understand your feelings and compulsions.
My grieving clients experience closure through writing letters to their loved ones who have died. This letter writing is effective for all forms of loss. Reading the letters aloud is very healing as it encourages acceptance, and permits moving on to build a life filled with love and laughter.
As a Doctor of Psychology and psychotherapist for 45+ years, I've dealt with my own grief and loss by writing the nonfiction book, "Doggie Wisdom for Humans: Advice from Dogs for Humans of All Ages," and an autobiographical fiction series, "The Adventures of the Angel Oleo." I hope you have an opportunity to read my books and that I get to help you.
If you're looking for a holistic, decolonized and evidence based approach at managing your mental health symptoms: you've come to the right place.
My approach in therapy is centered around the transformative power of creativity and connectivity. I believe that healing and growth are best achieved through breaking generational patterns, self reflection, and strengthening the skills to navigate the systems in which we live.
I take a relational and evidence based approach to treatment, center your voice, and guide a process of co-creating your healing journey. I encourage clients to explore their inner worlds and express themselves authentically; while also establishing solid supports, and grounding awareness within the context of their lives.
You know we all deal with our issues and sometimes we cannot do it alone. It is hard to talk to a stranger but give it a try. You won't be judged but welcomed and listened to. I am here to work together with you.

What drew me to therapy was my interest in social justice work while I was attending the University of Washington, and did peer counseling with students. I have always been interested in helping people, I enjoy hearing people’s stories, and I also find that in the therapeutic process I learn more about myself. Through my therapy journey I have gained much experience in working with diverse people. In addition, during my time at Saybrook University, I received training in spiritual approaches in therapy, and dream analysis and lucid dreaming therapy. I'm glad you are moving towards living a more fulfilling and happier life. I am here to support you so you can empower yourself on your journey of transformation.
A bit about me: I’m a true crime junkie, I love painting, bowling, and music in any mood, so trust me when I say there is nothing too weird or too much here. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way. When you come into the therapy room, I will be warm, welcoming, and real, because therapy can feel intimidating and nobody needs extra pressure on top of what they already carry.
Hi there, I’m Michelle,
Have you not felt like yourself lately? Are you struggling to find that happy, healthy, hopeful place in life? Whether it be from relationships, personal, or just life, sometimes we can just feel overwhelmed and out of sync with who we were or who we would like to become.
I am here to help facilitate that change. Together we can target the obstacles in your life and make a plan of action to put you on the right path. By using an integrative approach with effective therapeutic modalities we focus on the whole being to get you in balance.
My style is eclectic utilizing an empathetic position to build rapport while empowering you to become the stronger happier version of self. I combine affirmations and metaphoric narrative to separate you from the problem, allowing you to externalize the issues rather than internalize them.
I will meet you right where you are and provide a safe place for you to thrive and move forward.
“If you can’t fly then run, if you can’t run then walk, if you can’t walk then crawl, but whatever you do you have to keep moving forward.” ~Martin Luther King Jr.

I received my Undergraduate Degree in Liberal Studies from Mount Saint Mary's University in 2010 and continued my education at the University of Southern California receiving my Master in Social Work and Public Health in 2015.
Establishing rapport is essential in psychotherapy as well as maintaining confidentiality. I often draws on my shared cultural experiences with clients, fostering an environment where openness and vulnerability are encouraged. I am mindful of the cultural nuances in communication styles that may affect trust and disclosure while we work together in therapy to understand the "why" we need therapy to change life patterns that just aren't working anymore.

I received my PhD in Psychology from a school which also which also included training in Christian Theology and Ministry.
