Hi, I’m Anika Muhammad, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over a decade of experience in behavioral health. My background includes community mental health, hospitals, housing programs, and veteran services.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, and relationship stress. I also have extensive experience supporting Veterans and individuals managing complex life challenges.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and solution-focused. I use evidence-based methods like CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care to help you understand your thoughts and emotions, build effective coping skills, and feel more in control of your daily life.
In our work together, we’ll move at a pace that feels right for you. My goal is to create a supportive space where you can gain insight, build resilience, and move forward with confidence.
With over 20 years of experience, I specialize in supporting adults from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds through a wide range of mental health challenges. My clinical focus includes working with individuals navigating depression, anxiety, attachment-related issues, adjustment disorders, and substance use. I am trained in evidence-based modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Interpersonal Therapy (IPT), and Mindfulness-Based Interventions. I am committed to creating a safe, inclusive, and collaborative therapeutic environment that fosters growth and resilience.
I am a 10 year veteran therapist who believes in the uniqueness of every person I help to realize their special potential. I never give up even on the most daunting issues that plaque my client's well being. I stand as a strong support of what is right for the client and help to reveal the fastest courses to achieve personal goals. Together we work magic in altering the most perplexing of realities.
Hello, and welcome. I’m glad you’re here. Seeking help to improve your mental health is not always easy—it takes courage and strength. Taking that first step can open the door to healing, emotional recovery, and meaningful positive change.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 25 years of experience supporting adolescents, young adults, adults, couples, and families who are navigating emotional and relational challenges. Throughout my career, I have provided therapeutic services in private practice, county and community-based clinics, residential programs, and educational settings.
I am committed to helping clients gain insight, learn effective coping strategies, build resilience, and feel empowered to create a more balanced and fulfilling life.
I am a licensed therapist (LMFT #140975, LPCC #17040), Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, and Certified Brain Injury Specialist.
I believe healing can take place when all parts of the self are welcome to sit at the table. As a Somatic Experiencing Practitioner, I help clients understand and work directly with their nervous system, building resilience and a felt sense of safety that supports deeper emotional and relational work. This approach can help people dealing with a variety of things such as relationships, complex trauma, PTSD, ADHD, mild to moderate Traumatic Brain Injury, life transitions, optimization of strengths, increasing tolerance for ease/presence, chronic stress, self-image concerns, anxiety, depression, pain management, and more.
I also bring a deep understanding of brain-based differences, including the impacts of trauma and cognitive diversity on the sense of self and relationships. I approach this with a strengths-based, neuro-affirming lens. Rather than viewing individual differences as deficits or damage, I honor the adaptive intelligence of the brain and the ways it reorganizes in response to experience. My goal is not to “fix" neurodivergence, but to help individuals build self-understanding and make space for changes that are important to them.
My work is marked by the integration of mind and body. Therapy with me is not about eliminating parts of you. It is about helping all parts feel heard, understood, and organized in a way that allows you to move forward with greater clarity and an embodied sense of peace.
Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. With a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth, I've dedicated my career to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore challenges, heal, and thrive. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique dynamics and strengths. Whether addressing communication issues, conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, or personal development, I aim to empower my clients to achieve greater harmony, understanding, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
Hello! You have taken a big step in engaging in therapy. I hope I can be the right fit for you.
I am a licensed psychotherapist with 20+ yrs clinical experience. I am a somatic therapist, which means I work with the body, brain and mental health concerns. In my practice I use talk therapy, CBT and brainspotting treatment modalities. I also process trauma and anxiety through understanding attachment styles, relational foundations and a trauma lens.
As a bilingual, bicultural and 1st generation person I love working with the BIPOC community navigating that experience as well.
My name is Gabz, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and have been working in different fields within mental health for 7 years. I started working with children and adolescents diagnosed with Autism Spectrum and Dual Diagnosis. From there I worked as a case manager in community mental health, primarily resourcing for Unhoused and Undocumented families. After, I gained experience at the VA Hospital, specifically supporting military personnel experiencing Domestic Violence. Most recently I have spent the last few years working exclusively with LGBTQIA+ patients, providing 1:1 and couples therapy. I am intensely compassionate for the diverse groups of people I have served and if you find yourself to be someone who has struggled to be seen, cared for, or heard, I want to be someone who can change that. Therapy is hard work and can be a difficult first step, which is why I am intentional about making therapy realistic, creative, and fun whilst working together.
I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist specializing in trauma, burnout, and moral injury. With nearly a decade of crisis intervention experience and advanced training in Brainspotting, somatic modalities, and depth psychology, I work with first responders, healthcare providers, therapists, activists, and LGBTQIA+ individuals who are ready to stop just managing and start actually healing.
A lot of my clients come in high-functioning on the outside and quietly exhausted on the inside. They've been the ones others lean on. They've made hard calls, held hard things, and kept moving because stopping wasn't an option. What brought them to therapy isn't weakness, it's the accumulated weight of doing hard work in a world that doesn't always make space for the cost of it.
My work is to help people who've carried a lot make sense of what that's actually cost them, and reclaim who they are beyond their role, and that looks different for everyone. For some, it's processing specific events or experiences, and for others, it's untangling an identity that got fused with a job title, a caretaking role, or a set of values that the world kept violating. Whatever the shape of it, we work at a pace that respects both the urgency you feel and the time real healing actually takes.

Hi, I’m Leah Yeshnik, LMFT.
I specialize in supporting adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. My approach is honest, direct, and grounded in presence. I listen deeply, reflect thoughtfully, and bring compassion, respect, consistency, humor, and accountability into the therapeutic space. My work is especially attuned to the emotional and relational experiences of women.
I incorporate a range of modalities to meet different learning styles and needs, including expressive arts, journaling, self-reflection, skill building, and somatic practices
Many of the people I work with are navigating postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts after having a baby, or the emotional stress of fertility treatment. These experiences can feel overwhelming and isolating, even when everything looks “fine” from the outside.
I’m Dr. Saira Jhutty, a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in reproductive mental health, including postpartum anxiety, intrusive thoughts after having a baby, and the emotional challenges of fertility treatment. I work with individuals and couples navigating infertility, pregnancy after loss, third-party reproduction, and the complex transition into parenthood.
My approach integrates Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with a strong focus on self-compassion and values-based living. Rather than trying to “fix” difficult emotions, we work together to understand them and find ways to move forward that feel sustainable — especially during times when life feels uncertain or overwhelming.
My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded. Many of the people I work with feel exhausted, anxious, or unlike themselves after a baby or during fertility treatment. Therapy can be a space where you slow down, make sense of what you're experiencing, and begin to feel more like yourself again.
Whether you’re navigating postpartum anxiety or depression, identity shifts after becoming a parent, pregnancy after infertility, or the emotional weight of fertility decisions, you don’t have to carry it alone.

Hello ~ My name is Georgia and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Work. My life experience, education and extensive professional training has brought me on a wonderful journey of helping others. I focus on creating an open and safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be shared in a nonjudgemental space. As a therapist, it's an honor and privilege to be part of the lives of my clients and the ability to walk along with them in their most vulnerable times.
I earned my Master’s Degree in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University and have completed the hours toward licensure as an MFT. Over the course of my career, I’ve had the opportunity to work in a variety of clinical settings, including residential treatment centers, partial hospitalization programs (PHP), and intensive outpatient programs (IOP). These experiences have equipped me to support individuals and families navigating a wide range of challenges.
Growing up I was challenged with depression and anxiety along with familial dysfunction. When I heard about psychology in sixth grade, I decided I wanted to be a psychologist. After starting a family and enduring an abusive marriage I went back to school to become a mental health therapist. I enjoy sharing my knowledge and challenging others to open their minds to a different way of thinking. Working with individuals as well as parents and couples is rewarding and fostering change for healthier relationships is truly beautiful.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy is both a luxury and a necessity. Therapy saved my life, and I'm honored to be able to offer that same grounded, compassionate space to others. I provide warm, non-judgmental, trauma-informed care to couples, families, and adults navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, grief, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My style is relational, intuitive, and gently direct — creating a space where you can feel safe, understood, and meaningfully supported.
Hi there! I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) dedicated to helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and build stronger, healthier relationships. I work with people who are tired of feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or caught in the same cycles especially those who are high-functioning, insightful, and self-aware, yet still feeling disconnected from themselves, their partners, or the life they’re trying to build.
Whether you’re working through emotional stress, communication breakdowns, intimacy concerns, or burnout, my goal is to help you get to the root of what’s really going on not just the surface-level issues. I focus on helping clients understand their emotional and behavioral patterns so they can create supportive, balanced environments at home, at work, and in their relationships that truly reflect their needs.
My approach is warm, collaborative, culturally responsive, and grounded in evidence-based therapy, with space for deeper self-reflection. I prioritize making sure you feel valued, understood, and supported throughout the process. Together, we build insight, strengthen communication, and develop tools you can actually use in real life. The work we do is about lasting growth, more clarity, more confidence, deeper connection, and relationships that feel healthier, more aligned, and more you.
I’m a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adults navigating anxiety, ADHD-related challenges, depression, relationship stress, and life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with are thoughtful and self-aware but feel stuck in patterns they can’t quite shift — whether that’s overthinking, people-pleasing, difficulty setting boundaries, or feeling overwhelmed by competing responsibilities.
Many of the adults I work with feel stuck or overwhelmed, even if they’re not entirely sure why. They may struggle with overthinking, people-pleasing, setting boundaries, or balancing the many demands in their lives. Therapy becomes a space to slow down, gain clarity, and begin making intentional shifts.
My style is collaborative, structured, and supportive. I believe therapy should feel both grounding and practical. In our work together, we’ll explore the patterns that may be keeping you stuck while also building skills you can apply in everyday life. I aim to create a space that feels calm, respectful, and focused — where insight and action go hand in hand.
I approach therapy with warmth and clarity, helping clients better understand themselves while developing tools that support healthier relationships, stronger boundaries, and greater confidence in their decisions.
I am a compassionate therapist trained in trauma-informed care and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I believe in creating a safe, supportive space where clients can explore their experiences, develop insight and build practical skills to navigate life's challenges. My approach focuses on helping individuals understand the connection between their thoughts, emotions and behaviors while fostering healing, resilience and meaningful change.

I'm Sheldon like the TV show! (Big Bang Theory). I help analytical high-achieving adults who feel stuck in patterns of anxiety and depression untangle their inner world and reconnect with their deeper self-using insight-driven therapy, dream exploration, and a creative lens that helps them uncover what's been buried beneath the surface.
Do you often say, "I'm successful on the outside but exhausted and anxious inside," "overthinking everything, but still feeling stuck," or being in a "constant sense of restlessness or dissatisfaction," or being a person who "struggles to access or name emotions clearly." I help clients have greater awareness and emotional clarity and begin to feel grounded, self-trusting and more internally connected. I hope to reduce anxiety and depression symptoms through deeper insight and ability to recognize and break unconscious patterns. I help clients discover meaning through creative exploration, and dream work. I want clients to increase their confidence in navigating relationships and decisions and moving from analysis paralysis to self-acceptance and expression.
My areas of expertise are in Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Mental Illness, Risk Assessment, Trauma, PTSD and Substance Abuse Disorders.

One of my proven ability is to improve client mental health outcomes through tailored (CBT) and trauma-informed care treatments focused on building secure therapeutic alliances.
A bit about me: I’m a true crime junkie, I love painting, bowling, and music in any mood, so trust me when I say there is nothing too weird or too much here. We’ll move at your pace, and I’ll walk beside you every step of the way. When you come into the therapy room, I will be warm, welcoming, and real, because therapy can feel intimidating and nobody needs extra pressure on top of what they already carry.
My professional journey is rooted in human growth. I hold a Bachelor's in English, a Master's in Counseling and Psychology, and a Doctorate in Behavioral Health. Originally, I thought I was going to be a teacher, but shifted gears as I wanted to be able to give more and help more. I believe we are all lifelong learners so I still get to teach, but also be a partner, guide, support person, sounding board, advocate, and so much more! My clinical philosophy is built on three pillars: choice, change, and hope. Choice is always available, change is always possible, and, without hope, we have nothing. Hope encourages us to keep going; making those choices and those changes that will improve our overall quality of life and wellbeing.

I’m a relational therapist who works with adults and couples seeking a more intentional, connected, and fulfilling way of living. My approach is warm, collaborative, and culturally attuned, integrating insight-oriented and experiential work with practical tools. I support clients in understanding the patterns shaping how they think, feel, and relate—including the impact of upbringing, culture, and expectations—so they can reconnect with their internal compass. My Approach is non judge mental and client centered. I am passionate about helping others grow through mental health and realize that life can be challenging and creating change can be difficult. I have been providing individuals with mental health treatment for 10 years and find my clinical strength is with individuals who struggle with thinking patterns, anxiety, depression, anger, parenting, and marriage discourse. I focus a lot on thinking patterns, emotions, behaviors and their connections as well as building insight and awareness into thoughts and behaviors that create barriers in life or sustain challenges. I utilize CBT, DBT, EFT, SF, and Narrative therapy for the most part and also focus on the nervous system/polyvagal to assist with calming the body and rewiring what it has learned through distress. My objective is to create an atmosphere of acceptance, understanding, and to allow clients to feel safe while processing their thoughts and feelings while gently providing psycho education and techniques to assist.
