I’m dedicated to helping adults and families navigate the complexities of life transitions, depression, anxiety, trauma, abuse, adjustment challenges, grief and loss, relationship stress, and self-esteem issues. With over 15 years of experience in social services, I bring a compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally aware lens to the therapeutic relationship. My passion lies in helping individuals strengthen communication, set healthy boundaries, express emotions, and reconnect with their sense of self.
Hello! As a licensed clinical therapist, I provide respectful and compassionate services to help you identify your goals, and support you in coping with challenges along the way to achieving them. I have a social justice orientation that recognizes the impact of oppression, discrimination, and marginalization on mental health. I believe that everyone deserves to be treated fairly and kindly, and that our behaviors serve a function, whether unhealthy or healthy, understood or misunderstood.
I work with clients who struggle with various issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, relationship problems, identity, and self-esteem. I use evidence-based approaches that are tailored to your unique needs and preferences. Some of the techniques I use include teaching skills around emotion regulation and distress tolerance, incorporating narrative therapy practices and cultural relational understanding of trauma and healing.
My aim is to create a safe and supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, feelings, and experiences without judgment. I will listen to you with empathy and curiosity, and help you find new ways of understanding and effectively responding to what is coming your way. Together, we will work on developing your strengths, fortifying your resiliency, and further embodying your values in your day-to-day life.
If you are interested in working with me, please contact me to schedule a consultation. I look forward to hearing from you and supporting you on your journey.

I'm Esmeralda Lomeli and im here to listen to you and provide you with the space and tools to manage whatever life obstacles you are currently experiencing. I have over 16 years of clinical experience and have helped hundreds of clients throughout my practice. This includes working with clients who have been incarcerated, on probation, or involved in legal proceedings. My approach is tailored to address the complex and multifaceted needs of this population, which often includes a range of psychological disorders.
I utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients manage and overcome various psychological issues. This includes Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), which are particularly effective for addressing issues such as anxiety, depression, emotional dysregulation, and personality disorders. I also have experience providing individual therapy to persons experiencing life stressors, anxiety, depression, PTSD and a myriad of other
psychological and life issues through online therapy platforms.
I help overwhelmed and burned-out adults navigate anxiety and major life transitions with a grounded, integrative approach to therapy.

I am a licensed therapist (LMFT) and have been practicing for the past 7 years with a wide range of diverse clients. My clients describe my style as genuine, comfortable, patient and educational. I lead with my heart while also helping people connect with reason, skills and resources.
Hi, I’m Robyn Slayton-Lopez, a Licensed Professional Counselor who believes therapy should feel supportive, genuine, and, even when we’re doing hard work, sometimes a little bit human and real. I work with adults navigating depression, anxiety, OCD, bipolar disorder, substance use, and dual diagnoses. I also specialize in working with neurodivergent clients, including those with ADHD and autism, through an affirming and strengths-based lens.
My approach is compassionate, practical, and tailored to each person I work with. I draw from evidence-based models such as CBT, DBT, Inference-based CBT, and ERP, blending them with creative, collaborative strategies that make therapy meaningful and engaging. I want clients to feel seen, supported, and equipped with tools that actually work in their day-to-day lives.
I don’t believe therapy has to feel clinical or stuffy. You can expect a mix of warmth, humor, and honesty in our sessions, because real healing happens when you can show up as your full self, without judgment.
If you’re ready to work with someone who understands both the science of mental health and the uniqueness of being human, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I believe healing happens through connection, compassion, and understanding. I partner with clients to explore patterns, build coping skills, and develop greater self-awareness in a supportive and nonjudgmental environment. My work is informed by trauma-informed care and a holistic perspective that honors each client’s lived experience. My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, confident, and aligned with their values.
I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) licensed Clinical Psychologist (Psy.D.) offering telehealth adult autism evaluations and individual psychotherapy to adults in California, Florida, Virginia, and Michigan. I also provide psychotherapy for trauma, anxiety, depression, neurodivergence, and major life transitions. Using narrative therapy, cognitive-behavioral strategies, and solution-focused techniques, I support clients in developing self-understanding, building resilience, and fostering meaningful growth. Services are available in English and Spanish, and insurance coverage is available for eligible services. Whether you are seeking an adult autism evaluation or ongoing psychotherapy, your identity, experiences, and individual needs are valued.
Looking for professional guidance while experiencing changes or stressors in life? I'm here to help you navigate them. My name is Stephanie, and I am a licensed therapist here to walk alongside and help you navigate through your life struggles. With a master's degree, my experience lies in working with individuals through relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, and stressful life transitions. Together, we can work towards your desired goals. Reach out today!
My style is warm, curious, engaged, and down-to-earth. I’m not the kind of therapist who sits silently and occasionally asks, “How does that make you feel?” I’ll be right there with you—asking questions, noticing patterns, offering perspective, and sometimes bringing humor into the room when it feels right.
I work especially well with thoughtful, self-aware people who have done a lot of thinking about themselves but still find themselves caught in patterns they can’t quite think their way out of. You may be successful and capable on the outside while privately struggling with anxiety, self-doubt, perfectionism, relationship patterns, or a persistent sense that something is missing.
I also work with people who feel disconnected—from their emotions, their relationships, or even themselves. Sometimes that disconnection developed for very good reasons. If you learned early in life to stay in control, rely on yourself, push feelings aside, or keep others at a distance, those strategies may have helped you survive difficult experiences but now leave you feeling stuck or alone.
My approach is grounded largely in Internal Family Systems (IFS), attachment, mindfulness, and somatic work. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with you?” we get curious about what happened, what you learned to do to survive or belong, and what different parts of you may still be trying to protect.
Our work is about more than understanding yourself. It’s about experiencing yourself differently—with more compassion, more choice, deeper connection, and less internal noise.

I have a passion for learning, helping and growing with you. We are social beings, each with our own story, unique abilities, and personal struggles; let’s stop being alone with the things we have been told are “weird” or “bad,” let’s find a way to be both our best selves and best for others around us. We are not defined by our mistakes, and we are not defined by a diagnosis. We choose how we take control of ourselves presently and in the future.

Our world is a busy and ever-changing place. With these changes can come stressors that can lead to anxiety, depression and interpersonal struggles. Do you find yourself unable to focus, or maybe struggling to enjoy things you once loved? Sometimes, we all need a place to be heard and understood. Sometimes, we just need some space to share and explore our own emotions in a non-judgemental and unbiased space.

Life can be full of challenges that leave us floundering. Are you feeling a lack of self-confidence and questioning your purpose? Let me help you get back on track. For 40 years I have worked with people navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, caregiving, illness, cancer survivors and codependency. I am also versed in spirituality. My own life experiences have given me the depth of understanding that I bring directly into this work. I believe people are more resilient than they know. If you are ready to find that in yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you.
I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting women through some of life’s most significant transitions. I work particularly with seniors, postpartum mothers, and spiritually minded women who are searching for greater purpose, meaning, and direction. I wrote a book for new moms and also have taught Kabbalah. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 1985 and have gained lots of wisdom from my own experiences of being a widow and caregiver, a cancer survivor, a mother and a spouse. It seems that in my profession, the older we therapists are, the more we are able to help.

I also lean on many other modalities, including but not limited to EMDR, psychodynamic therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, solution-focused therapy, and motivational interviewing.

Many people come to therapy believing something is wrong with them. I approach things differently. I believe our emotional struggles, coping strategies, and relationship patterns often make much more sense when we understand the experiences that shaped them. Rather than simply focusing on symptoms, I help clients become curious about what is happening beneath the surface, why certain patterns developed, how they may have helped you cope or protect yourself, and whether they are still serving you today.
Therapy with me is a place where you can show up as you are. You don’t need to have everything figured out, know exactly what to say, or pretend that everything is okay. Together, we’ll work toward greater self-understanding, reconnecting with your strengths, developing healthier ways of coping and relating, and creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable in your life.
