Hello and Buen Día to you all! It would be my pleasure & privilege to work with you. I am a Forensic & Family Psychologist. I have worked for the last 18 years with the Spanish speaking population in Oakland’s Fruitvale District supporting healing around trauma and a variety of issues from prevention to severe and chronic suffering. Being a family and forensic psychologist means that I work with families involved in the court system: divorce, child custody/arrangements, child abuse, removal and reunification and or juvenile detention. I enjoy working with families, children, couples, and adolescents. I believe in our innate strengths. I believe our internal strengths can be shaped, molded and encouraged in such ways that lead naturally to a desire and pursuit for wellness & healing.

Hi there, I'm Edward, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have a diverse background in my years working in the mental health field which includes having two Masters in Social Work and Criminal Justice. I have worked with families, individuals, and couples, with issues such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, thought disorders, and emotional disturbances. I have worked in a variety of different settings that have helped me develop a unique skill set in addressing overall mental health. Some examples include outpatient/inpatient care, hospice, the prison system, and the education system. My approach is collaborative and I strive to make my patients feel understood and heard throughout the process. I often explain to them that even though I may be the professional, they are the professionals of their own lives and it's just an honor to play a small part in supporting them.

My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.

Hello. I'm Cameron and I strive to be very relatable. I have a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals, trans and gender diverse individuals, BIPOC clients, and veterans. I believe the development of our identities is fluid and ever evolving. I believe that everyone deserves a warm and affirming space to explore who they are, including how their identities develop and express themselves, and to honor their story. Everyone deserves an opportunity to build resilience in the face of systemic challenges. Everyone deserves the chance to thrive. My work is grounded in a gender-affirmative, trauma-responsive approach, informed by social justice and intersectionality frameworks. Rather than work as a purist, I often utilize eclectic approaches that include motivational interviewing, humanistic, solution focused, family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. I am neurodivergent, and I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my niche specialty. If you are struggling with discrimination, trauma, chronic and ongoing anxiety and stress, let me guide you into developing self-trust, self-regulation, and meaningful change.

Life can be full of challenges that leave us floundering. Are you feeling a lack of self-confidence and questioning your purpose? Let me help you get back on track. For 40 years I have worked with people navigating postpartum depression/anxiety, grief, caregiving, illness, cancer survivors and codependency. I am also versed in spirituality. My own life experiences have given me the depth of understanding that I bring directly into this work. I believe people are more resilient than they know. If you are ready to find that in yourself, I would be honored to walk that path with you. I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who specializes in supporting women through some of life’s most significant transitions. I work particularly with seniors, postpartum mothers, and spiritually minded women who are searching for greater purpose, meaning, and direction. I wrote a book for new moms and also have taught Kabbalah. I have been practicing as a psychotherapist since 1985 and have gained lots of wisdom from my own experiences of being a widow and caregiver, a cancer survivor, a mother and a spouse. It seems that in my profession, the older we therapists are, the more we are able to help.

With over 15 years of experience, I’ve helped individuals move through anxiety, depression, hurt, and major life transitions. It never ceases to amaze me just how often I have to try to convince others that they are worthy SIMPLY because they exist. This includes you! I want to know who communicated to you that you are not enough and why you value the opinion of said person(s); these types of harmful beliefs are learned, not innate. Let's unlearn them together. Most of my early clinical work has been with children and adolescents with focus on Autism Spectrum Disorders, ADHD, trauma and various behavioral and emotional issues. I have worked in high-intensity and high-crisis environments from school to hospital settings. I am passionate about working with and creating a safe space for folks who belong to BIPOC and LGBTQ+ communities. I understand that belonging to a marginalized/oppressed group can result in barriers to achieving and maintaining optimal mental health. I am a cis/het woman doing my best to provide care that is equitable and gender-affirming. I'm always learning and growing as an ally; you will always be safe here. I am also always looking at things through a trauma-informed lens. I'm a busy working parent who understands how hard it can be to do it all. I am currently pursuing a certification in treating perinatal mood and anxiety disorders to be able to better support soon-to-be and new parents; this particular journey is no joke! I am certified in treating perinatal mental health disorders (PMH-C) My website: https://kayla-rhodes.clientsecure.me/

I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience supporting clients navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and other challenges that can arise throughout life. I have worked in outpatient settings since becoming a therapist in 2022 and have developed an eclectic, collaborative approach to therapy that is adaptable to each client’s unique needs. I believe therapy is a client-centered process, and I value taking the time to get to know each person, understand their goals, and create a space where they feel heard and supported. I recognize that therapy is a complex and vulnerable experience, and that life continues to happen alongside the work we do in therapy. My goal is to meet clients where they are while helping them remain connected to the goals they are working toward. I draw from several therapeutic approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Client-Centered Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing. I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), which I may incorporate when appropriate. I know that finding the right therapist is an important part of the therapeutic process, and I recognize that I may not be the right fit for everyone. I am committed to helping clients feel supported in finding an approach and therapist that best meets their needs. Ultimately, I strive to create a collaborative therapeutic relationship where clients can explore their feelings, patterns, and relationships while developing greater understanding and meaningful tools for navigating life.

I’m Allan, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes therapy—especially for kids—doesn’t have to mean sitting on a couch talking about feelings for 50 minutes. Sometimes the best conversations happen over LEGOs, games, art, play, or while doing something that makes it easier to simply be yourself. Online, it could mean processing trauma, playing online therapeutic games with children (or adults if you want to). I especially enjoy working with children and teens, including kids who are anxious, overwhelmed, navigating trauma, struggling with big emotions or behaviors, or having a hard time putting what’s happening inside into words. I use play, creativity, humor, and evidence-based approaches to build connection and help kids develop skills without therapy feeling like another place where adults are telling them what to do. I also work with adults navigating trauma, mood concerns, relationships, identity, major life changes, and life’s more complicated chapters. My style is warm, humorous, direct, and genuinely human. I draw from DBT, EMDR, Trauma-Focused CBT, play-based interventions, Theraplay-informed practices, narrative therapy, and trauma-informed care, adapting therapy to the person in front of me rather than expecting them to adapt to therapy. My professional experience includes inpatient psychiatry, juvenile justice, child welfare, family services, and community mental health, so I’m comfortable working with both everyday struggles and situations that feel especially complicated. Whether we meet in my Eureka office or online, my goal is to create a space where you—or your child—feel safe, understood, and comfortable showing up exactly as you are. My practice is LGBTQIA+ and gender-diverse affirming and neurodiversity-affirming. And yes, there are credentials behind the LEGOs.

Hello, I remember a joke from sometime ago that goes something like this: "Three friends were walking together one day, and one remarked, 'It's windy,' Another responded, 'No. It's Thursday.' Still the other answered, 'I'm thirsty, too. Let's have a cup of tea.'" Is it that way for you sometime? Finding that you are not really being heard and understood? I get it! I work with clients to help them find their strengths and abilities that assist them in better communicating their needs to themselves and to others which can lead to better outcomes in overall functioning in their lives. If that sounds like your experience, we can talk about it together.

You may appear strong and capable while privately feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, uncertain, or emotionally exhausted. Together, we will identify what keeps you stuck, strengthen your coping skills, and help you create a life that feels more balanced, meaningful, and aligned with who you are.
