I have been working with couples for over 30 years and have found great success in bringing couples to a deeper understanding of what love can be and how to achieve that together.
I provide cognitive behavioral therapy for patients who are interested in challenging their dysfunctional thoughts and disruptive core beliefs systems.
For many years I have provided psychodynamic therapy for patients who are interested in Delving deep into their inner psyche and for patients who are interested in discovering past wounds from early childhood development so that they may better navigate their emotional well being moving forward.
I provide dialectical behavioral therapy also known as dbt for patients who struggle with emotional dysregulation.

Dana is amazing. We have lot in common which makes it verry easy to be myself and open up to the issues I'm needing help navigating. She is verry personable and kneadable and I am looking forward to digging into my issues with tools to help me with the process of healing.

Dana is so effective at helping me to understand who I am deep inside and how I can be the happiest, healthiest, and most successful version of myself. I am so pleased I began working with her last year and that I can continue to benefit from her knowledge, experience, and wisdom.
