Hi! I'm a Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. I received my Masters from the University of Phoenix a and have been practicing for 7 years. I help young adults struggling with depression, anxiety, eating disorders, and trauma. I will help you navigate through life challenges and help you gently face your deepest struggles. I have worked in a multitude of settings that include residential, PHP, and IOP.
In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
I am a compassionate and experienced therapist with a strong background in working with individuals across all ages, as well as couples, families, and groups. As a certified EMDR therapist, I provide specialized care for trauma recovery. With a nonjudgmental and client-centered approach, I will meet individuals where they are, offering support, encouragement, and empowerment to help them navigate their journey at their own pace.
I have extensive experience working with children, teens, and adults providing individual, couples, group, and family therapy to those that are dealing with depression, anxiety, anger, trauma, eating disorders, grief, divorce, parenting, workplace challenges, and many other social and emotional challenges. I am also a certified EMDR Therapist. In a nonjudgmental way, I will meet you where you are at. We will work together at your pace as I encourage and empower you to live your fullest life.

I love her. She makes you feel very comfortable so that you can let go of all that is troubling you. She says goes, she dives into and help you actually figure out what's happening to you, and then how to make changes. So that you feel better because she's warm. She's funny she understands exactly where you're coming from, she helped you get to the root of what is ailing you. And then she has solutions fantastic

Cheryl she's very very warm she is intellectual, caring,. Cheryl really love what she does, she has a genuine nature. There's absolutely necessary in this type of work. I really enjoyed my first meeting with her. She was very easy to get along. She was understanding she had sympathy and empathy, which is so necessary. No judgment, she makes u feel very comfortable.
