Hello! I am Vanessa Ly and it's so great to meet you. Am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I specialize in treating younger adults and adults who struggle with anxiety, depression, life transitions, self-esteem, or relationship concerns. I have also worked closely with first generation individuals and families to be the cycle breaker. I believe that positive change and growth can happen and it’s the first step to your journey of healing.
I’m Dr. Gabe Veas, a psychotherapist who helps high-achieving adults, and creatives move past shame, fear, and pressure to keep it all together. Many appear successful on paper yet feel disconnected, anxious, or unfulfilled inside. My work focuses on rebuilding intimacy, confidence, and freedom that lasts. My learning didn’t end with degrees; it continues through mentorship, embodiment, and years of helping people reclaim the parts of themselves that feel hidden or shut down. I founded Palm Springs Psychotherapy to offer a private, deeply personalized space for clients who want more than symptom relief. My approach blends cognitive, relational, and somatic methods to help you reconnect with what feels real and alive, both in your mind and in your body. If you’re ready to feel more connected and fully alive, let’s begin. This work is for people who are ready for real change, deeper relationships, sexual confidence, and a clearer sense of self.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist with over 12 years of experience in the field. Throughout my career, I have worked with a diverse range of clients, providing compassionate and evidence-based care to individuals facing a variety of mental health challenges, including trauma, depression, and anxiety. I have a successful 12-year career with the Department of Veterans Affairs, and have made a lasting impact on the lives of Veterans and their families.
I am a Licensed Clinician in California, with over three decades of clinical experience. I specialize in culturally competent, Christian-integrated, strength-based therapy. My approach combines Biblical principles, Christian values, wisdom, and clinical expertise to support those seeking healing through a holistic and compassionate framework. I offer culturally competent therapeutic interventions, respecting all cultures and emphasizing the client's strengths as the foundation for overcoming challenges.
Being a therapist is a lifelong passion for me and is rooted in my dedication to supporting adults, children, families, and communities in building safety, resilience, and hope. My journey has taken me from my home county of Santa Cruz where I advocated and ran groups for youth living in situations including domestic violence from 2011-2013, to working as a shelter counselor in Oakland for youth 13-21 from 2016-2018. I worked in serving famillies with San Francisco Child and Family Services, where I partnered with families navigating reunification with their children while providing psychoeducation and crisis counseling during critical moments from 2018-2022. I have been licensed with my LCSW since May 2025 and focused my prior professional development around harm reduction and culturally focused treatment, aligning with my commitment to social justice and culturally responsive care.
I am licensed therapist dedicated to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with compassion and clarity. I work with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, transitional life phases and grief. My goals is to create a safe, non judgmental space where the client can explore their feelings, gain insight, and develop strategies for change. Together we work toward a greater self-understanding, healthier relationships, and a life that aligns with your values, goals, and to be a better version of yourself.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) certified as a Clinical Trauma Professional (CCTP), Narcissistic Abuse Treatment Clinician (NATC), and Personality Disorder Treatment Provider (C-PD). I create a supportive space where clients can process complex trauma, including betrayal trauma, and difficult family-of-origin patterns.
I assist individuals recovering from environments shaped by abuse, neglect, abandonment, coercive control, chronic fear, and instability. My work addresses dynamics such as narcissistic family systems, enmeshment, family scapegoating, trauma bonds, antagonistic relationships, and addiction—often rooted in intergenerational trauma and nervous system dysregulation. I support clients in normalizing their emotions, feeling validated, and building greater resilience. I am certified as a DBT Clinician (C-DBT), Anxiety Treatment Professional (CCATP), Mood Disorder Professional (CMDP), and ADHD Clinical Services Provider (ADHD-CCSP).
I grew up in an environment with people who never discussed mental health; this sparked an early interest in the unspoken challenges I observed. As a dual major in psychology and sociology, my coursework was impactful. The lessons continued in graduate school, where I earned dual master’s degrees in social work and public administration. I interned at a domestic abuse shelter, a residential crisis center, and a community behavioral health facility, and completed specialized trauma-informed care training.
My professional experience includes serving as a psychotherapist for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault; a behavioral specialist for children with autism, ADHD, and adjustment challenges; and a supervisor for social workers in county behavioral health. Additionally, I have led interdisciplinary teams of social workers and nurses in complex medical case management, and managed public health teams of case investigators, contact tracers, data analysts, and nurses during infectious disease outbreaks.
I am deeply committed to helping clients recover from psychological and emotional harm, recognizing the serious impact these experiences can have on overall well-being.
I am a compassionate, client-centered therapist who focuses on creating a safe, supportive space where people can explore their experiences and work toward meaningful change. My approach blends evidence-based practices with genuine connection to help clients build insight, resilience, and confidence. My style is collaborative and empathetic, communicating in a way that feels grounding and approachable. This combination makes clients feel both heard and guided.
Hello! I'm Will, a dedicated therapist with seven enriching years of experience in the field of mental health. Over the years, I have had the privilege of working with diverse individuals, helping them navigate through challenges and achieve personal growth. I am currently pursuing my doctorate in clinical psychology, a journey that further fuels my passion for understanding the complexities of the human mind.
My therapeutic approach is firmly anchored in compassion and evidence-based practices, ensuring that the support I provide is both empathetic and practical. I strive to create a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Guided by a Catholic worldview, I place a strong emphasis on the inherent dignity of every individual, believing that everyone deserves respect and understanding in their healing journey. I am deeply committed to facilitating transformative experiences that empower clients to realize their potential and lead fulfilling lives.
Welcome! I’m Dr. La Toshia Palmer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and founder of Beyond Greatness Global. I provide compassionate, culturally responsive therapy for children, adolescents, and adults, creating a supportive space where clients feel heard, valued, and empowered to grow.
My therapeutic approach is strengths-based, person-centered, and tailored to each client’s unique needs, experiences, and goals. I integrate evidence-based approaches, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, psychoeducation, mindfulness, emotional regulation, and practical coping-skills development. I also offer Faith-Based Counseling for clients who desire to integrate their Christian faith, spiritual values, prayer, and biblical principles into the therapeutic process.
I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, anger and emotional regulation challenges, stress, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, relationship difficulties, and other experiences that can affect emotional well-being and daily functioning. When working with children and adolescents, I strive to make therapy engaging, developmentally appropriate, and practical while strengthening emotional awareness, communication, coping, and problem-solving skills.
I believe therapy is a collaborative process. Together, we explore your experiences, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, recognize your strengths, and develop practical strategies that support meaningful change.
At the heart of my practice is the belief that every person has the capacity for growth. My goal is to provide a safe, encouraging environment where you can gain insight, build resilience, strengthen confidence, and move toward greater emotional well-being and purpose.

Many of the people I work with are looking for a better understanding of themselves and more supportive ways of relating to their thoughts, emotions, and relationships. Hello I'm Sonja — a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor based in California. My path to this work wasn't a straight line and I think that makes me a better clinician. I started with a career in corrections in Arkansas, where I learned early on how to connect with people in difficult circumstances without judgment. That experience shaped how I show up in the therapy room to this day. I transitioned into mental health as a psychiatric technician, working directly with all age groups across inpatient and community settings; providing direct care, facilitating group therapy, and delivering individual therapy during my internship and later as a registered clinician with the California Board of Behavioral Sciences. By the time I became fully licensed, I had accumulated nearly a decade of real-world clinical experience across some of the most demanding settings in behavioral health..
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 6 years of clinical experience treating individuals navigating life challenges, depression, anxiety, self esteem and relationship issues. I provide a warm and empathetic approach and have experience working with individuals from a variety of backgrounds and underserved communities. Some modalities I use include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy to help challenge negative thoughts and increase coping skills for stress management.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 12+ years of experience in Mental Health.
I specialize in working with adult women who experience anxiety, adjustment, burn-out, and relationship challenges. I utilize evidence-based treatment to facilitate mindset change and address self-limiting thoughts that prevent clients from feeling productive and fulfilled.
My goal is to provide clients with a safe therapeutic space to grow, heal, transition, and pivot into their purpose.
"There is no standard normal. Normal is subjective. There are seven billion versions of normal on this planet" - Matt Haig

Hi, I'm Darla, a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating anxiety, depression, life transitions, and relationship challenges. My approach is collaborative, trauma-informed, and insight-oriented, blending practical tools with deeper exploration of patterns. I create a grounded, supportive space where you can gain clarity, better understand your emotional responses, and move toward sustainable change. Hello everyone. I would first like to say that I am pleased to have the opportunity of being your counselor/therapist. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in the state of California, a Licensed Professional Counselor in the state of Colorado, and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Washington with certification specializing in Women's Mental Health (WMHS-C).
I know finding a therapist in todays society can be difficult but you've made it this far, and so it's a pleasure to meet you!
I am a licensed marriage and family therapist who provides individual therapy using an eclectic framework. I know that therapy can be intimidating, especially when first seeking services. This process places you front and center in your own journey to healing and I am privileged to be able to walk alongside you as you take that step. I use various tools to assist you in reaching goals and help identify what works for you.
I’m Steven Frank, a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (MFT) in California, now living in Seattle and working with California residents through telehealth. I’ve been licensed since 1983 and began my private practice in 1993. Before becoming a therapist, I worked in inpatient psychiatric settings as a California‑licensed Psychiatric Technician, where I gained early experience supporting people in acute emotional distress.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience providing psychotherapy to adults from diverse backgrounds and life experiences. I am also a U.S. Army Combat Veteran, and my professional experience includes serving in the Veterans Health Administration, where I supported Veterans navigating mental health concerns, life transitions, relationships, housing instability, and other complex challenges. My experiences as both a clinician and Veteran have strengthened my appreciation for resilience, identity, service, and the many ways our experiences shape how we understand ourselves and relate to others.
I earned my Master’s degree in Social Work with an academic focus on Critical Race Theory and Intersectionality. This training informs my commitment to culturally responsive care and helps me recognize how identity, family, relationships, culture, socioeconomic circumstances, and broader systems can influence mental health and well-being. I approach these conversations with cultural humility, curiosity, and respect for each client’s individual experience.
My therapeutic style is person-centered, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe clients are experts on their own lives, and therapy should provide a supportive space to understand patterns better, identify barriers, build on existing strengths, and develop practical strategies for meaningful change. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I work collaboratively with each client to establish realistic short- and long-term goals that reflect their individual needs, values, and priorities.
My goal is to help clients gain greater insight while also developing tools they can apply outside of therapy. Together, we work toward creating meaningful, sustainable change that supports greater resilience, healthier relationships, improved emotional well-being, and a life that feels more aligned with who they are and where they want to go.
I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
Welcome! I’m Jen Rosen, a Licensed Marriage and Family therapist in California. I believe that therapy can be a wonderful tool to promote this self-exploration, healing and growth and I hope to help you in this process. I believe it is my calling in life to help people who are struggling to instead live happy and fulfilling lives. My style is open, direct and at times, eclectic. I provide a warm, safe environment to discuss concerns and challenges.

Hello,
My name is Elizabeth, and my pronouns are they/them/elle. I am a bicultural nonbinary therapist. I have the most experience working with neurodivergent clients, anxiety disorders, self-confidence issues, and challenges around gender and sexuality.
I use a very humanistic approach in my practice, and I am human with you in the room. You do not need to feel talked down to or be told what to do in therapy. You and I can work together instead, as I may be the expert in psychology, but you are the expert of your own life. You will be encouraged to use your own strengths to push through the hurdles and you can expect warmth from me throughout this process.
Hello! I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) currently based and practicing in Oregon, though with an active license in California as well. I attended California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) for graduate school and lived in the Bay Area for a decade before moving to Portland, OR shortly before the pandemic. I have over thirteen years of experience as a "generalist" therapist, though I specialize in supporting individuals in the midst of life transitions, including but not limited to: relationship challenges, moves to a new city or state, new or chronic medical diagnoses, career and work problems, spiritual questioning, transitions into the workforce or retirement. I do NOT work with couples at this time. While I consider the psychological theories behind my work, I hold them lightly in the room, believing most fundamentally in the importance of an adaptive, culturally-sensitive, non-judgmental stance with my clients.
PLEASE NOTE: your chosen intake appointment time is subject to my final approval based on my shifting availability. I see clients on multiple platforms and am unable to sync all of my calendars in real time. Following the initial appointment, we will find a mutually agreeable meeting time and I will manage the booking on the Grow platform going forward, including rescheduling and cancellations. You will need to message me directly to cancel or reschedule your appointment. I request the courtesy of as much advanced notice as possible. I am not able to work with clients who cancel without 24 hrs advanced notice or no show more than twice.
Hi! I believe that people are the experts in their lives and my job is to partner with you in moving towards how you would like to be living. There may be some things you already know are getting in the way or you may need some support in imaging what that another path could even look like. We all go through problems in life and sometimes problems get too big to see the other stories of who we are.
I am glad you are taking time to get to know me. I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist. I have my M.S. in clinical psychology from San Francisco State University and my undergrad in psychology from Purdue University. I have worked in San Francisco for seventeen years with multicultural families and individuals that have been in crisis. I have worked with a multitude of differing diagnosis and problems over this extensive period of time. I take such pride in helping families and individuals live a better life and obtain their desired goals. I am glad to have been around in my job long enough to have observed the positive results my contributions have made. I am passionate in wanting to help alleviate suffering and I stay determined in doing so.
All things are interconnected. To feel better, you have to act better. To feel better, you have to think better. To think better, you have to feel better. To act better, you have to think better. To think, feel, and act better, you have to care for your physical health. To care for your physical health, you have to think, feel, and act better. Each has a corresponding effect on the other. However, the aspect of ourselves that we have the most direct control of is what we do, our acting. While we can influence other people, we cannot control other people. A great source of conflict and unhappiness results from our efforts to control others. If you want better relationships, the only thing we can control is what we do, how we choose to relate. We are responsible for what we do. Others are responsible for what they do. Accepting this fundamental reality and thinking, feeling, and acting in accordance with it is how we increase our experience of power, freedom, belonging, meaning and, very importantly, fun.
My professional experience includes over 30 years of post-Master’s clinical work, including leadership experience in foster care, chemical abuse and addiction, inpatient and outpatient mental health services, and crisis intervention, de-escalation, and hospitalization. I have worked extensively with youth and families, diverse populations and life issues, providing services in various settings, including family homes, schools, juvenile detention facilities, jails, outpatient clinics, and inpatient psychiatric facilities.

Hi, I’m Kristine Asatryan, LCSW.
Sometimes life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or unsure of how to move forward. You don’t have to have everything figured out before starting therapy. Sometimes, you simply need a safe place to slow down, feel heard, and begin finding your way back to yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner strength, find balance, and create a life that feels more peaceful and fulfilling. My philosophy is simple: yesterday is gone, tomorrow is not promised, and today is where we have the opportunity to create change. Together, we’ll focus on the present, build greater self-awareness, and work toward meaningful changes that can lead to lasting growth.
I strive to create a warm, compassionate space where you can be yourself and explore what you’re going through without fear of judgment. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, or simply feeling lost or emotionally exhausted, therapy can offer a path toward greater clarity, healing, and connection.
As a mother, wife, daughter, sister, and friend, I understand how many roles we carry and how easy it can be to lose ourselves while caring for everyone and everything around us. My approach blends empathy, mindfulness, cultural sensitivity, and practical tools to help you better understand yourself and feel more grounded in your everyday life.
My work is guided by respect, kindness, love, family, service, and integrity—values that shape who I am both personally and professionally.
If you’re ready to reconnect with yourself and find more confidence, calm, and purpose in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you.
Sessions are scheduled on the hour (e.g., 3:00 PM), rather than on the half-hour (e.g., 3:30 PM). Thank you for your understanding as we continue improving our scheduling system.
