Hello and welcome! I’m glad you are here.
A little bit about myself, I have been working in the mental health field for over 15 years, and it has been a meaningful journey. I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Human Services, with a focus on Mental Health. I gained an understanding of the importance of accessible and compassionate care.
As I gained experience, I developed an interest in family systems and decided to further my education by pursing a Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy. Since then, I have had the privilege of working with individuals, couples, families, and children, providing both individual therapy and group facilitation.
In 2020, I became a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). Through this journey, I have had experiences that allowed me to better understand the broader systems that impact people’s lives and to focus on finding collaborative, strength-based solutions that support real, lasting change.
Reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, especially if you were taught to handle things on your own or if mental health wasn’t openly discussed in your family or culture. I offer a collaborative, trauma-informed space for adolescents (13+), adults, couples, and families who are navigating anxiety, depression, relationship stress, life transitions, or the lasting impact of difficult experiences.
As a Punjabi Marriage & Family Therapist, I understand how cultural expectations, family roles, and stigma can make it hard to ask for support. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, not judged, and where your values and lived experiences are honored. Together, we’ll build insight, strengthen coping tools, and help you feel more grounded and confident in your relationships and daily life.
You don’t have to be certain about everything to begin. Sometimes therapy simply starts with giving yourself permission to try. When you’re ready, I’m here to support you.
My focus is on guiding people through depression, anxiety, trauma, and major life changes. If you’re feeling stuck, therapy can offer clarity, support, and a path forward. Together, we’ll explore what’s holding you back and find meaningful ways to move ahead. Expect sessions to be calm, accommodating, and understanding. I want you to feel comfortable talking about anything. I offer a safe space without judgment where you can be yourself.

Together, we will create a safe, supportive space where healing begins with hope and tangible intention. My therapeutic approach is eclectic, strength-based, and grounded in the principles of whole person care. Because your path is entirely unique, I integrate lived experience with evidence-based practices to build sustainable strategies for lasting personal growth. I draw from a wide range of modalities—including psychoanalysis, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness—while utilizing the practical principles of harm reduction and SMART Recovery to guide you on your journey of self-discovery and resiliency. I am bilingual and speak English and Spanish.
Hello! My name is Jessica Canada-Rudolph and I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT). I received my Master's degree from Alliant University and have been practicing for 6 years. I love what I do! I am here to help with things from decreasing anxiety symptoms to improving communication. As an LMFT, I can be a neutral ear to listen with compassion and help you discover your solutions! ** Please note that AI note taking is an integral part of my practice. This is a tool that not only helps me be present in session, it gives you a summary of what was discussed and I make certain to remove any proper nouns, if needed, before the note is saved. If you do not prefer AI note taking during sessions, please consider services with any of the other, wonderful Grow Therapy providers **
Hello! I am Dr. Efrain Zepeda. I am a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Clinical Psychologist and Clinical Social Worker. In the past 23 years of working as a mental health professional, one important lesson I have learned is that the most powerful therapeutic intervention is found in the interpersonal experience that occurs in the client-therapist relationship. Together we can analyze the past to co-create a new meaning to achieve healing. I strongly believe that therapy is not about labeling or judging, but rather about personal discovery.

Hi, I’m Dr. Cathy Evangelatos, I look forward to supporting you on your journey toward healing and growth.
I am a licensed clinical psychologist in California with a doctorate in Clinical Psychology from the American School of Professional Psychology.
I also hold a Master’s degree in Theology, enabling me to offer specialized Christian-integrated therapy for clients who desire to integrate their faith into their personal growth and healing.
I hold a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, which provides significantly more rigorous training and expertise than a standard two-year Master’s-level therapist. Psychologists typically complete 5–7+ years of doctoral-level education beyond a bachelor’s degree, with extensive training in evidence-based psychological interventions, assessment, diagnosis, and advanced treatment approaches. In contrast, most Master’s-level therapists (such as MFTs or LCSWs) complete a two-year graduate program focused primarily on relational and family systems work. This advanced doctoral training allows me to deliver deeper, more nuanced, and highly effective care — empowering you to achieve meaningful, lasting change with greater insight, precision, and support than a standard Master’s-level therapist can typically provide.

There is always a path beyond what you're suffering now. For 35 years I've been privileged to help people like you look at their lives. I've helped them find ways to directly look at the pain, fear, anger, shame, depression, trauma, and other things that feel overwhelming. Hello! I’m Brenda De Monge, a passionate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 21 years of experience in community mental health. Helping and supporting youth, parents, & individuals from various cultures & socio-economic backgrounds affected by trauma. When working with trauma, sexual, physical, emotional, and domestic violence, my number one priority is safety & meeting my clients where they are, by supporting them & reaching their goals. I use these treatment methods:
• Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). In my practice, I have used CBT to help clients challenge recurring thoughts and manage their anxiety. CBT is effective in understanding how thoughts, feelings, and behaviors interact with one another. We can implement this in therapy to help you live a less anxious and stressful life.
• Trauma-Focused CBT is a short-term therapy designed for children ages 3-18 who have experienced various types of traumas, including physical, emotional, & sexual abuse. When working with young children, the parents/caregivers are key, as they provide ongoing support. By attending sessions, parents will gain a deeper understanding of the root causes of the issues. Over the past 20 years, I have worked with families using this model, & it has been helpful to them.
• Seeking Safety is a treatment approach I have used with clients for more than 15 years. It assists individuals dealing with trauma & addiction by emphasizing safety and coping skills.
• Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) has proven to be a helpful approach in easing obsessive thoughts, reducing intrusive memories, & empowering clients to stay calm while learning ways to handle future challenges and symptoms. Since 2019, I’ve supported children, teens, & adults in managing their post-traumatic stress disorder, anxiety, depression, & panic disorder through EMDR. In addition, I’ve helped clients with war-related trauma & child sexual assault.
Hi, I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California. I support women who feel stuck in unfulfilling relationships, carry the weight of wounds like feeling unseen or not enough, and are exhausted from trying to hold it all together.
My purpose is to help you heal your past, build self-trust, and feel empowered to create the life and relationships you desire.
With a warm, compassionate approach, we’ll explore what’s been holding you back and work to break free from old patterns. Together, we’ll strengthen your emotional tools and deepen your sense of worth, guiding you toward a more connected, confident, and fulfilling life.
Welcome! My name is Tamer, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. I have worked for nearly 10 years in different capacities such as refugee resettlement, disability rights, substance use recovery, community health, and LGBTQIA+ centered care. I am most excited about creative self-expression, and I believe in person-centered approaches to understand the powerful role that stories play in shaping our everyday lives. I also find tremendous value in working together to deconstruct how these stories show up in the context of anxiety, stress, depression, and trauma.
Seeking therapy is one of the most courageous steps you can take for yourself. Whether you want to heal past wounds, resolve conflict in your relationships, or better manage the stressors of life, therapy is the space where your goals and values are prioritized. It is where you can feel safe to be vulnerable and open. Because there is no singular way to engage in treatment, therapy does not conform to strict constructs, norms, or stereotypes. Rather, therapy is meant to reflect your authentic self and promote the innate power you hold. The right therapist should honor the nuances of your life’s journey, while also helping explore the path forward that you want to lead.
Every person lives within multiple stories, of family, culture, relationships, challenges, and hopes. Therapy can help you discover which stories still serve you and which stories deserve to be rewritten. The next chapter does not need to be written alone. I look forward to honoring your journey here, and your journey forward. Thank you so much!

I'll never judge you—but I may challenge you. I believe meaningful growth happens when compassion and honesty work together. My practice is centered on creating a warm, supportive environment where adults can explore life's challenges, better understand themselves, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I recognize that every person brings a unique story, strengths, and experiences to therapy. Rather than taking a one-size-fits-all approach, I tailor treatment to each client's individual needs, preferences, and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based approaches and believe therapy is most effective when clients feel both supported and empowered.
I work with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship concerns, self-esteem issues, stress, and life transitions. Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, my goal is to help you identify patterns that no longer serve you, build upon your strengths, and create meaningful, lasting change. You don't have to navigate life's challenges alone.
Do you feel lost, hopeless, or stuck? Do you find yourself worried and self-conscious? Are you experiencing conflict with family members, co-workers, or other important relationships in your life? Are you a parent wanting extra support? You are not alone. My style is nurturing, kind, empathetic, and patient. I am here to establish a safe environment where you will be respected, heard, and validated. Therapy sessions are tailored to your individual needs. I meet clients where they are at and work at their pace to achieve hope, empowerment, and growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 20 years of experience helping teens and adults overcome struggles, achieve transformation, and live a meaningful life. Thank you for taking the time to review my brief profile. My name is Dr. Sara Shuffer. I hold a Doctorate in Social Work and have extensive experience in healthcare for over 25 years. I have worked with many clients dealing with end-of-life, healing from grief and loss issues, depression, cultural conflicts, intergenerational and relationship stressors, work/life balance issues, and other life stressors that can potentially affect the daily living of a person. I am humbled to meet every client who selects me as their therapist.
I feel my primary responsibility as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist is to foster a calm, safe and trusting environment with all clients through a warm and non-judgmental relationship. Therapy is a “we” program. My former career tracks in communication and education gives me the ability to connect with clients from various backgrounds and cultures with empathy and support to help you meet your goals.
As a private practice and community mental health therapist, I was able to experience working clinically with children, youth, adults and couples. I use an individually tailored approach to therapy matching the needs of each client in the present moment.
I am passionate about the impact of spirituality in mental health therapy. As an attachment informed humanist LPCC, I consider the bio-psycho-social-spiritual/existential condition of the folks with whom I work. Healing is a matter of integrating the disparate and fragmented parts of life. Empathy, acceptance, positive regard, and genuineness are crucial elements for effective therapy and these are the characteristics I seek to cultivate in my practice. As far as a specific toolkit, CBT and Motivational Interviewing are the primary evidence based methodologies I employ to be with people in their self-paced, goal oriented healing efforts. Those who want to examine the angst, anxiety, disquiet, and friction in their lives will find a fellow traveler in me.

After working in the fire service for 14 years and recognizing the need to bridge the gap between public safety and mental health services, I transitioned into the mental health field in 2014 and discovered passion for helping people of various ages and health needs. Therapeutically, I have gravitated towards solution-focused therapy blended with acceptance and commitment therapeutic work, mainly because of the drive I have to maintain hope for others, ingrained in me from my fire service career.
If you are looking for court mandated counseling, seeking letters for emotional support animals, work disability, custody, or other court related services, I do not provide those services, and refer individuals to other providers having those services as their specialties. I am looking forward to working with you to build solutions towards your preferred future.
Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in Northern California for 20+ years. I believe everyone has inner wisdom that is often difficult to access when we have dealt with trauma, fear, shaming and abuse. My goal is to help clients access the parts of themselves that they feel disconnected from or would like to develop further. I believe very strongly that healing and change are possible at any age! I like to teach skills that help with finding the strong parts of each person, that may have been suppressed or cut off, due to life circumstances.
My name is Uchechi Alozie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is seeing my client within their environment and not just the issues they are presenting. I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting, working with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness.
Hi! As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), I specialize in providing compassionate and effective therapy to individuals, couples, and families. I am committed to creating a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients can explore their concerns, develop coping strategies, and achieve their therapeutic goals.
I will help you get to know yourself again, and take back control of your life. Someone who suffers from anxiety, depression, or trauma can feel trapped, and feel they can't see there way out. They struggle with all types of symptoms such as constant worries, overthinking, sadness, loss of pleasure, isolating, forgetfulness, flashbacks, etc., and tend to find themselves only getting worse.
My ideal clients are those that are seeking results in making positive changes with their mental health and being willing to put in the work to do so by learning skills such as relaxation, mindfulness, and even setting a routine to help one have more structure in their life. Our mental health does not have to feel as though it is debilitating.

I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.
I work with adults navigating anxiety, stress, self-esteem concerns, depression, and the impact of trauma. I offer a supportive, nonjudgmental space to explore thoughts, emotions, and patterns with honesty and curiosity.

My goal is to help clients feel more grounded, self-aware, and empowered, supporting lasting change, clarity, and emotional balance.
As a therapist, I am committed to helping you have healthier, more balanced, harmonious lives and relationships. My therapy approach includes traditional and holistic healing techniques that involve mind, body, heart and spirit as well as things unseen.
My years of experience in community mental health include individual, child, couples, co-parenting and family therapy. I am able to relate well to many different cultural, ethnic, socio-economic groups. With an M.A. in transpersonal psychology and an M.B.A. from University of Chicago plus 25 years of corporate experience, I use a broad range of skills to help my clients explore their needs and goals. As a certified yoga and meditation teacher, many of my clients have learned mindfulness techniques that enhance their recovery.
All of us need confidential support for different things at times. My job is to compassionately support you in what you need, with your values, to have the life that you want.
