Thank you for stopping by! A little about myself. I am a mother, a Nana to 5, and dog mom to 2 Jack Russel's. (They haven't eaten the couch yet :) I grew up in foster care and was adopted in my teens. That path led me through my own therapeutic journey as I struggled with depression and anxiety. As I found wellness, I launched into social work to support youth and families, and eventually here, as a licensed therapist. I have been working with Individuals and families in various therapeutic settings for over 25 years.
If you decide I may be a good fit for you and wish to book a spot, lets make sure we can coordinate a time that works best with your schedule on a weekly or bi-weekly basis. My work hours are Tuesdays through Thursdays 10-3:30pm. Please know that the open days you see are the only days and times available. So, for example, if you book on a Tuesday at 10 am that would be the weekly day and time you are indicating you can commit to. Please know you may not be able to switch the time to another day/time. Also feel free to message me through your portal if you need a different time/day. We will try to make it work.
