I have always been fascinated by human behavior, the process of producing it and the impact it has on the lives of those involved. From my earliest days of rural living to my time in LA, I truly experienced a journey of wondering in regard to such. Engaging in my own therapy increased my understanding of many of these things. After realizing the inherent value of such work, I was compelled to help others achieve the same by making it a career. I have worked in group and private practice settings since 2004 and currently also assist in running an intensive outpatient program. I believe that the therapeutic relationship is the most essential factor of therapy. My clients experience a compassionate, inclusive, and nonjudgmental approach, and feel safe, understood, and cared for in our sessions as they explore their needs and obtain the understanding and skills best suited to them.
