Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California. I received my master's from California State University of Long Beach. I have over 5 years working in outpatient and inpatient medical settings. I have worked as medical and mental health social worker. I have experienced working with adults, older adults dealing with depression, anxiety, substance use, life changes and other challenges.
During the first session, we will start with brief introductions, and I will ask about what brings you into therapy and your goals/expectations for therapy. At that point, we can begin to create a plan to reach your goals in the following sessions.
As a therapist my greatest strengths is having a good connection and ability to empathize with my clients and create a safe a non-judgmental space.
