Hello, my name is Ana Ruiz, I am a Licensed Marriage Family and Child therapist. My work focuses on trauma, attachment disorder, anxiety, depression, life transitioning and parenting. My priority is to offer a strength-based approach that works for you. My goal is to provide you with the tools necessary for you to transition from surviving to thriving and provide an environment where you feel heard and validated. I work with children and adults. I am bilingual in Spanish.
You’re someone others rely on. You handle what needs to get done, maintain high standards, and rarely let things slip. From the outside, it works. Internally, it can feel like a constant undercurrent of pressure—overthinking, tension, or a sense that you’re always “on.”
Many of the patterns that keep you functioning at a high level were shaped by earlier experiences that required you to adapt quickly, stay aware, or carry more than you should have alone. Those patterns don’t just disappear—they evolve into the way you think, respond, and move through your life today.
My work is designed for high-functioning adults who are ready for a different internal experience. Together, we look beneath the surface at what’s driving these patterns and begin to shift them—so you can feel more grounded, clear, and aligned with who you actually are, not just who you’ve had to be.
This isn’t about becoming someone new. It’s about experiencing your life with less pressure, more intention, and a stronger connection to your authentic self.
When you’re ready to move beyond just managing and start feeling more like yourself, I’m here to help.

My name is Geno Creese, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and Registered Drama Therapist (#942) accepting virtual clients in California. Regardless of presenting issues, I like to meet my clients where they are at; whether you are new to mental health support or are a seasoned veteran there is space for you here. We will work to identify what is getting in the way of you meeting your goals and address these challenges together. That said, we will work together each session with whatever you bring to the room.

Welcome! My name is Noelia Sanchez Hernandez, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 18 years of professional experience and 6 years of clinical experience. My goal is to walk alongside you as you navigate life's challenges and discover your most authentic self. Life is filled with both highs and lows, and together we can build the skills, insight, and confidence needed to create meaningful and lasting change. I believe healing is a journey, and I would be honored to support you every step of the way.
I approach our first session with wanting to know what prompted you to book the session. This is because people usually book a therapy session with an issue in mind, or with a problem to solve. I assure you that if you are motivated to change your mindset and ready to work on yourself, that you will be able to feel more peaceful and calm with just one session, and you will leave knowing that you will be able to solve what is going on.
We tend to be harsh and critical of ourselves thinking that will promote change when that only causes us to procrastinate and feel depression and anxiety. To address this I offer you my book endorsed by His Holiness the Dalai Lama on self-forgiveness- find it on Amazon and in Barnes & Noble, "The Chiron Effect: Healing Our Core Wounds through Astrology, Empathy, and Self-Forgiveness."
I offer you my podcast- "All Things Therapy," which can be found on iTunes and Spotify. It is a mental health and wellness-focused podcast with over 425 episodes related to mental health, fitness, and personal transformation for you to dig into. I intend that the show augments therapy and gives you a resource to look for topics you are facing in the show titles and then listen and apply what is offered and see how that changes things for you.
Hi, I'm Sarah, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor, and I'm so glad you're here. If you've been carrying the weight of anxiety, burnout, trauma, life transitions, or simply trying to hold everything together for everyone else, you don't have to do it alone. My approach is warm, genuine, and down-to-earth. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation where you can exhale, be fully yourself, and know you're accepted without judgment. Together, we'll build on your strengths, process what's been weighing you down, and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.
Outside of the therapy room, you'll usually find me cheering at a soccer game, trying a new recipe in the kitchen, or enjoying live music with family and friends. I believe healing happens through connection, and I strive to bring that same authentic, human approach into every session. I'm so glad you're here, and I'd be honored to be part of your journey.

Hello, I’m Dr. Cami, a psychologist providing telehealth services to adults in California. I am a native of the Central Valley in California and come from a diverse cultural community. I currently reside in the beautiful country of Norway and enjoy downhill skiing, hiking, gardening, traveling, and learning new languages.
As a psychologist, I am passionate about helping individuals develop helpful strategies to effectively navigate their path and the roadblocks that may arise on their journey in life. Upon feeling effective, it is a beautiful experience to walk with the individual as they re-story past hurts, emotions, and experiences into a story of empowerment and growth. As a therapist, this is the gift of therapy: a transactional experience of growth in the therapeutic relationship in which both I, and the client walk along the path of reclaiming self-compassion and identity.
In my work, I use warmth, humor, and a nonjudgmental approach to develop a strong alliance with my clients, grounded in authenticity and acceptance. I view therapy as a collaborative experience in which I encourage clients to approach challenges with curiosity and self-compassion. My clients have described me as open to learning and understanding their cultural values and beliefs, warm, easy to talk to, empathic and humorous in session.
If I were to use one sentence, to sum up my view of a healthy therapeutic treatment experience, it would be: Therapy, in its purity, is a place where an individual is validated, supported, and empowered to thrive on their path in life.
Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with nearly eleven years of clinical therapy experience within community mental health, private practice and the hospital setting. I have worked extensively with individuals and families connected to the military, as well as in the general community, to work through problems or through unfinished business. Unfortunately, it is usually from unprocessed trauma. Your body remembers, and it may need help letting it go.
I bring both deep expertise and heartfelt commitment to the clients I serve. I am especially passionate about supporting women who are leaving a toxic relationship, veterans experiencing a hard time with that crucial transition from military to civilian life, and children who shouldn't have experienced trauma, but have, and need a little extra support to heal and thrive.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and strengths-focused, ensuring that each client feels understood and supported as they work toward meaningful growth and restoration.
Welcome!

I have also now worked remotely for 5 years providing individual therapy to all ages and populations.
In treatment, I believe that each and every person has the power and the courage to face their trauma and find fulfillment and joy in their lives. I view trauma as the root cause for the majority of mental health problems and diagnoses. I believe that treating trauma is the foundation for each client to heal and find wellness in their lives. In the therapeutic process I believe the therapist and client should work together collaboratively to establish wellness goals and to develop a plan to reach those goals. I have been trained in multiple trauma therapy modalities including EMDR, TF-CBT, EFT(emotional freedom technique), and mindfulness. I have used each of these techniques in treatment to process traumatic memories and heal trauma associated symptoms. I have also utilized EMDR to manage chronic pain and sensory issues. I'm a CA and OR Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) with over 20 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life transitions, emotional overwhelm, relationship challenges, and substance use concerns. I bring both deep clinical experience and a very human understanding of how hard it can be to ask for help.
My approach is collaborative, honest, and practical. My name is Jeffrey Yeom, and I'm a 1.5-generation Korean-American therapist. I believe one of our deepest human needs is to understand and to be understood. That's why I do this work: to help you realize you don't have to navigate life alone. My practice centers on decolonizing mental health, which means freeing you from values imposed by dominant culture so you can reconnect with what truly matters to you. I take time to learn your background, identity, and cultural world, then weave that understanding into rituals, traditions, and self-care practices that honor who you are. Together, we'll explore the emotions that point toward your truest values and gently rewrite patterns that no longer serve you. I work from an emotion-focused, attachment-based, and psychodynamic approach. In my sessions, I invite you to show up exactly as you are. We'll explore the relationships and experiences that have shaped you with curiosity, compassion, and without judgment. If you're looking for a space where your whole story can belong, I hope you reach out. Many of my clients carry stories shaped by migration, acculturation, or family expectations. You're not alone in navigating these.
As a clinical social worker I've had the opportunity to work with folks who are in all stages of life. I work with individuals facing struggles with: depression, anxiety, family and interpersonal conflict, grief, life transitions, self-esteem issues, and enhancing self-awareness. I prefer to provide one-on-one therapy rather than couples' work, and enjoy working with adolescents and adults of all ages. My current work leans upon on the theoretical frameworks of: cognitive-behavioral, psychodynamic, mindfulness-based, DBT (dialectical behavior therapy), client-centered, and solution focused therapies.
I can assist you to develop healthy coping strategies through self-evaluation, skill building, self- acceptance and healing from abuse. Achieving a healthier approach to the way you think, make decisions, and relate to others can help clear a way to the path you want to take!

I provide care via Telehealth and my practice is a mixture of different tools and techniques according to what I determine, with your help, is the best fit for you at the time. I'm a fan of complimentary medicine, which uses creative tools and techniques to add extra value and interest to your care (Cinematherapy, Bibliotherapy, Animal Assisted Therapy- live and robotic, to name a few).
My ideal client is someone coping with anything from daily stressors to severe mental illness—feeling overwhelmed, misunderstood, or simply stuck. They may be navigating complex relationships, the aftereffects of trauma, or struggling with symptoms that disrupt their sense of self. Some may have tried therapy before; others are seeking a fresh, compassionate approach. What they share is a hope for change, a desire for clarity, and the drive to find new ways forward—whether that's healing, understanding themselves, or just feeling “okay” again.
As a seasoned therapist with advanced NMT training and a passion for innovation, I use a person-centered, solution-focused approach, blending therapeutic modalities to fit your unique needs. Fluent in English, Tagalog, and conversational Mandarin, I provide support that is compassionate, adaptable, and culturally sensitive.
If you want to be met with both expertise and genuine care, you’re in the right place. I embrace individuality and creative problem-solving, helping clients find hope even in tough situations. We'll collaborate closely—finding what works for you—so you never face challenges alone.
Asking for help is one of the most courageous things you can do for yourself. Life can be stressful, and you can feel pulled in many different directions.
Being an African American man growing up in Los Angeles, I have faced my share of challenges and obstacles and when stress sets in, I understand that even the smallest pebble can feel like a major Boulder. I come from a traditional family where men and oftentimes women are discouraged from seeking help to deal with life's struggles and stresses. I aim to fill that void and change that narrative.
I empower Men, Women and Families to seek to understand their struggles, anxieties and life challenges and to overcome them.
