Hey you! I am Cierra and it would be my honor to collaborate with you on a journey that we all share called...LIFE. But before you do me the honor of working alongside you, let me introduce myself. I am Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) located in sunny California. I earned my master's from Point Loma Nazarene University and have successfully navigated the mental health field for 5 years and counting. That may not seem like a seasoned professional to some, but prior to that I served in the Navy for 20 years and counting as well. With that I find that the population I serve best are youth, teens, and young adults that experience challenges such as anxiety, depression, stressors from relationships and intense emotions and everything else in between. I have been in practice for 15 years. I do my best to meet new clients where they’re at and allow them to identify what they want to work on. I try my best to be kind, but direct. I value clients time and understand it’s often difficult to begin the therapy process. I allow clients to set the and honor the therapeutic process. Life is hard! And I’m here to help
To others it may seem like you've got it all together, but on the inside you're spinning out of control. Panic randomly punches you in the chest, taking your breath away, and you can't focus on anything else other than how to make it stop. You are consumed by trying to keep up with everyone else since they seem to have it all together, but you can barely function through the day. You feel like an awful mom because you are lashing out on your kids and hating the daily monotony instead of "embracing the joy of motherhood." You feel like you are failing your partner because somewhere along this journey you just lost yourself.
You want to be a better mom to your kids. And remember why you fell in love with your partner. And stop the tornado of anxiety that knocks you out on the regular. You want to stop living by the expectations of others and rediscover who you truly are. It's time to win back some peace of mind and self-worth and attract the life you want.
I have the DBT and mindfulness skills, which uses both mind and body exercises that will help you manage the crippling anxiety, love yourself better, be a more present and joyful mom, improve your relationships, and attract the life you want.

Hi, I’m Albert. I’m a Licensed Psychotherapist with more than a decade of experience. I help people who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or hard on themselves learn to understand their patterns and make choices that align with what matters most.
Therapy with me is collaborative and active. We use CBT and mindfulness to work with thoughts, emotions, and habits. We bring in trauma-informed care when relevant. We can also explore meaning, values, and purpose if that fits you. The goal is not a stress-free life. The goal is a life you can stand behind with clarity, courage, and care for yourself and others.
You set the direction. I provide structure, tools, and steady accountability.
If this resonates, book a first session. We will map what’s not working, define what you want more of, and take one practical step right away.
My name is James Clark and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in California providing therapy through tele-health throughout California. I work with adults and specialize in depression, anxiety, trauma, and addiction through the use of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, and Schema Therapy. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship and mutual understanding are key to reaching my client’s goals.
Hi! I’m a licensed psychotherapist (LPCC) based in Berkeley CA and serving clients statewide via Telehealth. I have over 20 years of experience working and volunteering in community mental health, and have been practicing as a psychotherapist since January 2018. I received my Masters in Integral Counseling Psychology from the California Institute of Integral Studies (CIIS) in 2019 and my Bachelors in Psychology from Reed College in 2010, and have been licensed since February 2023.
I am trained as an integrative psychotherapist and work holistically and relationally. I believe all facets of life are (naturally) interrelated--emotional, cognitive, relational, cultural, physical/physiological, spiritual, societal/political, existential. I incorporate orientations, frameworks and insights from across the field: attachment-based (psychodynamic), somatic (Polyvagal, Somatic Experiencing, neuroscience), humanistic, mindfulness, gestalt, self-psychology, ACT, DBT, CBT, systems, existential, holistic/spiritual perspectives and wisdom like Buddhism, narrative, human needs perspectives like self-determination theory, communication frameworks like NVC and insights from the Gottmans, and paradigms and perspectives on social justice like feminism, analysis of power and privilege, intersectionality, intergenerational and societal trauma, psychological/emotional/verbal abuse, narcissism/scapegoating/othering etc.
I am guided by a trauma-informed approach that aims to foster empowering client-centered, collaborative, transparent and intersubjective relational conditions that I believe support people’s natural ability to experience safety, connection, and authentic actualization. My work is informed by a lifetime of deep inquiry into human needs and the complex ways familial, social, cultural, economic and biological contexts inform how they may be nurtured, supported, neglected or actively or insidiously contravened. I believe that human attachments and early life experiences, as well as structural power dynamics in social/societal systems, are typically foundationally informative to the bridge or gap between trauma/suffering and thriving in safety and connection. I think humanness and understanding of / respect for these facts, alone, can be a healing provision of therapy relationship.

I am not only a therapist but a real person. Everyone struggles with mood and thoughts and sometimes we all need help navigating the intensity of these experiences. I hope to be a guide for you as you walk through whatever challenges are keeping you from moving forward. This process will be challenging and will take work, however if you take away one thing from reading this, it is that you are not alone and there are people out there waiting to offer help.
Are you looking for nonjudgmental listening, do you struggle with anxiety and worry over daily living, do you need support in a phase of life struggle? Through an initial assessment we will work together on developing your goals to support growth to better living. You will receive compassionate listening that provides a nonjudgmental space to work through challenges that you may be going through. I specialize in children, youth, and families dealing with depression, anxiety, ADHD, and mood disorders.
I have been providing therapeutic services to youth and families since 2009 when I started working in the school system providing therapy to students through their IEP. Currently, I have been in private practice since 2018 providing therapy to adults and youth utilizing Solution Focused, CBT, and DBT therapy styles in my practice supporting patients with mood disorders, depression, anxiety and life transitions. In my tele therapy practice, I have moved away from working with patients under 16 as I find that in-person therapy is more effective for younger children.
I received my Master's Degree from California State Long Beach and earned my licensure hours through the Los Angeles Unified School District. My hope for patients is for them to be able to learn skills that will help them move forward from current challenges on their own.
I do not provide assessments or complete paperwork for work disability or emotional support animals. Additionally, I do not participate in court proceedings or custody-related matters.

Hello, I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist based in California. With a passion for supporting individuals, couples, and families to navigate the complexities of relationships and personal growth, I've dedicated my career to fostering a safe and nurturing environment where my clients can explore challenges, heal, and thrive. My approach is grounded in empathy, evidence-based practices, and a deep commitment to understanding each client's unique dynamics and strengths. Whether addressing communication issues, conflict resolution, emotional intimacy, or personal development, I aim to empower my clients to achieve greater harmony, understanding, and fulfillment in their lives and relationships.
Hello and welcome to my page! While I'd like to say that I'm here to solve all of your problems, I am not. My role as a therapist is to provide a safe space for you to express your thoughts/feelings, gain insight and bravery so you can create the life you deserve by mitigating the intrusive thoughts and feeling of overwhelmness.
