I am passionate about working alongside my clients to heal those wounds and setting them up to be able to reach the goals they've set for their futures. My passion for therapy is rooted in a deep desire to connect with others. Growing up in a family rich in cultural diversity, I have had the privilege of hearing stories from relatives of various backgrounds, which sparked my curiosity and appreciation for different perspectives. This experience has inspired me to continually learn about others—their thoughts, motivations, and unique journeys. I believe my purpose is to support clients as they strive to reach their fullest potential. For me, being a therapist means walking alongside individuals, couples, and families as they navigate challenges and embrace growth. It is both an honor and a privilege to serve my community in this meaningful way.

You might be at a turning point. Drained by work or the people around you, running on empty after years of giving more than you had to give, or trying to find your footing after a major life change. Maybe you're realizing how much of yourself you've set aside for others, or you're not sure who you are outside of a role you've outgrown. These are the crossroads I help people navigate, along with the depression, anxiety, and substance use that so often travel with them. I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in California. Before becoming a therapist, I spent 15 years in the nonprofit sector, where I saw up close the burnout that people who give a lot of themselves often carry quietly. It's a big part of why I do this work today. My clinical background spans community mental health, crisis intervention, and residential addiction treatment, including work with veterans, so I'm comfortable working with substance use, whether it's your own or a loved one's. I bring a trauma-informed approach focused on stability, insight, and understanding the patterns we carry from early relationships into the present. Our work together is collaborative, and we move at a pace that feels right for you. I also work with men who feel isolated or disconnected, and with anyone who has felt alone in carrying it all.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a warm, transparent, and down to earth approach to therapy. I believe therapy should be a space where you can show up exactly as you are without feeling judged or like you have to say the “right” thing. I’m genuine and interactive in sessions, and I use humor when appropriate because therapy can address difficult things while still feeling human and relatable. I work with individuals and couples who may be struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, life transitions, boundaries, self-esteem, attachment, or patterns that seem to keep repeating. One of my strengths as a therapist is helping clients recognize those patterns and understand not only what they are doing, but why they may be doing it. Together, we look at where those patterns came from, how they may have helped you at one point, and whether they are still serving you today. My approach is collaborative, supportive, and direct. I’m not the type of therapist who will simply sit back and nod for an hour. I’ll listen, ask questions, offer another perspective, challenge you when it may be helpful, and celebrate the progress you make along the way. I incorporate approaches such as CBT, DBT, solution-focused therapy, attachment-based work, and IFS concepts depending on your individual needs. Whether you’re trying to build healthier relationships, strengthen boundaries, better understand yourself, navigate a difficult transition, or finally break a pattern you’re tired of repeating, my goal is to help you develop greater insight and make changes that actually feel meaningful and sustainable in your everyday life.

I am a LPCC based in California, offering bilingual therapy in English and Spanish. With over ten years of experience, I provide culturally responsive, evidence informed care to adults and parents. I support clients navigating anxiety, depression, grief, identity development, and major life transitions, including relationship changes, loss, and shifts in family, work, or personal roles. Many of the individuals I work with feel disconnected from themselves, stuck in familiar relational patterns, or uncertain about how to move forward after a separation or significant life change. My work is shaped by both professional training and lived experience. As a Latinx immigrant, I bring a deep understanding of cultural identity and the complexities of navigating multiple cultural contexts into my work. I also draw from my lived experience as a parent to a nonbinary adult, which informs my commitment to gender-affirming and inclusive care. I’m Matthew “Matt” Tapia, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Arizona and California and a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. I provide online therapy for adults navigating ADHD, autism, anxiety, and burnout. You may feel drained by everyday demands, caught in worry, or frustrated that familiar advice does not fit how your mind works. You may also be balancing your own needs with parenting or caregiving. We can work together to understand these experiences and find practical ways to make daily life more manageable. My approach combines attention to emotions and relationships with strategies for coping, communication, boundaries, and supportive routines. I draw on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy skills, adapting our work to your needs and priorities. We will choose goals that matter to you and regularly discuss what is helping. You can view my availability and schedule an online appointment through this Grow Therapy profile.

I am a husband, father, and twin brother (I have and identical twin sister). I am also a reiki master and hypnotherapist. When I am not conducting psychotherapy (talk therapy), I enjoy conducting past life regressions to help people resolve past life trauma. I also use hypnotherapy to heal trauma. Hypnotherapy is not covered by most insurances and may result in cash pay. I enjoy helping people identify their wants and needs so they can then identify their goals and dreams. I believe we all have had experiences that have stifled our self-confidence which then causes us to doubt our ability. I enjoy helping people discover that part of themselves that is hidden as a result. I believe the world is a collective of people. We need to take care of ourselves, each other, and the animals we share this planet with. I DO NOT CURRENTLY ACCEPT COUPLES FOR MARRIAGE COUNSELING.

Hello. I'm Cameron and I strive to be very relatable. I have a deep commitment to supporting neurodivergent individuals, trans and gender diverse individuals, BIPOC clients, and veterans. I believe the development of our identities is fluid and ever evolving. I believe that everyone deserves a warm and affirming space to explore who they are, including how their identities develop and express themselves, and to honor their story. Everyone deserves an opportunity to build resilience in the face of systemic challenges. Everyone deserves the chance to thrive. My work is grounded in a gender-affirmative, trauma-responsive approach, informed by social justice and intersectionality frameworks. Rather than work as a purist, I often utilize eclectic approaches that include motivational interviewing, humanistic, solution focused, family systems, acceptance and commitment therapy, dialectical behavioral therapy, mindfulness, and somatic approaches. I am neurodivergent, and I bring both lived experience and clinical expertise to my niche specialty. If you are struggling with discrimination, trauma, chronic and ongoing anxiety and stress, let me guide you into developing self-trust, self-regulation, and meaningful change.

Hi, I’m Joshua. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with more than 30 years of experience helping people navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship challenges, and times when life simply feels overwhelming. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you are more than the problems that brought you here. I primarily use Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps us understand the different “parts” of ourselves, including the anxious, critical, angry, fearful, or protective parts that can sometimes leave us feeling stuck. Rather than asking, “What’s wrong with me?” IFS helps us become curious about what these parts may be trying to protect us from and what they need to feel safe enough to change. You won’t find judgment in my therapy room. You also won’t be expected to figure everything out on your own. We’ll work together at a pace that feels right for you, helping you better understand yourself, heal old wounds, and develop a more compassionate relationship with yourself. My goal is not to change who you are. It’s to help you discover more of the calm, confidence, clarity, and strength that may already be there beneath the noise.
