New to Grow
I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate life’s challenges and work toward emotional wellness and personal growth. My approach to therapy is compassionate, collaborative, and client-centered, with a focus on creating a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and understood. I enjoy helping clients build practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and develop healthier patterns that support lasting change and overall well-being.
During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. I will ask questions about your current concerns, personal history, relationships, and goals so I can better understand your experiences and how to best support you. The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share what you hope to gain from therapy, and become comfortable with the process. Together, we will begin identifying goals and creating a plan that feels supportive, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs.
My greatest strengths as a therapist include my ability to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental environment where clients feel comfortable being themselves. I am a compassionate listener who values empathy, collaboration, and building strong therapeutic relationships. I also focus on helping clients develop practical coping skills, increase self-awareness, and recognize their strengths while working through life’s challenges.
I would be best positioned to serve clients who are seeking support with stress, anxiety, depression, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and difficulties managing emotions or relationships. I work well with individuals who are open to self-reflection and motivated to better understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. My approach is especially helpful for clients who want practical coping skills, emotional support, and guidance in creating healthier patterns in their daily lives. I aim to create a supportive, nonjudgmental environment where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to work toward personal growth, improved emotional well-being
I identify as
Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)
As a therapist, I would use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy by helping clients understand the connection between their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. During a session, I would encourage the client to talk about situations that caused emotional distress and help them identify the automatic thoughts they had in those moments. I would guide them in exploring whether those thoughts are realistic, helpful, or influenced by negative thinking patterns. Together, we would work on developing healthier and more balanced ways of thinking while also identifying coping strategies and behaviors that support emotional well-being.
