I am a licensed Marriage & Family Therapist with a focus on sexual wellness and pleasure. I am passionate about alleviating the impacts of systemic and internalized racism, sexism, transphobia, and homophobia.

I want to meet you where you are right now and support you in moving towards a more intimate relationship with each part of yourself.
First session
In our first session, I want to drop in and get a feel for your cadence, way of speaking and being in the room, and your understanding of yourself and the experiences that brought you to therapy. My hope is that our sessions feel like conversations, not like you're being observed or analyzed.

I care deeply about my client's autonomy and I respect and value their expertise on themselves. My stance is compassionate, non-judgmental, and empowering. I want to support you getting more deeply in touch with your own intuition and desires. I'm also fun!

I particularly enjoy working with bisexual & pansexual folks, witchy/spiritual folks, and those seeking more pleasure and joy in their every day lives. People who are curious about their internal world and relationship to others! People who really want to do the work to understand themselves more deeply, feel more alive and connected, and to enjoy more of life than maybe they are currently.

I support clients in recognizing when/how they feel most themselves and help them to identify the parts of them that may be getting in the way of greater confidence and clarity.
