Hi, I’m Lisa, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with experience working with adolescents, young adults, and families navigating anxiety, emotional dysregulation, substance use, family conflict, self-esteem challenges, and life transitions. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in meeting clients where they are. I strive to create a supportive and nonjudgmental space where clients feel safe exploring challenges, building insight, and developing healthier coping strategies and relationships. I believe meaningful change happens through authentic connection, self-awareness, and feeling genuinely understood.
Hi, I'm Casandra, and I'm glad you are here! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), with a master's degree from the University of Southern California. I decided to become a therapist because I love being able to help others. One of my favorite things is getting to know others and helping them to discover (or re-discover) who they are. Getting to help others realize their potential and overall improve their mental and emotional well-being is something I enjoy doing and consider it such a privilege.
I’m so glad you’re here. Reaching out for help takes a lot of courage. I'm a therapist who focuses on you. Whether you are looking for support navigating the depths of grief, untangling the complex web of trauma, or strengthening intimacy, the space is yours. I am here for you. You don't have to do this alone.
Hi there! My name is Michael. I have my master's in clinical psychology, focusing on marriage and family therapy LMFT. I did my internship at Glendale Adventist Hospital, dual diagnosis program.
I have extensive experience with Individuals experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, depression, grief, self-esteem issues, OCD, trauma, couples therapy, and life transitions.
You have lived a life experience that no one can teach about in a grad course. My philosophy is you will teach me much more than the classes I took. I look forward to hearing your story with compassion and empathy; you'll feel seen and understood.
I take many CE units (I joined an unlimited program), read work related books just for fun, and truly enjoy my work and private life. I'm grateful for everything! Outside the office I have two adult children, love to water ski, play drums, race cars, and fix things.
After earning my undergraduate degree at UC Berkeley, I spent a number of years traveling the world and then went on to earn two Master’s degrees, the second in Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working as a therapist for close to seven years, but have worked as a counselor with children, adolescents, and families for over 15 years. I built my own academic counseling business after my first graduate school, in which I fostered relationships with families and the community. This experience working closely with hundreds of local families gave me great insight into the power of supportive, goal oriented, client centered, positive relationships as catalysts for change in individuals and relational systems.
I approach my clients with the belief that they are capable and valuable, and that with my support in identifying their strengths and resources, both internal and external, they can gain skills and achieve goals that can instill a sense of hope which enables them to move forward successfully.
I have spent a great deal of time traveling, living, and working in diverse parts of the world, and I believe my own experiences coupled with my genuine positive regard for people has cultivated a broad perspective of understanding that contributes to my success as a therapist.

You're here, which means that you have taken steps toward enhancing your mental wellness. Beginning your therapy journey can be scary, exciting, and powerful.
One of the primary benefits of therapy is emotional support and validation. I encompass a therapeutic, non judgmental, safe space for clients to express themselves freely. I foster a sense of comfort, empathy, and compassion while helping clients navigate their emotions and gain fresh perspective.
Therapy serves as a tool for self exploration. By engaging in meaningful introspective exercises clients will develop healthier coping tools, leading to personal growth.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with more than 35 years of clinical experience and an additional background in integrative and functional medicine. I take a holistic mind-body approach to therapy, recognizing the connection between emotional health, physical wellness, stress, lifestyle, and nervous system functioning. I work with adults experiencing anxiety, trauma, chronic stress, chronic pain, life transitions, and relationship challenges, using evidence-based approaches including EMDR, CBT, mindfulness, and trauma-informed care. Hi, I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, practicing in Northern California for 20+ years. I believe everyone has inner wisdom that is often difficult to access when we have dealt with trauma, fear, shaming and abuse. My goal is to help clients access the parts of themselves that they feel disconnected from or would like to develop further. I believe very strongly that healing and change are possible at any age! I like to teach skills that help with finding the strong parts of each person, that may have been suppressed or cut off, due to life circumstances.
My name is Uchechi Alozie. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker. My approach to therapy is seeing my client within their environment and not just the issues they are presenting. My approach is trying to aid my clients holistically. I have worked with family units for more than 10 years. And have worked with individuals with chronic mental illness for 6 years.
I am used to working with families with different dynamics. I have a background in child welfare services, so I am very familiar with the trauma that comes from familial interpersonal relationships. I have worked in an inpatient psychiatric setting, working with individuals suffering from debilitating chronic mental illness.
As a licensed marriage and family therapist (LMFT), I specialize in supporting first-generation individuals and those who have experienced trauma, postpartum, anxiety, depression, and family challenges. I deeply value creating a safe, collaborative, and empathetic space where clients feel heard and supported. My goal is to help clients process past experiences, gain self-acceptance, and build empowerment and confidence. I believe that therapy is a partnership, and I work closely with clients to explore their feelings, foster self-awareness, and help them develop the tools to thrive in their relationships—with themselves, their families, and their partners.
Over the past 6 years, I have had the privilege of working with individuals of all ages, with a particular focus on first-generation immigrants. I offer services in both English and Spanish and find great fulfillment in helping clients navigate the unique pressures and challenges that come with balancing multiple cultural identities.

Hello, I’m Dr. C. Steffanie
I was born and raised in California, and my Christian faith has been a steady shaping force in both my life and work. My graduate training at a Christian university, along with an independent Christian Counseling program, has allowed me to integrate academics with Biblical truth. As an LMFT, I offer both Christian Counseling and secular individual therapy, honoring each client’s values and preferences.
My therapeutic approach is rooted in a relational/psychodynamic framework, integrating Biblical principles and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. I strive to create a safe, compassionate space where clients can explore their inner world with honesty and hope, drawing strength from faith, as desired. I am deeply present during sessions. To support my level of presence, I exclusively use Grow Therapy’s confidential, HIPAA‑compliant platform and its associated AI summarization/transcription program. Clients who choose me need to consent to using the platform and AI Transcriber. I provide weekly sessions to facilitate meaningful therapeutic growth.
My practice is fully virtual/telehealth and adheres to best‑practice standards to ensure timely, consistent, and high‑quality care. I maintain specific policies that define the scope of services provided. I do not write letters or complete documentation (including but not limited to ESA, FMLA, IHSS, SSI, housing, or stress‑leave documentation). Additionally, due to safety considerations and the limitations of a virtual‑only setting, my practice does not provide treatment for the following symptoms or conditions: psychotic disorders, primary eating disorders, primary substance use/abuse, obsessive‑compulsive disorder (OCD), dementia, pain management, active suicidal or homicidal ideation, or frequent mental‑health emergencies. These policies are in place to ensure clients receive care that is clinically appropriate and aligned with the level of support they require. If your needs fall outside this scope, I will provide a referral to a provider or setting equipped to meet those needs.
As a therapist, I work with my patients to establish a foundation of mindfulness. We begin here to increase awareness and reduce judgements of the self and others. I take a collaborative approach with my clients, allowing autonomy in all aspects of treatment; while holding them accountable. I provide clear action steps after session to facilitate and foster a culture of implementation of skills and topics covered in sessions. After all, this is your life! Who know's it better than you.

Hi, my name is Laurie. I have been a Marriage and Family Therapist for 27 years. I have been able to help a variety of people who struggle with depression, anxiety, PTSD, ADHD, anger management, trauma, family conflict, military-related issues, parenting and couples who want to learn better communication skills.
I have worked with people from a variety of ethnicities and ages, from 5 to 75. I am compassionate, caring, and empathic.
My background includes; working with troubled teens, military members who struggle with deployment, etc., a drug and alcohol treatment center, couples, and those who struggle with trauma from childhood.
Nervous system regulation is key to healing from trauma. My primary tool for helping clients with trauma is ImTT or Image Transformation Therapy. ImTT uses imagery and the breath to release triggers and heal the nervous system. It does so in a safe and gentle way. When triggers are released you can make choices based on what's happening now not a threat from the past. Mindfulness, somatic practices and other self-care tools are valuable to support the work. Together these things help heal and reset the nervous system. The ability to calm an activated nervous system is one of the most valuable skills for good mental health.
If this speaks to you reach out and schedule a time to meet. I would love to work with you.
The pressures of the modern world seem never ending, particularly when you deal with an untreated or difficult to treat mental health or substance use issue. I specialize in certain mental health diagnoses including personality disorders, postpartum issues, depression/anxiety, self harm/suicidal ideation. I am prepared to assist you in offering helpful coping strategies, understanding the psychology behind your experiences/symptoms, processing feelings and thoughts, and gaining better traction on your life.
My specialty is in mental health and substance use (dual diagnosis). I am DBT certified. I have worked with individuals impacted by cycles of trauma, violence, and substances in various settings including psychiatric hospitals, county jail, intensive outpatient programs, and outpatient clinics. My mission? Help people THRIVE and be SEEN/HEARD despite these circumstances.
I understand that both making sense of the issue(s) at hand and reaching out is incredibly anxiety producing. What I provide is a safe and warm space where you can explore your needs, current feelings, history, and goals. You have the power to stop fighting what is out of your control, and harness your power to control what is just within your grasp.
Do you feel like nothing you do is ever right or that you have to put yourself last to make sure everyone else in your life is taken care of? Maybe you’ve been struggling with self-criticism or setting appropriate boundaries, either with yourself or with others. Life is hard enough without us getting in our own way. You deserve to live a life that is in line with your values or priorities; a life filled with joy and success, however, you want to define it.
I help people see their potential and to use their strengths to make changes in their lives. I also help people learn to live in the present moment and to find peace in the current situations they find themselves in.
I work with older teens and adults struggling with depression, anxiety, life transitions, eating disorders, assertiveness/boundary setting, self-criticism, and family/relationship conflicts. I use a blend of many different therapy approaches; my focus is on finding what works for you. I only see clients over video so that therapy can happen around your busy life and in a place where you feel comfortable.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I graduated with my master’s degree in social work in 2016. I also hold bachelor's degrees in psychology and multicultural queer studies. In my free time, I enjoy reading, playing board games with friends, and watching the waves at the beach near my home.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) licensed in California and working with adults navigating anxiety, college and career stress, relationship challenges, self-esteem concerns, and other life transitions. My approach to therapy is modern, collaborative, and relaxed. I strive to create a space that feels comfortable, supportive, and free of judgment—where you can show up as you are. I integrate culturally responsive, evidence-based practices such as mindfulness, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailoring each session to meet your unique needs and goals. Adulthood can bring significant pressure and change, and it’s common to feel overwhelmed or isolated at times. Whether you’re a young woman navigating dating and self-worth, a college student adjusting to academic and life transitions, or an adult managing the demands of work and relationships, I understand how complex these experiences can feel. I believe therapy should be both empowering and practical. Together, we’ll create a warm, collaborative environment where you feel at ease, supported, and equipped with tools to move forward with greater confidence and clarity.

Are you feeling stuck, disconnected in your relationships, or noticing patterns that you don’t fully understand? This process of gaining insight and gently challenging those patterns can be a meaningful step toward healing and growth.

I also support clients who are working toward feeling more like themselves again—reconnecting with a sense of balance, clarity, and emotional grounding.
Finding a therapist who feels like the right fit is an important part of the process. If what you’re reading resonates with you, I would be honored to support you in this work. Our sessions—whether weekly or biweekly—are a dedicated space for you to slow down, reflect, and focus on your needs.
My current availability is during daytime hours, between 9:00 AM and 2:00 PM, and I am not offering evening appointments at this time.
I look forward to walking alongside you in your healing journey.
Hi! I'm a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) and Registered Art Therapist based in California. I also have certification in substance use disorders. I practice from a trauma-informed, strengths-based perspective, utilizing integrative techniques which include CBT, mindfulness practices, somatic approaches, psychodynamic, internal family systems and art therapy. I tailor treatment to best suit your needs. I understand how hard it can be to make the decision to work through difficulties. My goal is to help clients develop insight into their thinking and behavioral patterns by exploring the root causes of their anxiety, depression, or trauma and identify the underlying issues contributing to their distress. This process of self-discovery can be challenging, but it is also incredibly empowering.
