We all struggle at times, but you don't have to do it alone. When life brings tests and trials, we may need some extra support and clarity. Whether or not you have received counseling before, it takes awareness and courage to reach out for professional help. I can assist you with discovering and building upon your own inner strengths and resources. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 15 years of experience, I have been proficient in helping individuals safely process emotions and experiences by learning useful, strengths-based coping strategies and techniques for symptom management /reduction. I am passionate about helping others achieve goals, learn problem-solving strategies, and address significant mental health issues that prevent individuals from living happy and healthy. My training and experience in evidence-based mental health treatment, bereavement, child welfare, end of life, and domestic violence prevention gives me a unique perspective as a helping professional. Together we can explore different ways to reduce feelings of anxiety, frustration, anger, and self-doubt and increase feelings of confidence, security, and worthiness. It is significant for you to feel validated and understood by your therapist, someone who will respect your cultural beliefs and values as you are the author of your story. My training and experience in evidence-based mental health treatment, bereavement, child welfare, end of life, and domestic violence prevention gives me a unique perspective as a helping professional.
