I’m Hadiya, a neurodivergent, licensed therapist practicing in North Georgia, Florida, and South Carolina. I have over ten years of experience supporting clients through anxiety, mood challenges, trauma, personality patterns, stress-related concerns, and major life transitions. My approach is grounded in real conversation, practical tools, and creating a space where your story is held with care, honesty, and zero judgment.
In our first session together, here's what you can expect
We’ll slow it down and keep it simple. I’ll get to know you, learn your background, and clarify what you want from therapy. Together, we’ll set expectations, build trust, and start shaping a plan that feels doable and true to you.
The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions
I’m upfront, relatable, and consistent. You'll get honest feedback, thoughtful support, and care that meets you where you are, without the fluff.
The clients I'm best positioned to serve
For clients who want a safe space to think out loud, unpack life without judgment, and do the real work of healing and growth at their own pace.
Supportive
I use a supportive therapy approach to provide a steady, nonjudgmental space where clients can process experiences, emotions, and stressors at their own pace. My experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, burnout, life transitions, identity exploration, and relational challenges. This approach centers on validation, emotional attunement, and strengthening internal resources. I focus on helping clients feel understood while building coping strategies, self-awareness, and resilience. Supportive therapy is especially helpful during periods of overwhelm or instability, offering containment, grounding, and clarity while reinforcing a client’s existing strengths and capacity for growth.
Couples Counseling
I work with couples using a collaborative, relational approach that focuses on communication patterns, emotional safety, and understanding the underlying needs driving conflict. My experience includes supporting couples navigating trust issues, life transitions, neurodivergence, blended families, intimacy concerns, and rebuilding connection after rupture. Rather than taking sides, I help couples slow down interactions, identify cycles that keep them stuck, and develop healthier ways to express needs, set boundaries, and repair when things break down. I integrate evidence-based frameworks alongside trauma-informed and attachment-focused work, tailoring the process to each couple’s unique dynamics. The goal is not perfection, but increased awareness, accountability, and the ability to move through challenges with more clarity and compassion.
