I utilize Cognitive Behavioral therapy, DBT, Attachment theory and coaching modalities. As well as holistic interventions. My therapeutic style is a laid back, but direct approach. I utilize varies modes of therapeutic homework so that the client may reflect and work on goals outside of our sessions.
