My first session with Ms. Harris was very very helpful. I am so looking forward to more sessions with her, because if the first one was really helpful i can only imagine the rest. She was open minded, she listened, she gave very powerful feedback and helpful tools to help me. Will highly recommend her to anyone.

Using CBT is a form of psychotherapy that focuses on the relationship between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. We will identify and examine negative thoughts and beliefs: This involves recognizing automatic thoughts and underlying beliefs contributing to your distress. Challenge and reframe unhelpful thoughts to question the validity of your thoughts and develop more balanced and realistic perspectives. We will develop coping skills and strategies such as relaxation techniques, problem-solving, and assertiveness to manage difficult situations and emotions
I incorporate a biblical approach into my sessions. We will explore how faith and scripture can support your emotional and mental health, bringing peace and strength to the challenges. We will begin each session with a brief moment of prayer.
