Our first session is about getting to know each other. I’ll take the time to learn about your background, experiences, and the challenges you're currently facing. This is a safe space for you to share at your own pace. From there, we’ll work together to create a personalized plan tailored to your needs and goals. Each follow-up session will be focused on helping you gain clarity, building effective coping strategies, and moving forward with confidence. I’m here to support you every step of the way!

I lucked out in choosing Elizabeth. In just a few sessions, she has helped me to uncover some connections between my past and longstanding intrusive thoughts that have plagued me for over 20 years. I have been through so much counseling, yet no one has helped me draw this connection previously. Elizabeth is warm, genuine, and very intelligent. I highly recommend her.
