Hi, I’m Brandy—Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over two decades of experience helping people navigate life’s challenges.
For the past 25 years, I’ve worked across diverse settings in the mental health field, with 20 of those years as a licensed clinician. At my core, I’ve always been a helper—someone who believes deeply in the power of connection, healing, and growth.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker providing teletherapy to adults in Virginia. I approach therapy as a collaboration where we make space for what’s difficult or confusing while also noticing progress and moments of relief. Clients often describe our sessions as calm and genuine, with humor and honesty mixed in.
I practice from a compassionate person-centered framework, integrating therapies to help you understand your experiences, manage distress and make changes that matter to you. I’m agnostic and open to people of all faiths and worldviews.
Therapy isn’t supposed to always feel good. It can be uncomfortable and tiring at times. My hope is that you leave each session with a little more clarity, support, and confidence in yourself.
If being on camera feels uncomfortable, we can discuss hiding self-view, adjusting your distance or camera angle while staying sufficiently visible, or covering my image on your screen without covering your camera. Phone-only appointments are not a routine substitute.
My standard cash-pay rate is $90 for a scheduled one-hour therapy appointment. Reduced-fee sessions at $30 or $45 may be available for uninsured clients or those with limited financial means. When a paid session is out of reach, we can discuss a brief pro bono check-in based on clinical need, availability and applicable payer rules. Insurance costs depend on your plan. Please bring up financial concerns so we can discuss a manageable arrangement.
Documentation requests
Detailed letters, clinical summaries, forms and related calls take professional time outside sessions, billed through Square online invoicing. My standard documentation rate is $45/hour; clients with an existing $30 therapy rate pay $30/hour, and agreed pro bono work remains free. We agree on the scope, estimate and spending cap before work begins. I provide clinically supported treatment documentation; I do not offer VA DBQs or formal nexus opinions.
Hello! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and I obtained both my Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work at Florida International University. I have over five years of experience helping teens, adults, and families in need of mental health services and/or medical/case management counseling. As a wife, mother, and therapist, I understand the importance of balancing personal responsibilities, relationships, self-care, and life’s many transitions. These roles have strengthened my appreciation for the unique challenges individuals and families face and the importance of creating space for personal growth, healing, and emotional well-being. I am the owner of Forevermore Counseling Services, LLC, licensed in AL, FL, IL, SC, and VA with the pursuit of more states, and utilizes empirical based interventions geared to your needs.
Dr. Norman Quintero is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over seven years of clinical experience supporting individuals and couples through life’s emotional, relational, and personal challenges. He is licensed to practice in California, Texas, Virginia, Louisiana, and Florida, and provides compassionate care for clients struggling with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship difficulties, grief, stress, anger management, and self-esteem concerns.
Dr. Quintero’s approach is warm, collaborative, and client-centered. He integrates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with humanistic principles to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions, and behaviors while creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where they feel heard, respected, and validated.
His goal is to help clients gain clarity, develop healthier coping skills, strengthen relationships, rebuild confidence, and move toward meaningful and lasting change in their lives.
I am a licensed psychotherapist specializing in child, adolescent, and adult mental health. With extensive training in therapeutic modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Trauma-Focused CBT (TF-CBT), and Parent-Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT), I help clients navigate trauma, anxiety, depression, and life transitions.
My work centers on building healthy, supportive relationships and helping clients strengthen emotional security, self-understanding, and resilience. I recognize the important role that connection and attachment can play in emotional and social development, and I bring that perspective into my sessions with individuals and families.
I also take a holistic approach to challenges related to school, work, and learning, offering support to both teens and adults as they manage academic stress, identity development, and everyday responsibilities. I provide practical tools and compassionate guidance to support both emotional and functional well-being.
For adults, I offer Motivational Therapy, using a personalized approach designed to strengthen intrinsic motivation and support positive behavioral change. My friendly and professional demeanor helps clients feel at ease as they work toward greater well-being.
You can come back from anything no matter how bad you think the situation is. It is all about your mindset. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success. The power of change rest in your desire to want change. I believe that people have the power to change their circumstances within themselves by changing their thought pattern first. Reprogramming your mindset is the key to your success.
I am excited about the success my clients have accomplished. It is their discovery that is most interesting: for example, it is possible to change personality even though we have always been told it never happens! We approach this by exploring emotions that form the building blocks of personality. In this sort of work, I find that the most effective therapy happens when clients and I form a interpersonal therapeutic bond of trust. By the way, when I say that change is possible , I really believe it, and I am confident that if you are willing to work on what many would call impossible...building trust...you will leave our sessions feeling a sense of increased wholeness. (Today also marks the beginning of a new partnership with Teach America! I have loved Teach America since they began. Grow Therapy and I are offering 20 counseling sessions to Teach America members free of charge!)
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and Certified Substance Abuse Counselor with experience supporting individuals facing mental health concerns, substance use, trauma, relationship stress, codependency, and life transitions. I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed, and practical approach to therapy that helps clients feel heard, supported, and empowered.
My work is rooted in the belief that healing happens through safety, connection, and honest support. I use approaches such as CBT, Solution-Focused Brief Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and person-centered care to help clients better understand themselves, build healthier coping skills, strengthen boundaries, and make meaningful changes.
I am especially passionate about helping individuals who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of their next step. Whether you are working toward recovery, emotional stability, healthier relationships, or personal growth, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion, respect, and hope.
I'm Charonne Randall, LCSW-C, a trauma-informed psychotherapist, leadership coach, speaker, and founder of Cultivating Unstoppable You and Soar Beyond Coaching & Consulting. With more than 20 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and leaders navigate life's challenges, I am passionate about helping people move from survival to authenticity.
At my core, I'm a down-to-earth, relatable person who believes healing happens through genuine connection, not perfection. Clients often describe me as warm, compassionate, insightful, and easy to talk to. I create a space where people feel safe enough to be honest about their struggles, uncover the patterns that keep them stuck, and discover new ways of living, loving, and leading.
My work integrates evidence-based approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Relational Life Therapy (RLT), attachment-based therapy, and Christian counseling for those who desire faith integration. Whether I'm working with a couple seeking deeper connection, a leader battling burnout, or a woman who has spent years putting everyone else's needs before her own, my goal is to help people understand why they do what they do, heal the wounds beneath their protective patterns, and reconnect with who they truly are.
My own journey through loss, life transitions, and personal reinvention has shaped my belief that our greatest challenges can become catalysts for growth and transformation. I am passionate about helping others remove the masks they've worn to survive, embrace their God-given worth, and cultivate lives marked by authenticity, purpose, peace, and meaningful connection.
Seeking therapy can feel overwhelming, and finding the right therapist is an important first step. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who works with adolescents and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, life transitions, relationship challenges, and substance use. My goal is to create a space where you can show up exactly as you are—without fear of judgment.
My approach is warm, genuine, and collaborative. I believe therapy should feel like a conversation with someone who truly listens while also helping you challenge the patterns that may be keeping you stuck. Together, we’ll identify your strengths, process difficult experiences, and develop practical tools you can use outside of our sessions.
I understand that healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you’re navigating stress, working through past trauma, rebuilding after addiction, or simply trying to better understand yourself, I’ll meet you where you are. My hope is that you leave each session feeling heard, empowered, and more confident in your ability to move toward the life you want

Hi I’m Dawn! For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals, children, and families achieve their goals through providing inpatient, outpatient, and group therapy. Early in life, I learned the importance of helping others. My mission is to empower individuals and families to become their best selves. I would like to guide you in identifying tools to help you cope with everyday life stressors. If you are finding it difficult to navigate through life’s challenges, then I am here to support you.
I am an expert in mental health who helps clients reduce depression, anxiety, ADHD symptoms, Hypomania symptoms; while making major life transitions in the domains of career and employment, important relationships, and grief/loss. Developing an identity and self that believes in change towards wellness is where we begin. I challenge clients, I ask questions, I direct and I redirect.
I hold a few spaces on my calendar for women who want to understand the impact of chaotic childhoods and childhood trauma where the threat of violence was too often present.
I support clients in getting comfortable with being assessed for medications to treat the above conditions, when I recognize medication as the best possible course along side regular psychotherapy.
I work best with clients who are highly motivated and take responsibility for how they make major life transitions.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, proudly continuing a family legacy of service and commitment to helping others. With over a decade of experience, I have worked in a variety of clinical settings, including hospitals, home health, outpatient centers, and most recently within a K–12 school system. Throughout my career, I have considered it a true privilege to support individuals during some of their most vulnerable and transformative moments.
I specialize in individual therapy and am now opening my practice to teens. My recent experience as a School Social Worker allowed me to provide direct therapeutic services to students across all grade levels, supporting them through anxiety, depression, academic stress, peer and family challenges, and crisis situations. This chapter feels especially meaningful, as I originally pursued my education with the goal of becoming a School Social Worker. In many ways, this transition represents a full-circle moment in my professional journey. I bring the insight, developmental understanding, and collaborative approach from the school setting into my practice, offering teens and their families compassionate, structured, and informed support.
I'm a Bilingual Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology, with 19 years of clinical experience, 15 years licensed within private practice.
I consider myself to be bicultural. Having been raised as a first-generation American in a Latin family, I can identify with the mentality of someone living within two "worlds". Transitioning from one culture to another with seemingly different values, beliefs and language. I can easily understand the struggle that maintaining, and existing in both, can sometimes be. I've come to perceive and appreciate it as the gift of having a "bridge" that allows connection to, and understanding of, different aspects of people and life.
My education has a foundation in Clinical Psychology, woven with holistic transpersonal themes, the connection between mind, body, and spirit, and just plain down-to-earth common sense. Always keeping in mind the client's personal beliefs and values.
I am a licensed clinical social worker with over 25 years of experience working with children and adults. I have primarily worked within school systems as an on-site therapist; as well as in my own private practice. I work with people who have a variety of concerns, including: trauma, attachment, grief and loss, divorce, school problems, anxiety and depression, life-phase transitions, and family conflicts. I value an eclectic and prescriptive therapeutic model, and am skilled at shifting gears when the need arises.
My specialty is working with children 2 to 12. As a registered play therapist/supervisor, I understand the language that children routinely use to communicate: play. Through play therapy, children can explore new roles, act out challenging situations, and re-work beliefs about themselves and others. In parent-child play therapy (with younger children), we work together to build secure and safe connections, practice new ways of communicating, and foster JOY in your interactions.
In addition to play therapy, I have trained extensively in EMDR (for children and adults), Jungian sandtray, the Oaklander Model of Gestalt Play therapy, Mindfulness, and Theraplay. Every one of these modalities is meant to foster relationships built on safety, warmth, security, and trust.
My work with adult clients can be described as "going deep." I especially enjoy working with adult women going through life transitions (career, family, spiritual). In addition, I am interested in working with other therapists who experience clinical burnout.
In my life outside of the office, I enjoy spending time with my family, crocheting, reading, yoga, walking, petting my cats, and spending time in nature.
Welcome — I’m glad you’re here.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who specializes in helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, confidence, and self-compassion. Whether you're struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, grief, trauma, life transitions, or feeling emotionally overwhelmed, I provide a supportive and collaborative space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered.
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and tailored to your unique needs. Together, we'll explore what's keeping you stuck, build on your strengths, and develop practical tools to help you create meaningful, lasting change. My goal is to help you move beyond simply coping and toward living a more connected, fulfilling life.
My life experiences are what led me to become a therapist and shaped my deep commitment to supporting others on their healing paths. Over the years, I’ve worked in a wide range of settings — schools, jails, hospitals, and private practice — which has given me a broad understanding of how people cope, survive, and grow in very different environments.
I have specialized training in TF‑CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, autism, and women’s mental health, including and perimenopausal/menopausal concerns. These areas of focus allow me to support women across the full spectrum of emotional, hormonal, and life transitions. I look forward to walking alongside you as we navigate this journey together.

Hello, I am Dr. Young.
The secret to becoming successful in life is to change from the inside out. In my view, everyone is capable of self-healing given proper guidance and supportive conditions. Using a gentle, hypnosis-based approach, I offer solution-focused brief therapy to help you access your internal resources and work through challenges. With acceptance and appreciation of what you can do, possible solutions previously not in sight start to appear organically.
My interventions are based on our collaboration and leverage your own experiences, beliefs, and behavioral patterns to drive change. I use storytelling and metaphors that mirror your problems and indirectly guide your problem-solving. With your consent, I guide you into a deeply relaxed state in which new perspectives are more easily accessible or receptive.

My focus includes anger management, helping clients understand triggers, challenge negative self-talk, and develop emotional regulation skills. Additionally, I work with individuals with mental health disorders, creating a safe space for healing and using evidence-based treatments. Hi! I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Indiana. Additionally, I am licensed and practice in Arizona, Massachusetts, and Virginia. I received my Master's from the University of Southern California and I enjoy working with people to help them become the best version of themselves. In a time where the world is full of hate, injustice, pain, and unprecedented challenges and changes, we all need someone to help process our lives. I want to serve as that for as many people as possible.
My practice assists Black clients across North America who are impacted by a range of concerns including trauma, anxiety, and depression through a racially-sensitive treatment approach. We also work with individual clients seeking to improve their self-concept by understanding and processing the impact of historical and generational racial trauma on their relationships with themselves, their families, their friends, and their partners. I am a therapist who strives to fully understand my clients and their needs to create an optimized approach to meet their goals. I specialize in working primarily with individual adult clients to help them deal with issues such as infidelity, communication, stress management, anger management, relationship building, sexuality, etc. At Yolo Therapy, our ultimate goal is the well-being of our clients. For various reasons, many clients are unable to access traditional therapy settings but I do not believe that should prevent them from receiving exceptional services. I have catered my practice to the needs of those who need alternative options to therapy and am here to help you.

Maybe you love your partner but rarely feel interested in sex. Maybe your desire has changed after motherhood, stress, medication changes, relationship difficulties, trauma, or simply over time. You might find yourself thinking, “I want to want sex—but I just don’t.”
I specialize in working with women experiencing low sexual desire, desire differences in relationships, intimacy concerns, sexual shame, and feeling disconnected from their bodies or sexual selves.
Sex therapy with me is not about pressuring you to have more sex or meeting someone else’s expectations. Together, we’ll explore the emotional, relational, psychological, biological, and lifestyle factors that may be affecting your desire. We may work on understanding your unique desire patterns, reducing pressure around intimacy, strengthening boundaries and communication, reconnecting with your body, and discovering what intimacy and pleasure actually mean to you.
My goal is to provide a comfortable, judgment-free space where you can talk openly about sex, relationships, desire, and intimacy without embarrassment or shame—and develop a sexual life that feels authentic to you.
