Cognitive Behavioral (CBT)

Stephanie combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with emotional exploration, and cognitive processing to utilize CBT to help clients realize Personal Outcomes.

Cognitive Processing (CPT)

Looks for patterns and narratives of cognitions and how these are impacting the emotions and behaviors of clients for the purpose of making needed changes.

Grief Therapy

Grief therapy creates time and space for the grieving process to occur. While creating an environment that can hold the client's experience safely while the process unfolds.

Trauma-Focused CBT

Trauma Focused CBT educated the client around the complexity of trauma as a physological response, while helping the client understand their personal experience of trauma and how to reduce the impacts of symptoms.

Strength-Based

Strength-Based work inventories and utilizes personal strengths to increase outcomes and resolution of identified problems.
