Greetings,
My name is Louise, I am located in Virginia, and I hope this message finds you well. I am married, the mother of one grown child, and the grandmother of one. I want to introduce myself as someone who is passionate about helping others overcome life's challenges. If you've experienced childhood trauma, the loss of a loved one, or are struggling with work/life balance, I would be honored to collaborate with you. Using evidenced-based tools, we can explore your biopsychosocial and spiritual world to find your resources and areas to strengthen. My goal is to help you feel more at peace and understand why you react to certain situations the way you do. During our time together, I will provide a safe, empathetic, and objective environment for you to explore these areas of your life.
With a background in teaching, biochemistry, and mental health treatment, as well as personal life experiences, I am here to help you discuss areas that are stressing you and utilize tools that will grow your toolbox.
I look forward to the opportunity to work with you. Take care!
Hi, my name is Miguel. I was born and raised in the Dominican Republic, came of age in New York City, and served in the US Army for several years. I am a clinician and educator, and credentialed as a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (Maryland), Licensed Professional Counselor (Virginia), and a National Certified Counselor with the National Board of Certified Counselors (NCC). In addition, I have a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and a Ph.D. in Counselor Education and Supervision.
Hellooo! I am a Licensed Clinical Psychologist living in Virginia. I received my doctorate in Clinical Psychology from Regent University in 2008.
I have lived in many different places but mostly I grew up in eastern North Carolina and Europe. Having parents from western New York and southern West Virginia, I was raised in a "northern" household in a "southern" environment. I like to think these contrasts in my life have helped me learn to adapt and identify with many different types of people. While I value the privilege of being an American, I love what other nationalities contribute to my world. Standing beside my clients and walking with them through their difficult times is one of my greatest joys.

If your brain is always running, you overthink things, or you feel mentally exhausted even when life looks “fine” from the outside, therapy can help. I work best with thoughtful, self-aware adults struggling with anxiety, ADHD, burnout, depression, stress, relationship patterns, or life transitions.
My style is calm, grounded, and conversational. I am not a performative therapist, and I believe many people already understand coping skills intellectually but still need a space to slow down, process openly, and feel genuinely understood. Therapy with me focuses on insight, emotional clarity, self-awareness, and understanding patterns more deeply.
I offer telehealth therapy for young adults who want a thoughtful, low-pressure space to process openly and better understand what may be keeping them stuck. I tend to work best with clients who are reflective, insight-oriented, and open to exploring patterns at a deeper level.

In our work, we might focus on relationships, managing stress, improving communication, navigating life transitions, and finding steadiness with emotions and thoughts. We can also make space to understand past experiences, explore patterns in dating and intimacy, and work toward a more balanced and meaningful life. I’m especially interested in the parts of ourselves that don’t always get attention—the quieter or “hidden” pieces that often have a lot to teach us. If you’re willing to show up as you are, I’ll meet you there with care and consistency. Thank you for being here.

My name is Joseph Shelton I am an LGBTQ identifying professional counselor who has extensive experience. Over the years I have worked with individuals with addiction and various mental health disorders with a specialized focus on individuals with major depression anxiety and addiction. I have been in recovery my self for the last going on 12 years since Nov 1 2013. I have extensive experience with my own recovery and LGBTQ issues and know what it means to recover and effectively manage addiction and depression issues.
My name is Dave Rogers, and I have been counseling professionally for over 30 years. I have worked at inpatient and residential treatment centers for Eating Disorders, and addictions, and as you can imagine - worked with families and loved ones impacted by these extremely difficult problems. I am so fortunate to have worked with gifted teams of professionals who taught me everything I know. I have also worked extensively as an outpatient therapist since 2011 when I opened my private practice. I heard a statement early in my career that impacted my practice of therapy greatly: "People don't care what you know, until they know you care". Research continues to verify that the quality of the therapy relationship is the foundation for all the other work. So - I do my very best to make a comfortable and supportive relationship from the start, because people often come to therapy with apprehension, fear, or bad experiences with therapy that cause them to be reluctant, or hesitant to open up and address their struggles and pain. One of my early goals in therapy is to listen so well, that the client says "you get me". I do my best to help clients heal, change, grow, and work toward contentment with themselves and life, as much as possible.
