Hello Friend! Welcome to my practice, Pragmatic Solutions Therapy, PLLC!
I am an experienced psychotherapist with over 20 years. I've worked in private practice and in the clinical hospital setting and now own my own thriving practice. I have passion, dedication and ethical standards I uphold with every client. My basic mantra in life is simple: Drop the baggage and take the value. Step out of the box and if you can't change the problem, then change the way you see it with a different perspective.
Everyone at one point or another in life may experience a host of unbearable stressors which may leave one feeling stressed or 'out of sorts'. We may even describe that feeling as 'lost in a web of frustration', or even anxiousness, fatigue, sadness; as if our unique threshold is completely depleted.
Feeling anxious is normal. Feeling stressed is actually a sense of determination to gain back control, though, with temporary tiredness. Anxiousness is innate in all of us. What's not healthy is when stressors cross the threshold to what feels comfortable, interrupts our daily habits/responsibilities to 'fix things' and leaves us in solitude.
I’ll help you navigate the web of confusion to find empowerment.
My journey began as a young child whose home was a host of struggles. I have personal insight into what we all experience. Inspired by a helper, I became a psychotherapist, worked in clinical setting, garnered a vast amount of knowledge which helps me to specialize using various modalities of treatment. As a psychotherapist, I hold a high standard for myself and clients, which includes helping those dealing w/depression, grief, anxiety, relationship issues, trauma, chronic health and other issues.
Together, we'll identify what's not working, find solutions you may use to form goals without rescripting your life. Respectfully, Monica Pina

I consider it a privilege to partner with my clients as they deepen self-awareness, achieve new insight, and work toward building the life they desire for themselves. I believe therapy should be about you and what's most important to you. I form a therapeutic alliance with my clients in which we work together on the issues that matter most to them.

My practice is located in Portland, Texas. Much of my work focuses on trauma. This ranges from car accidents, to childhood trauma, to abusive relationships, combat veterans and PTSD. I respect my client's opinions on their treatment and work closely with them in treatment planning. I love it when clients share resources with me that have helped them outside of sessions, whether that be podcasts, books, etc. I work to incorporate these things into treatment. Hi, I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 40 years of experience helping individuals, couples, and families navigate life’s challenges and find a greater sense of balance and fulfillment. My career has taken me through many roles—serving on community mental health boards, directing psychiatric residential programs, and leading clinical teams—all with one goal: to support people in living fuller, healthier, and more connected lives.
Since stepping back from full-time leadership roles, I’ve shifted my focus to what I value most—working directly with clients through my online therapy practice. I specialize in supporting young and middle-aged adults, couples, and parents who are facing life transitions, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, addictive habits, or a sense of feeling stuck.
My approach combines the practical tools of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) with a deeper exploration of the emotional and mental blocks that may be holding you back. I believe healing and growth happen when we align mind, body, and spirit—restoring a sense of inner harmony that allows you to live with more clarity, purpose, and peace.
Therapy is a journey, and you don’t have to take it alone. If you’re ready to begin creating positive changes in your life, I’d be honored to walk alongside you. Feel free to explore my website and see how we might work together.
Hi, I'm Attalie. Have you forgotten to take care of yourself? Do you often wonder what it would take to feel some sense of balance in your life again? We are faced with challenges and changes in life constantly. Making adjustments to pivot to meet the expectations of those changes often leads to feelings of overwhelm, disappointment, frustrations and a sense of depletion with no time to care for self. If you often escape, avoid, procrastinate or for that matter take on everyone else's issues except your own sense of wellness and health I am here to help empower you to develop and access your own inner resources and move toward self actualization and personal growth.
I look at mental health in a wholistic sense. I mix mindfulness and decades of experience in fitness to help you find what works for you to live your best balanced life and find the fulfillment you need to step into the alignment of your purpose. Developing a strong relationship with self; defining your boundaries, recognizing your value systems and how they pertain to your way of being in this messy world are the staples to grounding yourself mentally.
You are enough, you are deserving, and whatever you are dealing with now I'll meet you there. Let's work together to find tools that are intrinsically yours and get to a better you, so that each day is met with a sense of balance and well being despite the stressors in life.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in central Texas. I believe that we are all beings who want healing in all aspects of our life: physical, emotional, social and spiritual.
The differences between the emotional health we have and the health we want can create tension between our current situation and our self image and power. Often, we don't know how to make lasting changes. That change struggle can be too difficult to face without strong support and the realization someone understands, supports and affirms your ability to learn new coping skills.
My counseling approach is educational, and we begin with where you are emotionally now. I value treating everyone with respect and kindness. We move at your pace. I will assign homework if you want to move more quickly.
I am a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), and I specialize in helping those who are determined and motivated in life to do great things but have had moments in their past that hold them back. Maybe you have found great success in your career, but you have difficulty in relationships because of a past trauma. Or maybe you have done well your whole life, and you encounter a trauma that changes you. I specialize in treating people who have gone through trauma, and I help them reconnect to their relationships and to life.

I am a trauma-informed provider and since 2001 I have worked with families that have experienced trauma.

Hi, my name is Mark. Thank you for considering me as your therapist. It would be my pleasure to get to work with you! I am a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist; that means that not only do I work with individuals who experience all kinds of mental health challenges, but I also specialize in systemic, or relational therapy - working with couples, families & groups. I am a Presidential Member of the American Association of Christian Counselors, and served as a Chaplin, at a hospital. If you want your faith included in your therapy, please let me know; your sessions will be as "spiritual" as you'd like, and no more.
I have been providing therapy and counseling since 2016, and most recently worked as the therapy manager for a clinic that has four locations. Though I have worked with all populations of all ages, young kids have trouble sitting still in front of a camera. Children under the age of 15 are better served in an office setting.
I have been with my amazing wife for over 37 years, and have two wonderful adult children. I enjoy sports, music and all kinds of "outdoorzie" stuff. I most of all just enjoy time with my family.
Most of my clients profess to sincerely enjoy working with me; I tend to connect with my clients on a deeper level, and in a more meaningful way, than some other therapists. Many say that they or their children work better with me than any other therapist, counselor or doctor they've experienced. I am humbled and immensely grateful for their kind words.
I offer my clients a soft place to fall in their hurts and struggles while providing them a firm place to stand in their healing and growth. Always, in a judgment-free way.

My name is Omar Sandoval and I could have been a statistic. The persistent financial, social, and inter- and intrapersonal adversity I experienced coming from a low socioeconomic status single parent home could have defined me were it not for hope, discipline, education, luck, and my hobbies. Instead, I am a Mexican-American English/Spanish speaking Licensed Professional Counselor-Supervisor practicing since 2017. I was inspired to work in this field due to many hardships growing up. Though difficult to overcome, such significant obstacles ignited my curiosity for understanding the human condition and improving upon it when and where possible, a lifelong pursuit which still guides me personally and professionally.
