I have always had a heart and passion for helping people and did so throughout my career in the military, civil service, and then later when I started my counseling journey in 2010 and then received my master’s from Liberty University. Counseling is a ministry that I have a passion for helping people of all ages navigate and overcome a variety of life's challenges. Good mental health positively affects our physical health.
