Hi, I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based out of Texas. I received my master's in Social Work from Texas State University and am currently working on my Doctorate in Social Work at Simmons University. I have been practicing for a little over five years. I provide compassionate, client-centered therapy to individuals and couples navigating emotional challenges and life transitions. With extensive experience in healthcare social work and community-based case management, I understand the complexities of coping with major life changes and strive to create a supportive and holistic healing space for my clients. I am in network with several insurance companies and also accept cash pay. I believe that therapy should be accessible to all, therefore I also provide services on a sliding scale basis as needed.
I'm a licensed clinical social worker who's been providing therapy for several years, and I'm a firm believer that therapy is most effective when someone has an authentic trusting relationship with their therapist. I am passionate about providing quality therapy via telehealth to adolescents and adults struggling with a variety of mental health concerns, and I specialize in the treatment of trauma. The relationship we have with ourselves and others can hurt us but also heal us, and therapy is a great way to achieve that healing.
I provide holistic, humanistic, and client-centered tele-mental health counseling/therapy for individuals, couples and families.
I combine my both my training as a therapist, my neuroscience-based background and my own experience to help clients heal.
As a BIPOC/latina therapist a large focus of my work is in de-stigmatizing and decolonizing mental health and providing a space for clients to feel heard, validated and to be able to process values, traditions and patterns of behaviors.

Hi, I am Dr. Erica Martinez! I am a first-generation Latina, raised on the West Side of San Antonio who had an opportunity to become a licensed clinical social worker with a PhD in Social Work. I believe in the power of therapy and walk alongside individuals as they navigate their unique situations and find lasting solutions, and more importantly, healing.
Therapy with me is real, relational, and rooted in truth.
I bring what I call a homie check-in into the space—a mix of honesty, reflection, and support where you can be called in (not called out), challenged with care, and supported as you grow into the version of yourself you’re becoming.
You’ve been holding it together for a long time.
Showing up for everyone. Pushing through. Carrying things that people don’t always see.
And at the same time... something feels off.
You’re overwhelmed, burned out, or reacting in ways that don’t fully feel like you.
That’s where our work begins.
I work with women navigating anxiety, trauma, burnout, and life transitions, especially those who are used to being “the strong one.” Together, we make sense of your patterns, your reactions, and the parts of you that learned how to survive.

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 22 years of experience in the mental health field, and more than 5 years specifically providing talk therapy. My background is rooted in social work, which means I’ve had the privilege of working with people from all walks of life—each with their own unique strengths, challenges, and stories.
I don’t believe in a one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I draw from a variety of techniques and tailor each session to meet the individual needs of the person sitting across from me. Whether you’re navigating a tough transition, working through emotional pain, or just looking for a space to reflect and grow, I’m here to walk alongside you with empathy, flexibility, and respect.
My goal is to create a safe, collaborative space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to move forward in your own way.
Hi, I’m Sandy Crisp. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), and I help adults and teens who are facing challenges like complex trauma, PTSD, addiction and recovery, chronic health issues, anxiety, depression, and feeling stuck or overwhelmed.
Before I became a trauma therapist, I went through my own journey that included multiple surgeries and years of rehabilitation. That experience gave me a deep understanding of what it’s like to live with invisible pain -- physical and emotional -- and how hard it can be to feel seen and supported while you're trying to hold everything together. It changed how I listen, how I connect, and how I support people in their healing.
In addition to being an LPC, I’m a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC), Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor (LCDC), and Certified Clinical Trauma Specialist. I specialize in:
• Complex trauma and PTSD
• Addiction, substance use, and recovery support
• Chronic pain and chronic illness
• Anxiety, panic, and mood disorders
• Grief, loss, and adjustment to life changes
• Co-occurring disorders
• Disability Affirming Care
• Limb Loss Support
• Navigating identity, self-worth, and personal growth
My approach is warm, nonjudgmental, and collaborative. I blend clinical tools with a human touch because healing isn’t one-size-fits-all. Whether you're navigating something recent or something that's been with you a long time, we’ll work together to help you feel safer in your body, clearer in your mind, and more connected to yourself.

Hello! My name is Guadalupe, I am a Catholic Licensed Professional Counselor who has experience working with diverse populations. My approach to therapy entails collaborating with you as an individual and working together to navigate towards the root of the issue. During our sessions, you are in control – we will only go as far as you are willing to. However, as your therapist, it will be my duty to carefully prod and inquire in certain instances to help you in your healing process. This may sound uncomfortable, even scary, but I hope you learn how discomfort may bring changes to your emotional stability, general happiness, and overall mental state. If you have come this far to search for a therapist then there is a part of you that is conscious of a living experience absent of these burdens: it is that same part that believes and hopes on that version of you. Consider then listening to that inner voice that is yearning to be known.
¡Hola!
I specialize in brief collaborative therapy where we look at current issues, how you cope, how you learned the coping skills and alternatives solutions. We will look at your self-care including spirituality and how to improve your self care if needed. Weekly assignment tasks related to your short term goals will be agreed upon. We will work together to learn and understand where you are now and how the past has impacted you. Engaging in therapy can be anxiety provoking, exciting and freeing. If you are willing to work on our mutually agreed upon assignment between our counseling sessions, you will find we make progress.
I worked in criminal justice prior to being licensed in Michigan where I grew up and studied. Upon moving to Chicagoland, I worked 10 years with a crisis response team and an employee assistance program. This is where I learned to develop skills to drill down into client issues and work with the client to reduce discomfort and improve coping skills. Our counseling sessions did not last beyond 6-8 meetings. I moved to Texas in 2003 and since then have continued to work on crisis teams and with military members/spouses on installations. My practice has been focused on supporting couples communications; life transitions including grief/loss, career transitions, parenting skills and integrating/applying client's spiritual practice into every day life.
Clients describe me as safe to talk with about difficult topics; active and contributing to the dialog; creative in opening up behavioral and cognitive options.

With a background in education and experience working with mothers and Veterans, I understand the unique stressors that come with caregiving, service, and high-responsibility roles. You don’t have to keep managing this on your own. Healing is possible—and you are worthy of it!
With a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and dual licensure as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) and Licensed Drug and Alcohol Counselor (LCADC), I bring extensive expertise to address a range of mental health and addiction concerns. My professional background includes working with diverse populations, including adults, teens, and children navigating trauma, addiction, anxiety, depression, and existential challenges.
I meet my clients where they are, helping them navigate through trauma, addiction, anxiety, and life transitions with a focus on healing, self-awareness, and empowerment. If you’re tired of feeling stuck and ready to take the next step, I’m here to walk that journey with you.
Since 2000, I've dedicated much of my professional career as a life coach. In 2016, I began my journey to become a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in assisting individuals in managing their challenges. My approach integrates both intellectual and emotional aspects to support clients effectively. Using CBT, TF-CBT, and Motivational interviewing techniques, I provide structured, goal-oriented processes while focusing on achieving specific therapeutic goals. Addressing the needs of individuals who have experienced trauma by reducing symptoms of trauma-related disorders, such as PTSD, depression, and anxiety, among children, adolescents, and their families. Concentrating on helping clients explore and resolve ambivalence about change, the collaborative and client-centered nature effectively enhances motivation, promotes engagement in treatment, and supports clients in making meaningful and sustainable changes in their lives. Hey, I'm Hailey. My approach to therapy is personable and down-to-earth. We can cuss, laugh, yell, or cry in session. Through my experience in inpatient, private practice, and shelters, I have learned that the most significant change occurs with learning concepts alongside practical application. Talking and processing are important, because it helps to identify patterns and recurring themes that are causing ongoing suffering; however, we need to also be able to sustain change by applying new ways of thinking and new skills.
Mrs. Whiteside has worked in various mental health settings maintaining her unwavering focus on mothers and small children. As a perinatal psychotherapist, Mrs. Whiteside works with mothers and/or families who are struggling with perinatal mental illness during pregnancy and the postpartum period. Mrs. Whiteside is currently a social work doctoral student at The University of Louisville researching the impact of perinatal mood disorders, as evidence indicates that depression and other mood disorders in parents can have a harmful impact on children, including cognitive difficulties, insecure attachment, and behavioral problems.
