Hi, I'm Charlene.
Life can be overwhelming lately. Between all our daily expectations, stressors, and obligations it can be hard to find time to just breathe.
Now more than ever, I truly believe that everyone can benefit from therapy at some point in their lives. Seeking out treatment is a big step and it's important to find the right Therapist to help you. I offer treatment based on your needs and help create a plan for finding a positive mindset to facilitate the changes you're seeking.
I am a bilingual Therapist who works with all age groups. I have worked with adolescents, children, and families throughout my professional career. I believe in helping rebuild relationships within families and helping each family member be the best version of themselves. I work with different types of therapy to accommodate each client's needs.
I am a collaborative therapist specializing in holistic counseling, where I emphasize the interconnectedness of emotional and physical well-being in therapy. I understand that each person's journey is unique, so I tailor my approach to suit individual needs. With honesty, openness, and a focus on solutions, I work alongside clients to navigate their challenges and foster holistic healing and growth.
Hi, I'm JoAnn.
A client once said to me "I feel so heavy, everyday, it's like I'm swimming in mud". Many times people feel this way but they don't really know why. Everything is a struggle, even just trying to express a thought or a feeling.
It's so hard to feel happy and free or enjoy certain moments when mental/emotional struggles make you feel physically weighed down. Stress, anxiety & depression all have the capacity to make you feel unmotivated and downright exhausted before you even start your day.
It's important for you to understand the effects stress, anxiety or depression can have on you not only mentally/emotionally but physically as well. Let me help you work through those struggles so that you can feel free and enjoy life again.
If you're a high-functioning, driven person who looks like you have it together—but internally you feel overwhelmed, anxious, or emotionally drained—you’re not alone.
You may be used to being the strong one… the dependable one… the one everyone leans on. But lately, it’s starting to feel exhausting.
You might find yourself overthinking everything, struggling to set boundaries without guilt, or constantly pushing through your day while feeling mentally drained. At some point, coping stops feeling like living.
Clients who work with me often go from:
• Constant overthinking → feeling more mentally clear and present
• People-pleasing → setting boundaries with confidence
• Anxiety-driven decisions → trusting themselves
• Emotional exhaustion → feeling more balanced and in control
The time we spend together will be collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your pace. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself while also gently challenging patterns that no longer serve you.
You don’t have to keep pushing through this alone. If you're ready for meaningful change, I’d be honored to work with you.
I help teens, young adults, and adults who feel stressed, overwhelmed, anxious, or burned out from trying to handle everything on their own. As a Licensed Professional Counselor and former school counselor, I have experience helping people work through life's challenges. Many of my clients are going to work, going to school, and taking care of others, but inside they feel worried, exhausted, stuck, or like they are carrying too much. I often work with people who struggle with anxiety, stress, perfectionism, self-doubt, overthinking, grief, and major life changes. They may put a lot of pressure on themselves, worry about making mistakes, or feel like they have to have everything figured out. If that sounds like you, you're not alone. My goal is to provide a supportive space where you can learn practical tools to manage anxiety, build confidence, handle stress in healthier ways, and feel more like yourself again.

Transitioning through life changes can be challenging, and having a therapist assist you through these transitions can be incredibly beneficial. Therapists can provide support, guidance, and tools to help navigate changes in relationships, careers, health, or any other aspect of life. Hello! I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) (LCPC) (LPC) (LMHC) licensed in various states. I received my Masters from Avila University in Kansas City and have been practicing for over a decade. I have helped women struggling with life problems and aid them in regaining control over worry, panic, fear, or dread in order to become the best version of themselves.
I approach clients with the an open mindset, looking to explore what the client needs and what they want for themselves. I always want my clients to know there is no judgement from me in their decisions, EVER. I view everyone's mistakes as us just being human and having a human experience. This practice of examining our human journey and what motivates us to do the things we do is extended to myself, my clients and my children/family. I often attempt to have the practice of asking myself "why did I do that? Did I do that because of this or because I was feeling blank?" I think it is important to help others get to the place where they ask themselves the same type of questions. We're all here just having human experiences!

Having worked in the educational field for many years, I chose to go into to counseling in order to help others who are in need of understanding, support and encouragement. Allowing someone to express their thoughts, feeling and helping them see or understand what may be holding them back or creating issues in their life is rewarding. My aim is help others learn how to manage and go forward with all they have experienced and encountered.

I believe talk therapy is a power tool. It can heal. It can empower. It can bring about the kind of changes you seek. In order for talk therapy to really work, you must feel connected to and trust the therapist you work with so I encourage you to find the right fit. We will start where you are and, together, we will explore new ways of making your life more manageable. To struggle is to be part of the human experience. Struggle can be a motivator for change. Those self-defeating thoughts are not who you are. These life circumstances do not have to define your whole life.
Hello there! Take a deep breath. It's not easy finding the right therapist. I have been on the other side of the therapy desk and know how hard it is to open up to a stranger. It's okay if you are anxious about it, I understand this. I have provided therapy for almost 20 years and have been in the mental health field for over 25 years in a multitude of settings - schools, prisons, outpatient and inpatient facilities. I've been in private practice for about 8 years. If you need just a few sessions to gain just a few tools to help over a rough patch, we can collaborate on that. Or, if you are ready for a major change in your life to address some serious problems, we can work on that, as well. My approach is collaborative, meaning, you and I are a team to work towards a solution for your current challenges.
Hello, I am a licensed marriage and family therapist in the states of Texas and Tennessee with 30 years of counseling and ministry experience. I began as a minister of the Gospel in the Southern Baptist tradition in 1993 working with the homeless to overcome the struggles of addiction and hopelessness in North Carolina and Tennessee. From there, I became a case manager in a rural oupatient behavioral health clinic helping the chronically mentally ill live independently outside of the institutional settings. As my family of five children grew, my wife encouraged me to join the military in 2007 and for the next 13 years we served alongside our Soldiers and their Families as a chaplain. There, I learned through experience how to work through the stress of multiple transitions, the unyeilding demands for time and energy, and the unjust nature of toxic environments. I learned how to support those who wanted to strengthen themselves and their relationships in these environments and to ultimately be at peace with who they are and who they want to be.
As I have matured in my training and become licensed in marriage and family therapy, I have found that I now specialize in using Solution Focused therapy and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to help individuals identify their strengths and the beliefs that are guiding their behavior. With this knowledge, people can begin to choose who they want to be.
I help men ages 24–50 in Texas who feel stuck or lack confidence navigate anxiety and depression through strengths-based, solution-focused online therapy.
I’m Tory, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with 20 years of experience in mental health and wellness, including over a decade in outpatient therapy. I work primarily with motivated men who want to build confidence, improve emotional balance, and create meaningful personal growth. My approach focuses on identifying strengths, shifting unhelpful self-perceptions, and developing practical strategies that support lasting change beyond the therapy session.
