Hi, I’m Sarah Escobar, LPC.
I’m a compassionate and experienced counselor dedicated to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges with confidence and clarity. My approach blends proven clinical techniques with real-life wisdom and practical problem-solving, so clients not only feel supported but also empowered to create meaningful change.
I specialize in helping people recognize and challenge unhelpful patterns, beliefs, and behaviors that may be holding them back. Together, we work on building healthier ways to cope, communicate, and move forward—so you can experience more peace, stronger relationships, and a greater sense of fulfillment.
Whether you’re facing stress, anxiety, relationship struggles, or major life transitions, my goal is to meet you where you are and guide you toward the life you truly want. My counseling style is warm, empathetic, and collaborative, while also being thoughtful and solution-focused.
If you’re ready to take the next step, I’d be honored to walk alongside you in your journey toward healing, growth, and lasting change.
Lying awake at 3 AM while your mind replays everything that went wrong. Dragging through another day with pain nobody else can see. Worrying so much your chest is tight before your feet hit the floor. Feeling nothing where you used to feel something.
You've tried pushing through it. Ignoring it. Waiting for it to pass. It isn't working.
I'm Bryan Barry, a licensed clinical social worker with 25 years of experience. I help adults with insomnia, chronic pain, anxiety, and depression — problems that feed each other and rarely resolve on their own.
Insomnia and pain don't respond to general talk therapy. They respond to specific methods, and those are the methods I use. Most people notice a real difference within the first few weeks.
If you're ready to stop managing and start changing, let's talk. Evening and weekend telehealth in Missouri and South Carolina.
Life can leave us feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or uncertain about the road ahead. Whether you are walking through grief and loss, anxiety, relationship struggles, life transitions, or simply longing for a deeper understanding of yourself and your relationship with God, you don't have to walk that journey alone.
Jesus Christ is the foundation of both my life and my counseling. I believe He is the source of hope, healing, truth, and lasting transformation. It is my privilege to humbly come alongside others, creating a safe and compassionate place to explore life's challenges while seeking the wisdom, freedom, and healing that God desires for each person.
For those seeking Christian counseling, I thoughtfully integrate evidence-based counseling practices with biblical truth and the work of the Holy Spirit. My prayer is that every client leaves knowing they have been seen, heard, and loved, with renewed hope and confidence as God continues the work that only He can accomplish.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with expertise working with LGBTQIA+ and Nuerodivergent individuals. Starting therapy can feel scary — but it can also be life-changing. You are brave, and you're not alone. I believe that therapy is ready to work for those who are ready to make the leap. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ it is close to my heart to ensure that all people have a safe, nonjudgmental place to process life's challenges. I also tend to use humor in session as a way to process stressors.
I am a licensed professional counselor with 4 years of experience with a passion for helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges. With four years of experience specializing in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, I am dedicated to providing a supportive and collaborative environment for my clients. I love working with clients from all ages and backgrounds. My clients are eager to improve, but don't yet have the tools needed to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed and anxious about their life.

Jasmina uses an eclectic, client-centered approach, recognizing that every person’s experiences and needs are unique. She draws from a variety of evidence-based practices such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family therapy, behavioral approaches, trauma-informed care, strengths-based work, and mindfulness.
She works with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, mood concerns, life transitions, and relationship or family challenges.
Jasmina is committed to creating a supportive and genuine therapeutic relationship built on trust, openness, and respect. She views therapy as a collaborative journey where clients play an active role in shaping their goals and growth. Together, the work focuses on gaining insight, developing practical tools, strengthening resilience, and supporting meaningful, lasting change.
Overthinking Your Way to Underliving? Let’s Fix That.
When you look at your life, it seems great on paper. But lately you’ve been stuck — unable to decide whether to take the job, end the relationship, or even pick a restaurant for dinner. You’re waking up tired no matter how much you sleep, and there’s a worry running in the background that hasn’t let up in a while, and even the small decisions have started to feel exhausting.
This is what happens when anxiety and depression show up together, which they often do — especially in people used to solving problems by thinking harder. The anxious part of you keeps spinning, weighing every option. The depressed part of you is running low, flat, hard to motivate. Both at once means you’re keyed up and worn out in the same breath.
My job is to help you untangle that: give the overthinking somewhere to land, and the exhaustion somewhere to actually rest.
Together, we’ll work on:
• Separating perfectionism from your actual values
• Making peace with “good enough”
• Building tolerance for uncertainty
• Treating the anxiety and low mood together, since treating one without the other rarely sticks
This isn’t about pushing through on your own. Therapy gives you a place to slow the overthinking, address the anxiety and low mood together, and build coping skills that hold up under pressure.

Hello there! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Texas. I have been practicing for over 15 years. I help individuals, couples, and families understand what information their thoughts, feelings, and emotions are informing them about so that I can support and empower them to become the best versions of themselves. This is done through practical and realistic strategies that integrate into their lives.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience supporting individuals with complex and high acuity mental health needs. My work is grounded in trauma informed and trauma responsive care, with a strong commitment to creating inclusive, affirming spaces for BIPOC, LGBTQI+, neurodivergent clients, and individuals in rural communities. I work across the lifespan, including children (7+), adults, older adults, families, and couples.
My approach is collaborative and empowering, centered on the belief that clients are the experts in their own lives and require my clinical expertise. I often describe my role as “working myself out of a job” to help clients build the insight, skills, and confidence needed to advocate for themselves and navigate systems independently. As a trauma specialist, I tailor evidence based interventions to each client’s identities, needs, strengths, and goals. My primary approaches include Somatic Therapy, Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)-(EMDRIA certification pending), Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. I also integrate Internal Family Systems informed interventions, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, exposure based strategies, mindfulness, and other approaches as clinically appropriate. I adapt treatment for neurodivergent clients and clients with intellectual or developmental disabilities because therapy should adjust to the person and not require the person to adjust to therapy.
I am continually shaped by the courage, insight, and lived experiences clients bring into our work. Every advanced training, specialty, certification, and state license reflect lessons learned from clients. I carry their trust, stories, and influence into every session with gratitude and responsibility.

Hello, I am Shana Toney, a Licensed Professional Counselor. Over my lifetime I have always worked in human services. It was gratifying to work with clients in their time of need and support them through the process. Many of the clients would say they felt comfortable talking to me and I listened to their needs. Those years of serving the community led me to become a therapist. Once I became a therapist 8 years ago, I found my passion. I love having the opportunity and freedom to work with clients, helping them figure things out, learn to create change in their lives and coping with situations they have no control over. Change is not easy but possible. My role as a therapist is to walk with clients to help create their change and happiness they desire.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed, mentally unsteady, or unsure how to move forward — you don’t have to carry that alone.
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and graduate of North Carolina State University. I work with adults navigating anxiety, burnout, life transitions, relationship stress, and questions of direction or purpose. Many of the people I support feel capable and motivated — yet internally worn down, struggling to feel grounded, present, or confident in themselves.
My primary focus is helping clients stabilize emotionally and mentally — so you feel more anchored, regulated, and clear. From that place of steadiness, we begin to explore how you can grow into the fullest version of yourself, making the most of your strengths, values, and lived experience rather than trying to become someone you’re not.
Therapy with me is not about pushing or fixing — it’s about creating a solid foundation where clarity, confidence, and meaningful change can naturally emerge. For those who find meaning and strength in their Christian faith, I welcome that as part of our work together — though spirituality is never required or assumed. You bring what matters to you, and we build from there.

Hello, my name is Teresa, practicing mental health for over 16 years working with the military population. Working as a middle school teacher in a lower socioeconomic area. This led to my desire to go back to school for my master’s degree in counseling psychology. Receiving my LPC licensure, led me to pursue my chemical dependency counselor license (LCDC). I began working as a substance abuse counselor with the US Army in substance abuse counseling. While working with the military I worked at a local hospital developing a program for civilians in chemical dependency. The need to work with individuals, and families including Service Members, led me to work as a contractor for private corporations. During this time, I received a certification in behavioral therapy to work with the autism spectrum population. Raised as a military dependent, then wife and mother, I experienced many aspects of different personalities. I was led to understand what it means to try to hide who you are to eventually become someone you may not recognize.
The goal is to have you see, life is wonderful, we go through the storm to appreciate the sunshine. The experience developed led me to work with addiction, anxiety, PTSD, and many other mental health issues. We are a beautiful bouquet with different views on life. Using an eclectic therapeutic array of mental health care has allotted me to develop individual care. This concept of care is the same for couples and group therapy. Some techniques include cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychosocial therapeutic techniques.
Children and teens are my happy place! I would never ask a client to grow and change before they are ready. Through a solution-focused approach, we move at a pace that is soothing for the individual. There is no time like the present to learn how to examine your feelings and then express them in a way that will help you flourish!
As a licensed therapist in Florida and Texas, I specialize in supporting individuals through life's complex challenges. Welcome. I’m a combat veteran and retired Army officer, Christian, husband, father, grandfather, and experienced clinical psychologist. I want to get into the root causes of your struggles or battle and find ways to overcome, change, forgive, accept, and move upward toward the light. It may not seem like it, but the darkness will eventually lift, and the light will surely shine again.
Life is a battle in the heart, and I humbly accept that I will be in my own battle or someone else’s battle for the rest of my life. Like the weather, our emotions are powerful. Many days the sun shines, but the rains do come and sometimes a destructive storm hits hard (divorce, the loss of a loved one, cancer, suicidal thoughts, et cetera). It's a battlefield. When it comes to the challenge of relationships, so often, it is ego (wounded pride), self-esteem, and powerful emotions at the root of our conflicts. To understand these forces is the key to peace. Let's work through it!
I have been honored to be in the field of psychology for 22 years since 2004. Through the years, more than half of my time was in the Army where I primarily worked with soldiers enduring anxiety, depression, trauma, Traumatic Brain Injury, and all the other usual suspects of psychological distress. It was a time well for the analysis of guilt, fear, worry, shame, pain, heartbreak, addiction, identity conflicts, and sorrow. I’ve also worked in the prisons for many years with some extreme situations (i.e., murder, severe mental illness, rape, child molestation, drug kingpins, gang leaders). So, no matter what your circumstances are, never quit and never give up! Survival is a noble plight!

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a passion for helping individuals navigate the lasting effects of childhood wounds, anxiety, and life's most challenging transitions. My work is rooted in the belief that true healing begins when people feel genuinely heard, respected, and safe enough to be vulnerable.
I bring a warm, direct, and collaborative presence to the therapeutic relationship. My approach blends evidence-based practices — including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and self-compassion frameworks — with a deep respect for each client's cultural background, lived experience, and unique story. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. Instead, I meet clients where they are and tailor my approach to what they actually need.
Much of my work centers on helping clients understand how early experiences — such as emotional neglect, conditional love, abandonment, and shame — continue to shape their thoughts, emotions, and relationships in adulthood. I also have a dedicated focus on men's mental health, providing a space where men can move beyond cultural expectations of silence and strength to reconnect with their emotional lives in meaningful ways.
My background includes working with individuals recovering from addiction and those rebuilding their lives after significant hardship. These experiences have deepened my belief in human resilience and the capacity for growth at any stage of life. In our work together, I aim to help you build self-awareness, develop practical emotional regulation skills, and cultivate a healthier relationship with yourself and others. My goal is not just symptom relief — it is lasting, meaningful change that reflects who you truly are and who you are becoming.

Hello, and welcome. Life often presents us with challenges, and at times, we all need a catalyst—or a bridge—to help us cross over into the next stage of our journey. I believe there is no single approach that works for everyone. That’s why I use an integrative, personalized method tailored to meet your unique needs. I have been a therapist for over 18 years. I have extensive experience working with diverse populations and have lived in five different countries. I am action-oriented and believe in actively working towards treatment goals. In each session, short treatment assignments (10 minutes a day or less) are given to keep you focused and moving forward to achieve treatment success.
If you’re feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, depression, grief, or a struggle with substance use, you don’t have to figure it out alone. I help adults across Texas find clarity, stability, and a path forward even when life feels heavy, chaotic, or simply “too much right now.” As both a Licensed Professional Counselor and a Licensed Chemical Dependency Counselor, I’m one of the few providers in West Texas who can treat mental health and substance use together, in one therapeutic relationship. You deserve a place where you feel understood, supported, and not judged. When you’re ready, I’m here to help you take the next step.
Do you find yourself achieving outward success yet feeling inwardly unsatisfied or burdened? Despite managing daily tasks and reaching goals, you may struggle to authentically connect with yourself, impacting your relationships, work, finances, and overall happiness. It's time to break free from this cycle! I specialize in helping individuals uncover underlying hurts, pains, and traumas that often hide behind "high-functioning" depression/anxiety, perfectionism, and low self-esteem.
As a licensed clinical social worker grounded in cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) with over 6 years of experience, I am dedicated to transforming negative thought patterns and behaviors. Together, in a supportive and non-judgmental space, we can explore these emotions and rediscover your authentic self. If you're ready to embark on a journey toward inner healing, I invite you to take the next step. Let's cultivate resilience, self-awareness, and fulfillment in your life.

I believe in building genuine therapeutic relationships based on trust, honesty, and collaboration. I believe that therapy is most effective when it balances support with accountability.
