I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 14 years of experience helping clients. I am a proud ‘Appalachian-American’ that was born and raised deep in the mountains of Upper Northeast TN.
Although many of my personal life experiences are about what one would expect of someone growing up in East TN (cue BBQ ribs & banjo music🪕), my work experience have been vastly different. I have been quite fortunate to get to work with individuals from quite literally all walks of life. I have worked with clients from preschool to post retirement. Thanks to the internet I have been able to help individuals across the globe, from various cultures, diverse religious beliefs, race, gender spectrums, socioeconomic status, etc. One thing I have learned in my work with all of these individuals is that although each of their stories are unique, ultimately, they all seek/want the same core things. I think much of my success in working with a wide assortment of clients is that I attempt to be open, understanding, curious and cultivate a nonjudgmental atmosphere for our sessions. The working relationship between a therapist and their client is a key factor to client’s achieving treatment goals.
I’ve faced life’s challenges firsthand, and I understand how heavy anxiety, grief, trauma, or major life transitions can feel. My goal as a therapist is to create a safe, compassionate space where you can be your authentic self while working toward real, lasting change. I believe therapy works best when clients feel both supported and empowered.
My approach is warm, authentic, and occasionally direct when needed, combining compassion, practical tools, and gentle guidance. I aim to help clients feel empowered to take the steps that matter most in their lives, while also feeling supported throughout the process. Therapy here isn’t about “fixing” you, it’s about helping you discover your own strength.

Hey I'm Mark! I live in Nashville, Tennessee and I've been in the mental health field for 16 years. I want to break down a few walls. I am gay, I have ADHD, and am a survivor of religious trauma. I am secular and spiritual. I work with a lot of clients that share these commonalities. My main and favorite approach to the healing process is Internal Family Systems. I've worked in a variety of settings from outpatient counseling centers to acute emergency rooms and psychiatric hospitals.
Many of my clients may describe me as goal directed and liken me to a coach. I utilize evidence based theories and am well versed in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Attachment Based models. These three theories together are power house combination when it comes to understanding the universal struggle of one's suffering. They overlap together to provide a foundation for understanding the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors (CBT) to map out the many parts of self (IFS). Many parts are acting out of fear and getting you stuck in relational loops (Attachment Model). My goal is to help you wake up and remember that you are your own healing agent.
My motto is:
🌀 Flow like the river
💗 Act from love not fear
🙏 Be a Bodhisattva.
Hi! I’m Caitlin Murray, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). I work with adults, couples, and teens to help them understand the patterns in their lives that no longer serve them and to discover new, healthier alternatives. I welcome clients from all backgrounds without judgment, as long as they have a desire to move their lives forward.
My approach is warm and collaborative, grounded in the belief that everyone deserves to feel safe, seen, and accepted. I primarily utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and motivational interviewing techniques. However, I incorporate methods from other modalities as necessary to help my clients identify the patterns that cause discomfort and establish healthier habits to replace them—all with a collaborative approach. At the end of the day, you are the expert on yourself. If something does not work, we will find a better approach.

I became a therapist simply because I’ve always wanted to help people. I've seen firsthand the incredible power of connection and how transformative it can be to have a non-judgmental, unbiased person who truly listens to you in therapy. That kind of support creates a space for growth and healing, and it’s something I’m passionate about offering to others. Being able to witness someone’s journey as they feel heard and understood is one of the most rewarding parts of this work. Growing up, I struggled with feeling like I belonged and often felt inadequate. Those experiences made me realize how important it is to have a safe space where you can be heard. I’m truly honored to be by someone’s side as they take strides toward becoming the best version of themselves and improving their lives. Everyone deserves that kind of support, and I’m grateful to offer it. Hi, I'm Anna. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor, and I believe therapy should feel like a deep breath--not another thing to brace yourself for. In my office, you can exhale. You don't have to perform or polish anything up. I offer a space that's calm, honest, and rooted in trust--where it's okay to be messy, uncertain, angry, shut down, or just plain exhausted. You have a story and I'm here to help you heal.
When I'm not in session, you'll usually find me making jewelry, lost in a craft project, or hanging out with my two cats (who definitely run the house) or chilling in nature. If you're looking for a grounded, real therapist to walk with you through the hard stuff--I'd be honored to work with you.

I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with extensive experience helping adolescents, adults, and families navigate anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, and life transitions. My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative. I believe therapy works best when clients feel safe, heard, and empowered. Using trauma-informed care, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and Motivational Interviewing, I help clients build on their strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you're facing a difficult season of life or seeking personal growth, I am committed to supporting you on your journey toward healing and wellness.
You appear calm and put together on the outside, internally you feel overwhelmed and exhausted. You've been doing everything you can to keep things together so no one notices how much you're struggling, but lately it feels harder to manage. You're doing your best to hold on, yet you worry that one more stressful situation could push you past your limit.
You continue to smile, show up, and tell yourself you're okay, even when deep down you know you're not. Because you look “fine” to others, people may not realize how heavy things have become for you. You often minimize your own pain by comparing yourself to others, convincing yourself that you should just be grateful because “others have it worse.” As a result, prioritizing your emotional well-being can feel selfish or undeserved.
If this describes you, and you are ready to stop overthinking, you are no longer willing to put your own needs on the backburner, you are ready to silence the inner critic, work on your personal and/or professional relationships, and you want to stop just going through the motions, we should talk.
I have the credentials that every other therapist has earned, representing the commitment of a competent practitioner. However, its important to note that my caring coupled with my competence makes me who I am.
I am a person of faith, wife (retired military veteran) mother, grandmother, and dog mom. I've navigated many seasons of life overcoming grief and loss, divorce, careers, the sandwich generation (caring for aging parents and small children), financial challenges, and blending a family. All the makings for stress, anxiety, and depression. During these and other dark seasons, it was the professional help holding my hand through the darkness until I could see the light again. Let's walk together to the light.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker based in Tennessee but also licensed in Kentucky. I received my Master's Degree from the University of Louisville. My approach is particularly attuned to supporting individuals and couples seeking authentic conversation in a safe space. I understand the profound impact of isolation, shame, and life purpose struggles, and I'm committed to creating a supportive environment where healing and personal growth can flourish.
My therapeutic work focuses on helping clients process difficult experiences, rebuild connections, and develop resilience. Whether you're dealing with mood disorders, relationship conflicts, or seeking guidance through significant life changes, I offer a thoughtful, understanding approach that honors your unique journey.

I work with people whose lives have become complicated, heavy, chaotic, or stuck — often after years of stress, addiction, trauma, relationship problems, major life transitions, or simply trying to survive the best way they knew how. My approach is direct, grounded, and practical. I believe meaningful change comes from honest self-examination, healthier behaviors, and learning how to live in a way that is both productive and emotionally sustainable.
Therapy with me is not about pretending life is easy or offering rehearsed positivity. It is about building a real therapeutic relationship where people can reduce the noise, face difficult truths without shame, and develop the tools, structure, and perspective needed to create a more purposeful and satisfying life.
