First session

In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions and reviewing session and service expectations, then dive into the specific challenges you're currently facing. This will help you and I to create a tailored treatment plan with specific goals for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

Strengths

My empathy and ability to help each client feel seen, heard and validated. I aim to create a safe space for healthy and open communication free of judgement, where my clients will always feel accepted and understood.

Ideal clients

I work with a wide range of clients. I currently work with children, young adults, veterans, couples, families, single parents, and adults. All of my clients have some history of trauma.
