New to Grow
As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I take a holistic approach to therapy, recognizing that mental health is influenced by every aspect of your life—your relationships, physical well-being, environment, values, and personal goals. Whether you're a student-athlete striving to perform at your highest level or a professional navigating the demands of a busy career, I provide a supportive space where you can step away from the pressure and focus on yourself. My style is warm, collaborative, and practical. Together, we'll address challenges such as anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, performance concerns, and relationship issues while building resilience, confidence, and effective coping skills. I believe therapy should be personalized, empowering, and focused on helping you create lasting change—not just manage symptoms. My goal is to help you thrive both personally and professionally by supporting your mental, emotional, and overall well-being so you can perform at your best and live a balanced, meaningful life.
Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a strong therapeutic relationship. We'll discuss what brings you to therapy, your personal history, current challenges, and the goals you'd like to achieve. I'll also answer any questions you have about the therapy process, so you know what to expect moving forward at your pace.
My years working with individuals in psychiatric and crisis settings have taught me that meaningful change happens when people feel both supported and challenged. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, respected, and genuinely heard, while also helping them recognize patterns, question unhelpful beliefs, and move toward their goals.
My ideal clients are student-athletes, young adults, and professionals who are motivated to grow and improve their overall well-being. They may be struggling with anxiety, stress, burnout, life transitions, relationship challenges, or the pressure to consistently perform at a high level. Many feel overwhelmed, stuck, or disconnected despite appearing successful on the outside, while seeking greater purpose, confidence, resilience, and balance daily.
