Hi, I'm Trish Pierzga, and I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor with 6+ years of experience. I know that life can be challenging and difficult. I also know that it is easy to feel stuck. My goal for each session is help you feel comfortable so you can explore and move past those challenges.
When I think about what I look for in a therapist myself, it is someone who listens, is not afraid to challenge me, and helps guide me through life's transitions. I believe I bring this style to my own clients. I love what I do and I bring this excitement into my sessions because I want people to feel safe and grow in their confidence to overcome the obstacles they are facing.
As a therapist grounded in empathy, my dream client embodies a spirit of openness and motivation for lasting change. This individual recognizes the challenges that come with personal growth but approaches therapy with a willingness to explore and confront these difficulties. They appreciate the journey of self-discovery and are eager to gain insights that can lead to meaningful transformation in their life.
In our sessions, I envision a collaborative environment where they feel safe to express their thoughts and emotions. They understand that progress may not always be linear, yet they remain committed to the process, even when it gets difficult. This client values the therapeutic relationship and seeks guidance to cultivate greater self-awareness, resilience, and mindfulness in their daily life.
What I cherish most about this ideal client is their ability to reflect on their experiences and actively engage in their healing journey. They inspire me with their courage to face discomfort and their desire to learn and grow. Together, we would explore life experiences and therapeutic techniques, fostering a deep connection that empowers them to embrace change with compassion and patience.
Ultimately, my dream client is someone who is not only motivated to seek help but also appreciates the support and insight I can offer. In this partnership, we would work hand in hand to navigate the complexities of their experiences, celebrating each step toward a more fulfilled and mindful existence. This collaborative spirit of growth and understanding is what makes the therapeutic journey profoundly rewarding for both of us.
I believe that everyone is doing their best at any given time and are motivated to be the best version of themselves possible, although that does not mean that we always know how to get there. Having a therapeutic relationship with a trusted therapist can provide a safe place to process difficult emotions, help identify patterns of thinking and behavior that no longer serve us, or outline goals for the future and develop a plan of action.
I am Nashonne. Over the past, 15 years, I've been offering therapy services in the state of Pennsylvania. Through my experiences, I've built an eclectic style of counseling that involves providing a secure space for the client to allow themselves to be vulnerable, address their issues at their core and grow. Some of the spaces where I have worked include community mental health, private practice, homeless shelters and the Department of Corrections.
In my time outside of the office, I like to travel with family and explore new foods and venues.
Welcome! I’m Emma, and I’m so glad you’re here.
Taking the first step toward mental wellness can feel daunting, but it doesn’t have to be. My goal as a therapist is to help guide you through life’s challenges so that you can discover your true potential and build the life you truly deserve. I understand that starting therapy can be a big decision, and I want you to know that you're not alone in this process.

Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, feeling “stuck”, or seeking personal growth, I’m here to listen, support, and walk alongside you on your journey toward emotional healing and mental wellness.
Through counseling, we can explore what you need to feel better, and we’ll work together to create a path forward that’s in alignment with your values and goals. I use a strengths-based approach to help you recognize the skills and abilities you already have, empowering you to overcome challenges. I also draw on a person-centered approach, ensuring that you feel heard, understood, and respected in every session.

I earned a Master of Science degree in Clinical Counseling from Loyola University in Baltimore, Maryland. Additionally, I received a secondary Guidance Certification from Villanova University. I am a Nationally Board-Certified Counselor and have worked in a broad range of settings for over 28 years.
I believe that the best clinical practice is an evidence-formed, eclectic model whereby the therapist adjusts to the needs of the client. I strive to provide clients with an opportunity to explore their inner selves, their relationships with others and their innate striving for wholeness, creativity, and well-being. Therapy can increase overall sense of well-being, build stronger coping and problem-solving skills, strengthen one's resiliency and determination, change behavior, and build stronger interpersonal relationships.
The establishment of a trusting relationship between the client and therapist is of utmost importance to be able to work together to build a skill set to adapt and overcome life's most difficult challenges in order to create a fulfilling life. Regardless of a client's clinical needs, it is imperative to determine their support system and focus on the encouraging aspects of those relationships in helping the client become more resilient and set on a positive path in life.
I'm an existential-humanistic therapist with 30+ years of experience. I use a variety of psychotherapeutic approaches and multiple techniques. My therapeutic interventions are tailored to the unique strengths and challenges facing my clients. I see it my as my role to “help people become who they are” and I consider it an honor to facilitate healing in growth in those I serve.

I believe taking care of our mental health should be as accepted and routine as taking care of our physical health.

My path to becoming a therapist was shaped by a lifelong curiosity about people—their inner worlds, their relationships, and their capacity for growth. Before entering the field, I found myself drawn again and again to conversations that went beneath the surface. During my training, I was especially moved by work with individuals navigating complex relational histories, identity questions, and emotional overwhelm. I saw how transformative it could be to have someone really listen—to not just problem-solve, but to bear witness with care. That experience deepened my commitment to relational and psychodynamic therapy, and to creating spaces where healing can happen through insight, connection, and trust. What continues to motivate me is seeing clients uncover strength, hope, or clarity they didn’t realize was there. I believe in therapy not just as a space to “fix” something, but as a way to reconnect with yourself and your agency in the world.
I am new to Grow Therapy but have 6 years of experience in the mental health field. I utilize CBT method to assist clients reach their treatment goals. I have a passion to help people feel better. My passion stems from personal experience. The mental health field can create challenges to those attempting to navigate it for the first time and I want to make it easier.
I am so glad you're here and ready to take the next step towards your wellness! My name is Marisela, but you can call me Mari. I truly believe in each person and their own abilities and capabilities. My job as your therapist is to listen without judgment, and provide a sounding board to support you in uncovering what capabilities and knowledge you already have. I believe in meeting people where they are at, and building a deep therapeutic relationship. I utilize a person centered, culturally sensitive approach. I also believe in using a mind body approach, where together we can uncover what is stored in the body to promote healing. As your therapist, I can also offer psycho-education on coping skills, distress tolerance skills, and a solution focused approach to get you to a place where life feels manageable. I recognize that honest and direct feedback opens up the ability for growth and change, and will always offer that. Together we will investigate different approaches to get you to where you want to be and to meet your goals. We will create a space that is affirming, laid back, and collaborative to encourage safety so that you can show up fully, as yourself. I want you to feel like we are a team, because we are!
Hi there! I have been working in the mental health field since graduating with my Master’s in Counseling in 2015. I began my counseling career providing evidence-based family therapies for several years before transitioning to individual counseling. I love connecting with my clients and helping them develop a more compassionate view of themselves, recognize their strengths, and build confidence in their ability to live the life they want. If you think we may be a good fit, I’d love for you to reach out so we can connect.
Hi, my name is Tara! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor in New Jersey and Pennsylvania and have been providing therapy for over 10 years. I have a lot of experience working with individuals seeking support with life transitions, anxiety, depression and ADHD. I am also certified in Perinatal Mental Health and love working with individuals throughout pregnancy and parenthood.
Welcome! I’m Bridget (she/her/hers). I am a licensed psychotherapist and nationally certified counselor living in Abington, PA. I specialize in working in perinatal health and wellness. This means I am certified and trained in working with those experiencing infertility, miscarriage, IVF, pregnancy, and the postpartum period.
I am passionate about supporting individuals and families during the transformative journey of pregnancy, childbirth, and the postpartum period. My mission is to provide compassionate, evidence based care to those navigating the challenges and joys of the perinatal period and beyond.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience in community mental health. During my time working in a city-based mental health clinic, I gained extensive experience treating a wide range of mental health conditions and related challenges.
As a clinician, you’ll find me warm, curious, and laid-back. I'm always up for a good laugh and strive to create a safe, relaxed space where clients feel comfortable, welcomed, and genuinely valued. I prioritize building strong therapeutic relationships, as I believe a supportive connection is the foundation for meaningful progress and positive treatment outcomes.
In my spare time, you’ll often find me walking outdoors, spending time with my pet and family, and nurturing positive relationships that keep me grounded and energized.
I will provide a safe space for you to be reflective, authentic, and vulnerable yet empowered. I can help you cope with these challenges, reduce stress, and find inner peace. I will use a variety of approaches (including cognitive-behavior, emotion-focused, and person-centered therapies) to help you explore your emotional needs, understand yourself and your relationship patterns, and make responsible choices in your relationships with the people you care about.
I’m a therapist who works best with people who’ve spent years putting everyone else first and are finally ready to start showing up for themselves in ways that actually matter. Therapy with me looks like a conversation. It's honest and down-to-earth. My goal is to help you feel more grounded, clear, and connected to who you actually are—not who you’ve had to become.
I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in the state of Florida. I have been in the field, helping people make positive changes in their lives for 11 years; 7 as a Case Manager and 5 as a Clinician. I have experience working with population suffering from: substance abuse, trauma, grief and loss, depression, anxiety, abuse, Domestic Violence, codependency issues, relationship struggles, self- esteem issues, communication, parenting, and open to working with anyone wanting to work with me.
I am Jeff, like it says on this page. I love games of all kinds and dogs of all kinds. I sit crosslegged on chairs when I can and enjoy kneading dough for baking. I'm verbose and use words as if they were legos.
I have worked in hospitals, community mental health centers, a retirement home and now I am content to be in private practice. I have experience with crises, sudden life transitions and choices that seem impossible to come back from.
I'm familiar with being awkward and have experience being the outcast. I became a therapist because there were many times earlier in my life where I needed support and guidance from someone who could understand me without being judgmental or controlling. Being a strange enough person already, I never quite found someone empathetic towards my situation until meeting my first therapist - a literally life changing experience.
Even with almost 10 years as a therapist, I'm certainly not claiming that I'll change your life as a guarantee just because of who I am - a therapist helped me see that so much change came about by my own efforts over the years, change that you can also be empowered to pursue. I am the sort of person that will work in your interest, work for your health when it feels like illness gets in the way. If you happen to be someone or know someone that often puts others before themselves at the expense of wants and needs for themselves, then you may know me pretty well already.
Transparently, I am not using AI in any form to write anything you read here about myself or my methods.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a Master's in Counseling Psychology from Chestnut Hill College and 30 years of experience across diverse settings. My preferred therapeutic approaches include Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). I am open-minded and respectful, believing that everyone is doing their best within their unique circumstances. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to navigate life's challenges.
Hi, I'm ready to jump in with you to help you let go of old stuff that is holding you back. Using proven strategies of EMDR, CBT/CPT, and mindfulness-based interventions through Tele-health. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker , I am a licensed in Delaware and Pennsylvania. As a Certified EMDR therapist and Approved Consultant I've seen how EMDR is highly effective in treating PTSD, anxiety disorders, depression and more. I have over 17 years’ experience providing this treatment to my clients. I see therapy as a collaborative process, while I may be the navigator, you are in the driver’s seat. I serve as your coach to help you reach your therapeutic goals. We go at your pace and address the issues you identify. Clients say their response to treatment has been transformative and lasting. My approach is attachment, diversity and trauma informed.
Welcome!
I am a compassionate, trauma-informed therapist with extensive experience helping clients navigate some of life’s most challenging struggles. My areas of specialty include substance use disorders, process addictions, eating disorders, and trauma. I also have a strong background working with first responders, military service members, and their families, understanding the unique stressors, cultural dynamics, and mental health challenges.
I approach therapy with a client-centered and individualized perspective. I understand that no two journeys are the same, and I work collaboratively to create a safe, supportive space. My goal is to help you identify patterns, develop healthier coping strategies, and gain insight into the underlying factors that may be influencing your behaviors and emotional responses.
In my work with substance use and process addictions, I focus on helping clients build resilience, identify triggers, and strengthen tools for relapse prevention. When supporting clients with eating disorders, I combine compassionate support with evidence-based interventions to address both the physical and psychological aspects of recovery. I also specialize in trauma-focused care, helping individuals process painful experiences in a safe and structured way, reducing emotional distress, and building emotional regulation skills.
Working with first responders and military clients, I understand the high levels of stress, trauma exposure, and unique cultural factors that can impact mental health. I provide practical tools, psychoeducation, and coping strategies to support emotional well-being while honoring the unique identity and experiences of each client.
Whether you are seeking to process trauma, heal from addiction, manage anxiety or depression, or improve your overall well-being, I am here to guide you. Together, we can create a treatment plan that aligns with your goals, fosters personal growth, and empowers you to live a more balanced and fulfilling life. You are not alone in this journey, and change is possible.
Do you find yourself overwhelmed by the mental load of life—constantly juggling expectations, relationships, anxiety, or your identity as a woman, mother, or both? I work with women navigating these complex roles and transitions, especially those dealing with late-diagnosed ADHD, parenting stress, and the emotional realities of postpartum. My personal and professional experiences have shown me how often women’s needs are misunderstood, minimized, or unseen. I strive to be the kind of support I once needed.
My belief in therapy is rooted in the understanding that we are always growing and changing. Whether you're facing anxiety, burnout, intrusive thoughts, identity loss, or simply need a space where your feelings are validated, I offer a warm, empowering environment to explore those experiences without shame. I use a blend of cognitive and relational approaches to increase awareness, reshape thinking patterns, and help you reconnect with your sense of self.
My goal is to process both current challenges and past experiences to understand how they shape the present and how we can move forward with intention. I believe therapy is not just about managing symptoms, but about rediscovering who you are beneath the expectations. You can be a good parent, a whole person, and someone who takes care of themselves—and in doing so, you model strength, boundaries, and self-worth for those around you.

Hello! I am Licensed Clinical Social worker licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maine. I graduated from Marywood University and have been providing therapy for over 18 years for a variety of mental health issues and life struggles. I enjoy working with clients to help empower them to take back control over their struggles and to be able to live the life that they deserve and desire!
You love God—but your relationships still feel anxious, consuming, and confusing.
You overthink texts, feel deeply affected by someone’s mood or distance, and find yourself giving more than you receive. You’ve prayed about it, tried to “have more faith,” and told yourself to just trust God—but the anxiety keeps showing up anyway.
If this sounds familiar, you’re not broken—and you’re not lacking faith. You may be stuck in patterns of anxious attachment and codependency that keep you feeling insecure, even when you desire healthy, God-centered relationships.
I specialize in working with Christian women who feel caught in these cycles. In our work together, we don’t just talk about your thoughts—we get to the root of why your nervous system feels unsafe in relationships and begin to change those patterns. You’ll learn how to:
• Feel emotionally secure without constant reassurance
• Stop overanalyzing and fearing abandonment
• Set healthy, confident boundaries
• Break cycles of chasing or losing yourself in relationships
• Develop a deeper, more grounded trust in both yourself and God
My approach integrates evidence-based therapy with your faith in a way that is both practical and deeply personal. This isn’t surface-level advice or “just pray more”—it’s real healing work that helps you experience lasting change.
I offer private pay sessions for women who are ready to move beyond survival mode in relationships and step into clarity, peace, and emotional stability.
If you’re ready to feel secure, grounded, and aligned in your relationships, I’d be honored to work with you.
Welcome, I’m Ben, a licensed counselor in Pennsylvania. I’m passionate about helping individuals heal, grow, and regain a sense of balance in their lives. My approach is grounded in empathy, collaboration, and respect for each person’s unique story.

I integrate evidence-based approaches including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, and person-centered therapy to tailor treatment to each client’s needs.
I am also trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and offer EMDR therapy virtually, providing clients with an effective way to process traumatic experiences and reduce distressing symptoms from the comfort of their own space.
While trauma work is a key focus, I welcome clients from all backgrounds and walks of life. Whether you’re struggling with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking greater self-understanding, I aim to create a supportive environment where you can explore, heal, and grow at your own pace.
I’m an LCPC with experience helping clients navigate depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I bring empathy and a practical approach, working with you to build coping skills, shift perspectives, and create lasting positive change. I believe that using humor and building a genuine connection helps create a trusting and comfortable space where we can work effectively together. I want to assist you with achieving whatever solutions and/or life changes you are looking for in a safe and open environment.
I use an eclectic approach working from multiple modalities that best fit the client's goals, needs, and experiences. I have experience working with young adults, and adults with varying diagnoses. I specialize in the treatment of anger, anxiety, depression, family conflict, relationship issues, self-esteem building, and stress management.
As a therapist, my goal is to help to grow your personal strengths throughout the therapeutic process. In a non-judgmental environment, we will work together to build on your strengths and begin to understand the meaning of your distressing symptoms which will ultimately lead to growth and a positive transformation.
Hi, I am so glad you are here! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years in the field with 8 of them being in therapy settings. I received my masters in social work from Rutgers University and obtained my clinical hours while working in Philadelphia doing case management for at risk populations. I have shifted into private practice in the last few years taking my experience in case management and applying it to therapeutic techniques. I work with my clients on individual goal setting catered to their personal needs. I will meet you where you are and work with you on developing a therapeutic relationship. I believe that trust building is the most important part of therapy and I work with my clients on developing that relationship in the beginning of treatment. I work with adults who are navigating through various life transitions.
