Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I received my Masters from Marywood University and have been practicing for 17 years. I have been licensed since 2013. I help adolescents and adults struggling with anxiety, depression, self-confidence, self-compassion, anger management and gender dysphoria. I am passionate serving the LGBTQ population. I have a certification in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy.
Hello! I'm so glad you took the time to check out my page. Let me start by introducing myself a bit more. I am a compassionate and experienced therapist who specializes in supporting adults through anxiety, depression, trauma, postpartum challenges, and life transitions.
With a trauma-informed, evidence-based approach, I help clients move through difficult symptoms with clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I strive to offer a warm, nonjudgmental space where individuals feel heard, supported, and empowered to heal and grow. Whether navigating a period of uncertainty or carrying the weight of longstanding emotional pain, clients often describe me as deeply attuned, grounding, and gently encouraging with a mix of humor.
In addition to my work as a therapist, I find fulfillment and balance in my personal life through fostering animals and sharing my home with several beloved pets. I'm a passionate DIY enthusiast who enjoys creating things with her hands—whether it's a new home project or a handmade gift. A lover of the outdoors, I spend my free time hiking, gardening, or simply soaking in the peace of nature. These personal joys enrich my therapeutic work, reminding me of the importance of connection, creativity, and the healing power of slowing down.
Welcome! I’m so glad you’re here!
It’s really nice to meet you. I’m a licensed professional counselor, and I’ve spent years helping people work through tough emotions like trauma, PTSD, anxiety, and depression. I also have a special focus on supporting those who’ve faced emotional challenges because of their work or have been affected by toxic environments that impact both mental and physical health. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just need someone to talk to about what’s going on, I’m here for you. Whether it's letting go of past struggles, managing stress, or figuring out how to navigate a tough time, we can work together to make sense of it all.
My approach is interactive, collaboration and compassion. We’ll work at your pace to uncover patterns, explore new perspectives, and develop strategies that align with your values and vision for the future. Sometimes, life takes unexpected turns, and things don’t always go as planned. But no matter where you’re at or how things have unfolded, you don’t have to do this alone. I’m here to help you find a way through.
I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life...
1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles?
2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways?
Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.
Hello, I’m Wynda. For the past 20 years, I’ve helped clients of many ages and backgrounds make profound and lasting changes in their lives. I began my career in child welfare and developed extensive experience in working with women’s issues and all types of relationships. I’ve learned that my clients always have the answers within them and I’m just here to guide the way. Therapy is a journey of coming back to yourself, so even if you think you don’t know what you’re doing, you absolutely do. Together, we’ll conquer the barriers that are inhibiting your personal success.
I am an equity and justice-focused therapist whose approach to therapy centers connection and empathy. From a humanistic-existential perspective, I view therapy as a partnership where clients are supported in embracing their inner strengths, achieving their desired goals, and developing coping skills and strategies to lead meaningful and authentic lives. I strive to meet you where you are and honor the diversity of your lived experience.
You are the expert of your life. I aim to provide compassion, guidance, and a nonjudgmental, caring space for you to share your unique experiences, express your feelings, and build greater self-awareness and self-esteem. In therapy, we’ll work to address stressors and challenges and integrate meaningful changes into your daily life. In building capacity for self-exploration, emotional awareness, and resilience, we can enhance our relationships with ourselves and others, promoting a greater sense of well-being.
I am Jeff, like it says on this page. I love games of all kinds and dogs of all kinds. I sit crosslegged on chairs when I can and enjoy kneading dough for baking. I'm verbose and use words as if they were legos.
I have worked in hospitals, community mental health centers, a retirement home and now I am content to be in private practice. I have experience with crises, sudden life transitions and choices that seem impossible to come back from.
I'm familiar with being awkward and have experience being the outcast. I became a therapist because there were many times earlier in my life where I needed support and guidance from someone who could understand me without being judgmental or controlling. Being a strange enough person already, I never quite found someone empathetic towards my situation until meeting my first therapist - a literally life changing experience.
Even with almost 10 years as a therapist, I'm certainly not claiming that I'll change your life as a guarantee just because of who I am - a therapist helped me see that so much change came about by my own efforts over the years, change that you can also be empowered to pursue. I am the sort of person that will work in your interest, work for your health when it feels like illness gets in the way. If you happen to be someone or know someone that often puts others before themselves at the expense of wants and needs for themselves, then you may know me pretty well already.
Transparently, I am not using AI in any form to write anything you read here about myself or my methods.

My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Hello, and welcome! My introduction to the counseling field began while working within therapeutic group homes that served children through adults experiencing mental health struggles. This experience, both enriching and meaningful, inspired my interest in pursuing counseling. I was deeply moved by the varying degrees of challenging life experiences that we are all tasked with navigating and the ways we attempt to cope, gain insight from, and hopefully transform our adverse circumstances. I received my Master of Social Work degree from Portland State University and since, I’ve had the opportunity to assist a diverse range of clients in both inpatient treatment and outpatient therapy settings, and more recently, at a college counseling clinic at the University of Montana. Within these programs, I’ve helped clients address anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, academic challenges, relationships, identity changes, sexuality, and general life stressors.
I am grateful that I can work to help individuals navigate the evolving nature of their lives by providing unconditional positive regard, encouragement, and supportive guidance.
I have been a therapist and worked in mental health for many years. I truly love my job. I know that I cannot help every person I meet, but I am committed to offering kindness and my best efforts to do exactly that. I aim to offer clients kindness, make them feel more comfortable with even uncomfortable conversations and cheer them on as they heal on this journey.
