Are you a teenager, college kid, grad student, or young adult who is interested in therapy? Great, that's my thing! I work exclusively with young adults, from high schoolers to 20-somethings. Working with this specific age group is more than a job to me; it is both a calling and my greatest honor. I'm immensely proud to be considered a safe & supportive adult for many young people during this exciting (but sometimes stressful, lonely, or scary) time in their lives.

I believe that if every human being had someone to provide them with unconditional positive regard, especially during the formative years of childhood, our world would be a safer place. Unfortunately, many of us don’t even make it through childhood without wounds from emotionally painful experiences. Sometimes the consequences of these experiences are long-lasting and can impact our well-being, relationships, and work. Fortunately, therapy can help. I have worked in community and university settings for the past 9 years, and I have experience treating a variety of mental health struggles such as anxiety, depression, sexual abuse, trauma, marriage/family issues, and communication challenges.

At this time, I am not accepting couples clients. As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), I provide trauma-informed, culturally responsive psychotherapy with a specialization in Complex PTSD (C-PTSD) and intergenerational trauma. In a supportive and nonjudgmental virtual space, we will explore how past experiences and relational patterns shape the present while working toward meaningful healing and growth. I also integrate evidence-based models, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support meaningful and practical change. In our first session, we’ll collaborate to develop a personalized treatment plan that addresses your unique concerns, whether you're navigating the challenges of a blended family, coping with trauma or grief, or working through the early years of marriage. With experience across outpatient, partial hospitalization, residential treatment, and community-based settings, I’m committed to trauma-informed care that honors cultural identity, systemic influences, and life transitions. I also warmly welcome military members, veterans, and their families who are seeking psychotherapy support. My goal is to help you identify patterns, build on strengths, and develop tools for healthier relationships and emotional resilience. Please note that clients experiencing active suicidal or homicidal thoughts, self-harm, substance abuse or addiction, domestic violence, eating disorders or disordered eating, or those involved in any legal issues, including custody disputes, will be referred to a higher level of care or in-person therapy for appropriate, specialized support. Together, we’ll work toward your goals in a way that feels collaborative, safe, and attuned to your lived experience.

Hi, I’m George. I’m not just a mental health therapist, but a health therapist. Mind and body are always connected, so I use an integrative approach to help people achieve wellness both mentally and physically. Are you depressed and also have chronic pain? Or feel overly anxious and have stomach issues? Or do you have PTSD and can’t sleep at night? These pairings are actually the norm rather than the exception. I’m here to treat all of you, the parts that everyone sees and the parts where you suffer alone. My approach is judgment-free. As a fellow traveler, I know that no matter how much you are weighed down by pain, fear, or sadness, there is beauty inside you, so let’s treat your wounds and amplify your natural strengths to help you reach your goals. I will listen to your story and validate your struggle. I will also challenge you when needed to clarify your thinking, improve daily habits, regulate your emotions, and mend strained relationships. I use whatever tools are needed to help you find peace, whether it’s traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, humor, storytelling, or getting outdoors in nature, together we will find what works best for you.

I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Hello, I am a licensed professional counselor and a board certified art therapist. I have been practicing for just over seven years and I received my masters degree in art therapy from Cedar Crest College in Allentown, PA. I help clients with various needs such as anxiety, life transitions, ADHD, relationships, communication and coping skills to help become the best versions of themselves. I started my journey at KidsPeace Children's Hospital as an art therapist for a couple years, running group and individual therapy sessions. After KidsPeace I transitioned to St. Luke's Hospital in Quakertown as a therapist running group therapy sessions. Talk therapy is the most common method of therapy on this platform, but be aware that if you do have any interest in art therapy, we can certainly incorporate that into our work together whether that be during our sessions or for homework. The choice is yours!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (PA & WV) with 10 years of experience in outpatient mental health. I specialize in supporting individuals — both adolescents and adults — navigating the aftermath of trauma, loss, adoption/foster care challenges, grief, anxiety, and depression. With children and teens, I am certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF‑CBT), integrating trauma‑informed strategies tailored to younger clients. With adults, I use trauma-informed interventions alongside cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), adapting my approach to each person’s unique story, strengths, and pace. Being adopted myself has deeply shaped my passion for adoption and foster care work — not just as a professional interest, but from lived experience. I understand the layers of identity, connection, loss, and belonging that come with these journeys, and I bring that insight to my practice with empathy and sensitivity. I also maintain ongoing training in areas such as grief work, anxiety, depression, and relational dynamics to ensure I’m bringing current practices to our work.

Hi All, My name is Linda, and I have a deep passion for helping folks grow to the heights they want to achieve. I have been a therapist for years, and have spent a great deal of time helping those who have experienced trauma. I love working with people and have a special place in my heart for the Arts and Music. For many years I owned a woodcraft and ceramic business and continue to keep crafts close to me. I also love music and love to play the organ, piano, and guitar. I was a non-traditional student and received my bachelor's degree in Clinical Psychology in 1996 from East Stroudsburg University, then raised my own three children for a while. I returned to school and completed my master's degree in Social Work in 2020 from Capella University. I currently hold an LCSW in PA. I have taken many additional trainings in Trauma-informed counseling, DBT, EMDR, and of course crafts/painting. Helping folks care for themselves is extremely important in life’s struggles, and sharing the heart's desires helps us all navigate the world. It is with great anticipation that I get to know the uniqueness of you in a holistic environment where we can work on reaching the heights of your passion. Hi, I'm Lesli. I’m a licensed therapist and trained professopmal coach who works at the intersection of emotional healing and intentional growth. My work is grounded in evidence-based therapy practices while also drawing on the forward-focused, action-oriented tools of coaching—so you get both depth and momentum. Some clients come to me needing a safe, supportive space to process anxiety, trauma, relationships, or life transitions. Others are ready to clarify goals, strengthen confidence, and move toward meaningful change. Many want both. Together, we tailor our work to meet you exactly where you are. While I work with individuals and couples of varying ages and backgrounds, I have a lot of experience working with teen girls (15+) and young adults, I am trained multiple trauma-informed therapies, such as TF-CBT and Compassionate Inquiry. IFS and Cognitive Therapy.
