Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania and I have been working as a therapist for 18 years now. I work with all ages, but primarily adolescents and older when using a telehealth platform. I work with those with mental health diagnoses, substance use/dependence disorders, as well as dual diagnosis. I help people explore challenges in their lives and learn how to cope in a healthy manner while learning about themselves and embracing and loving who they are, flawed and all.
As a therapist, the most important aspect of therapy is working together to create goals for therapy and create a path for meaningful change. Change is an element that is uncomfortable to most people, but by working together, we can establish lasting change through the use of each individuals strengths and by providing support. My approach is practical, I work from a cognitive perspective using cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical therapy, exposure response prevention, and positive psychology.
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with 10 years of experience across behavioral health, creative spaces, and supervision. My approach is solution-focused, collaborative, and rooted in equity, inclusion, and representation. Whether I’m working with individuals, groups, or future therapists, I focus on helping people make sense of life’s messiness and build strategies that actually feel sustainable and true to who they are. Clients often describe me as calm, thoughtful, and expressive—someone who makes space for the whole you, not just the version that’s holding it all together. I bring a multicultural lens and a background in storytelling and digital strategy, which helps me connect how we move through the world—emotionally, mentally, and creatively. If you’re navigating transition, burnout, relationship shifts, or just trying to feel more like yourself again, I’m here to walk alongside you as you move forward with clarity, intention, and care.
Life transitions, relationships in flux, maybe you haven't felt like yourself recently. Navigating hard emotions that keep you up a night, or preoccupy thinking, might be holding you back from enjoying activities and relationships you once did. Reasons for seeking therapy are unique and individual to you. You are deserving of a therapist who will build a space for you to be vulnerable with your story and emotions. Together, we can build a path forward through empathetic processing, acceptance, skill building, and goal planning.
Therapy is like a compass, it doesn't provide all the answers, but it provides direction. Focusing on your strengths, presenting problem, and future goals, our time together will be spent targeting false thoughts, realizing potential, and building trust in yourself.
As a therapist, my goal is to walk alongside you, focusing on your specific needs to help you feel comfortable, accepted, and understood without judgment. I work with people navigating challenges like depression, anxiety, mood dysregulation, relationship struggles, grief, and the overwhelm of a disordered life. My clients are often ready to establish more balance but feel stuck, unsure of how to cope or manage themselves and their relationships. I’m here to help you build the tools to make that balance a reality.
I draw from a flexible mix of approaches, tailored to you. This includes evidence-based trauma methods—like trauma-focused therapy—alongside client-centered therapy, solution-focused techniques, and motivational interviewing. Whether we’re addressing painful memories or finding practical ways to improve communication, I adjust my style to fit what you need most.
I’m Pam Sykes, LPC, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC) with over 12 years of experience helping clients navigate life’s challenges. I earned my master’s from the University of Scranton and provide online counseling for pre-teens, adolescents, and adults. My expertise includes addressing stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, self-esteem struggles, and relationship difficulties. I use a caring and collaborative approach, tailoring strategies to your individual needs and helping you build confidence, resilience, and a sense of purpose.
I strive to create a safe space where people can work on building upon identified strengths, challenge negative assumptions or beliefs, and develop a new mindset to confront daily life obstacles. It is my belief thoughts have a direct influence on how we perceive ourselves, how we interact with others, and how we function on a day-to-day basis. Sometimes we can feel helpless and bound to our thoughts; however, I believe that thoughts are like habits, and habits can be eventually modified to help us achieve our full potential.

Hello! I have always enjoyed helping others for as long as I can remember as early as age 9. I love to see their responses in the learning process. I have experienced trauma, witnessed violence, anxiety, have been in an unhealthy alcoholic relationship and have been a sensitive being my entire life not understanding why.
My saving Grace has always been movement. I loved the way it made me feel-free and calm, and movement has always been part of my life even during 4 pregnancies and keeping up with my 4 children, and now my grandchildren. Over time, I was introduced to mindfulness, stress reduction and relaxation (which I didn’t realized how much I needed) and Yoga. This allowed me to calm my mind and focus.
My career goal was Physical Education teaching and when I graduated (after have 4 children), teacher jobs were scarce. I was introduced to Behavioral Health and here I am now, 25 years later.

Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity.
Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported.
In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs.
My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together.
Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.

I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. Hey there! Thank you for sliding on past my profile and the above quote is essential to not only my mindset in how I approach everyday as a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) but also how I want to assist in creating a space for my clients. I am currently based in Pennsylvania & have over 10 years of experience working with an array of clients. I have helped many from young adults to older adults take a deep dive within themselves to challenge thoughts, perspectives and beliefs that create a mental and emotional limitation on becoming a more empowered and improved version of themselves. My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.
