Hi, I'm Marjorie, an experienced clinical social worker, licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My specialties include working with adults from varied backgrounds, identities, and cultures who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and/or mood disorders. There may be times in your life when you are struggling. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety or depression which is interfering with your day-to-day living and/or work. Perhaps you are experiencing unhappiness in important relationships, or you are resorting to unhealthy ways of coping such as self-isolation, disordered eating, self-harm activities, or other self-sabotaging behaviors. You may generally feel "less than," or feel as if you don't fit in, feel conflicted about your identity, feel debilitated by worry, fears or depressive symptoms, and/or may be suffering from loss of significant relationships. The "work" of therapy can offer relief from painful symptoms and conflicts while addressing your particular patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, particularly those that are holding you back from a more productive and fulfilling life. My goal is to listen and work with you to understand your unique experiences, identify patterns of underlying thoughts and feelings about yourself and others, examine how your past may have informed your present, and provide a safe space for you to explore yourself. Together we will identify those patterns that are not working for you to find strategies, personal to you, to overcome them. My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches and often include DBT practices such as mindfulness and guided meditation techniques.

How much of your life is spent waiting to feel confident enough to live it? I’m Fred, a licensed clinical social worker who works with adults struggling with anxiety, addiction, relationship difficulties, and major life stress. My practice is direct, collaborative, and practical. I draw primarily from Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and other evidence-based approaches. A lot of people come to therapy believing they need more confidence, more clarity, or more certainty before they can move forward. Often, confidence is built differently: by learning to act, adapt, and make meaningful decisions even while doubt, anxiety, and difficult emotions are still present. Together, we’ll work on changing the patterns that keep you stuck and building the flexibility and confidence to move toward the life you want.

Hi, I’m Dr. Catherine T. Revak, DSW, LCSW—but please, call me Cate. My path to becoming a therapist wasn’t a traditional one, and each chapter of my life has shaped how I show up for clients today. I served in the United States Air Force and spent many years in the financial services industry, experiences that taught me how to navigate complexity, hold difficult conversations, and remain present during times of stress and uncertainty. Later, I returned to school at the University of Pennsylvania, where I studied Gender, Sexuality, and Women’s Studies, and completed both my master’s and doctoral degrees in social work. My clinical training focused on veterans’ mental health, grief, loss, and bereavement. My time working at the VA and in hospice care deeply influenced my approach to therapy, reinforcing the importance of compassion, attunement, and the healing power of being truly witnessed. In therapy, I strive to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and supported. I draw from psychodynamic, narrative, and trauma-informed approaches, but at the heart of my work is the therapeutic relationship itself. Whether you are navigating grief, transition, or uncertainty, I walk alongside you as you find meaning, connection, and a way forward that honors your experience.

I'm Ben Northrup, a licensed professional counselor with experience working with people with a wide range of mental health challenges. I specialize in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) for individuals with borderline personality disorder, psychosis treatment, helping family members of individuals with symptoms of psychosis, and support for anxiety and depression. I earned both my undergraduate and graduate degrees from Lock Haven University and have worked in group homes, partial hospitalization programs, women’s centers, and community-based mental health clinics. These experiences have shaped my client-centered, practical, and empathetic approach to therapy. I tend to keep therapy pretty conversational and relaxed. I don't think therapy should feel like something you have to dread each week. Sometimes we'll have a serious emotional conversation, sometimes we'll problem solve, sometimes we'll laugh, and sometimes you might just need a place to let everything out. Hello there, I'm so glad you are here! I get it...You’re someone who has carried far too much for far too long, maybe a trauma survivor, a people‑pleasing millennial, an LGBTQIA+ adult, or a neurodivergent human trying to navigate identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. You might feel pulled in a dozen directions at once, exhausted by perfectionism, hyper‑responsibility, or the pressure to be “the strong one.” Your challenges may include chronic self‑criticism, difficulty setting boundaries, feeling disconnected from your own needs, or struggling to relax even when you’ve earned rest. My name is Alissa, I’m a licensed clinical social worker who specializes in supporting trauma survivors, people-pleasing millennials, LGBTQIA+ clients, and neurodivergent folks navigating identity, relationships, and emotional overwhelm. My work blends parts‑based approaches, somatic awareness, and strengths‑focused care to help you understand your inner world, soften self‑criticism, and build a more grounded, compassionate relationship with yourself (and in partnerships.) I offer an affirming, collaborative space where EVERY part of you is welcome, especially the ones carrying exhaustion, tenderness, or stories that deserve gentleness. I frequently incorporate cognitive behavioral strategies but I also enjoy using creative therapeutic activities that strengthen self efficacy and personal insight. I am defiantly on the crafty side and I love art wellness projects. I have a Master of Social Work from the University of Texas at San Antonio. My graduate work included an emphasis on cultural competency, echo-therapy, and urban regional development. My passion for this field is rooted in increasing access to culturally responsive mental health care and supporting people of all backgrounds in navigating therapy with comfort, empowerment, and authenticity. I am committed to creating a safe and affirming environment where clients feel seen, heard, and valued. I believe therapy should be accessible, culturally informed, and grounded in meaningful change.

Hi, I'm Julia Kalp. I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW), providing therapy since 2012, and a Licensed Social Worker (LSW) since 2009. I have worked in the mental health and social services field since 2003. Over the past 22 years, I've worked with clients ranging from preschoolers to older adults, helping people across all stages of life find balance, strength, and emotional clarity. Before beginning outpatient practice, I worked in treatment facilities and provided in-home services to children, adolescents, and families. Those early experiences showed me how deeply our relationships, environments, and early experiences shape who we are—and how much healing becomes possible when people feel safe, understood, and supported. In my work today, I provide outpatient telehealth therapy for individuals, couples, and families. I specialize in addressing mood challenges, anxiety, trauma recovery, attention and impulse control concerns, attachment needs, and stress-related issues. I draw from evidence-based approaches, integrating trauma-informed and strengths-based care tailored to each person's needs. My clients often describe me as calm, compassionate, and easy to talk to. I believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative—where we combine your insight and lived experience with my clinical tools to build meaningful change together. Whether you're healing from trauma, navigating anxiety or depression, managing ADHD, or wanting to strengthen relationships, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen, supported, and equipped with practical strategies that fit your life. Above all, I want you to leave therapy feeling more confident, capable, and connected than when you began.

I have 32 years of experience providing counseling. I use cognitive behavioral therapy, stressing that what we think determines what we feel and what we do. For many reasons, people learn unrealistic or destructive thoughts that cause them problems in their lives. Therapy works towards more realistic thinking, and avoiding old and destructive thinking. As I like to say, "therapy is a conversation with a destination," and realistic thinking is that destination. While I am a Christian, I am not trained as a Christian Counselor. I am a "Counselor who is a Christian." My training is secular, and I regularly see people or all faiths, or none at all. I do not offer court ordered services, nor do I do assessments for custody, or any other legal purpose. Unfortunately, I cannot accept Medicare, or Medicare based plans. The world is changing, and more and more people are reaching out. I am seeing more men that have been in abusive relationships. There are also more people dealing with loss. Coming to my office is not like going to a big mental health clinic where you just another number on a spreadsheet. In my care, you are a person, and you'll be treated like one.

Using EMDR therapy, we work together to process difficult experiences, reduce the emotional weight of the past, and quiet the constant mental noise that keeps you feeling overwhelmed. Rather than talking about what happened, EMDR helps your brain reprocess experiences that may still be affecting how you think, feel, and respond today. Along the way, we’ll build practical tools, healthier boundaries, and greater confidence in navigating life’s challenges. Courtney Pfohlman is a Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania and a Clinical Professional Counselor in Nevada who provides virtual therapy for adults. She is a Clinical Supervisor for student therapists in Nevada. She specializes in trauma, anxiety, bipolar disorder, substance use concerns, and life transitions, incorporating EMDR therapy when appropriate. Over the past 12 years, she has gained extensive experience working within community mental health agencies serving individuals with co-occurring disorders, Medication-Assisted Treatment (MAT) programs, and Drug Court-mandated counseling. She has also worked in private practice, conducting clinical assessments and determining client appropriateness for EMDR therapy.

I have an eclectic style that is influenced by a couple of different theoretical orientations. These include Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT). Welcome! I’m Shey, an IFS-informed therapist who wishes to help you navigate the journey from unhealed trauma to meaningful personal growth. We don’t have to wait for a crisis to put on our own “oxygen masks.” I’ve learned the hard way how essential it is to care for ourselves first—nurturing our well-being so we can show up fully in our lives. In my sessions, I provide a safe, non-judgmental space for survivors of emotional and psychological abuse. I specialize in supporting women who have experienced difficult marriages and relationships, helping them rebuild their lives. Understanding the impact such trauma can have on self-esteem and identity, I work alongside you to process your experiences, rediscover your inner strength, and restore your sense of self-worth. I also support South Asian women navigating the complexities of overlapping cultural or familial expectations. Together, we honor the strength in your scars, tend to the wounds that remain, and embrace every part of who you are—authentically and unapologetically.

A plan, specific actions and personalized strategies - This is what I give my clients to help them get unstuck, overcome suffering, and fully enjoy the important things in their life. The Bible, ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), and neuropsychology - The sources of wisdom I use to guide our plans and strategies. When life throws you for a loop, your mind and emotions are overwhelming and don't make sense, and you don't know what to do, you need someone who understands the mind and emotions, and how to tame them. I'm Dr. Matt Bridgman. I am a follower of Jesus Christ, a husband and father, and a clinical psychologist and board certified neuropsychologist. I have a Master's degree in Christian Leadership and a PhD in Clinical Psychology, both from Fuller Theological Seminary. I've been studying the human mind (mood, emotions, behavior, cognition) for over 20 years, through the lenses of God's Word and neuropsychology. I've helped thousands of people with mood/emotion and also cognitive troubles coming from many sources: depression, anxiety, trauma and PTSD, concussions and traumatic brain injury, multiple sclerosis, stroke, and numerous other mental health, neurological, and physical health conditions. I've worked in community counseling centers, inpatient psychiatry units, big academic medical centers, small community hospitals, outpatient behavioral health clinics, neurology clinics, inpatient physical rehabilitation units, and VA medical centers. I'm excited now to be helping others through my own private practice. I help my clients not just through empathy and good listening, but through helping them understand their own mind better. I guide them through shaping and training their mind, overcoming suffering, and thriving in the process of it all.

I work with adults across Pennsylvania, Delaware, South Carolina, and Florida through secure telehealth sessions, offering a warm, steady space to navigate life's big transitions — retirement, relocation, divorce, widowhood, caring for aging parents, grief, and the anxiety and relationship strains that often come with change. I especially enjoy working with people in midlife and beyond who are asking "what's next?" and want support figuring it
