Hi, I'm Samantha!
I specialize in working with adolescents, families and also support adults navigating a wide range of life challenges. With a background spanning multiple levels of behavioral health care - from intake through discharge - I bring a well-rounded understanding of what meaningful support looks like at every stage. I'm certified in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT) and draw on CBT and Family Systems Therapy to tailor my approach to each person I work with. Whether you're processing anxiety, depression, past trauma, managing family conflict, or moving through a difficult life transition, I'm here to help you build toward your goals
Taking the first step toward therapy can be challenging, and I'm glad you're here. I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with a Master's degree in Counseling, and I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families facing a variety of life's challenges. Throughout my career, I've helped individuals navigate trauma, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use challenges, family conflict, relationship difficulties, and major life transitions. My experience includes supporting youth with emotional and behavioral challenges, individuals impacted by community and gun violence, adults living with serious mental illnesses, and people working toward recovery and personal growth. As someone who grew up in North Philadelphia, I understand the importance of resilience, community, and having a safe space where you can feel heard and supported. My goal is to create a welcoming, nonjudgmental environment where we can work together to build on your strengths, develop healthy coping skills, and create meaningful, lasting change.
Taking the time to start therapy and acknowledge our own personal struggles is the first, and often times, most difficult step in the healing process. I believe that therapy can offer the space for one to process relationships, career changes, grief, and life transitions in depth with safety and clarity. As a therapist, I aim to offer insight in helping clients identify their own values and assist them in aligning said values with their life choices to connect one's sense of self. I also help clients explore how their experiences may have impacted them and offering ways one can use that understanding for self healing and growth.
Greetings! I'm Ed, and I specialize in supporting individuals facing challenges such as depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and substance abuse. If you find that your enjoyment of life's simple pleasures is waning or if the demands of everyday life feel overwhelming, I'm here to help.
My primary goal is to establish a solid working relationship with you, empowering you to make lasting positive changes. I strive to create a safe, supportive, and confidential environment where you can feel comfortable addressing your concerns openly.
In my practice, I draw upon evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, principles of Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness meditation. By incorporating these methods, I aim to guide you toward a more fulfilling and balanced life.
Together, we'll explore your unique circumstances and work collaboratively to develop strategies that promote personal growth, emotional well-being, and improved relationships. I'm dedicated to assisting you on your journey towards positive change.

It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.
I love what I do as a Licensed Clinical Therapist. To me, there's no better job than showing people how to use their minds to work for them instead of against them by getting past their mental blocks and past traumas so they don't have to suffer any longer.
Specifically, I work with two groups - couples and parents. Couples that aren't communicating very well that have lost that once special connection with their partner and parents struggling with their children's behaviors.

Feeling stuck, exhausted, disconnected, or uncertain about yourself and where you're headed? Whatever it is that led you here, I'm glad you're here—you don't have to carry it on your own. As a therapist, my aim is to provide a space to navigate the path forward and connect with your true self.
My style is described as warm, caring, collaborative, and real. I believe healing happens through genuine connection, and I strive to create a therapy space that feels meaningful and authentically human—with room for humor along the way. My goal is to help you connect with your inherent strengths and discover your ability to grow and thrive.
Welcome. I’m glad you’re here. In my practice, I provide a compassionate, trauma-informed space where you can feel completely safe, seen, and understood. Rooted in a Person-Centered philosophy, I believe you are the ultimate expert on your own life. By blending this deep empathy with practical, humanistic DBT skills, we won't just talk about change; we will actively collaborate to build the real-world tools—like mindfulness and emotion regulation—that help you reclaim your power and create a life that feels truly worth living.

They value clear communication, gentle accountability, and a therapist who helps them connect their values to achievable goals. My ideal clients are ready to engage in the therapeutic process, even if they’re unsure where to begin—they simply know they want to feel better and create healthier patterns in their lives.

Hey there, I’m Chris! If you feel like you’re giving everything you’ve got and it’s still not enough, you’re not alone. Maybe you’re stuck in patterns of people-pleasing, emotional spirals, or shutdown, even though you look “put together” on the outside. Life, relationships, and work all feel like too much. You’re tired of being told to “just try harder” or "figure it out." I get it!
I’m a licensed counselor with over 22 years of experience, and I know these struggles personally. I was diagnosed with ADHD at 36 and have raised 3 kids with ADHD (one also has Autism). I know how isolating it feels when we just can't keep up or "do the things" everybody else seems to do so effortlessly. My approach is compassionate and collaborative; we are teammates working together. Clients often say it’s the first time therapy has truly made sense.
Therapy with me isn’t about fixing who you are. It’s about understanding yourself, building tools that actually work for you in your life, and creating a space where you feel seen, supported, and accepted. I offer online therapy in PA, FL, and SC.

The journey will not always be easy, but you do have the ability to change things. Book a session to begin the path to a better life for yourself and/or your partner.
Are you struggling to remain psychologically flexible in an ever-changing world? Psychological flexibility means contacting the present moment fully as a conscious human being and based on what the situation affords, changing or persisting in behavior in the service of chosen values.
I work with clients to address a variety of behavioral, social, and emotional problems, including mood and anxiety disorders, codependency, life transitions, substance abuse, co-occurring disorders, ADD/ADHD and Autism.
Being a veteran of the United States Air Force I value helping military family members and veterans with transitional issues as well as other concerns. I have experience working in addiction treatment and enjoy working with individuals in recovery to address their underlying mental health concerns.

I’m a therapist who works with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, relationship patterns, and life transitions. Many of my clients are thoughtful, self-aware, and high-functioning, yet find themselves stuck in cycles of overthinking, emotional overwhelm, or patterns in relationships that don’t feel fulfilling. You may understand why you do what you do, but still feel unsure how to change it.
In our work together, I focus on helping you connect the dots between your past experiences, current patterns, and the goals you have for your life. Through a collaborative and supportive process, we build both insight and practical tools so you can feel more grounded, confident, and in control. Over time, this work often leads to healthier relationships, improved emotional balance, and a stronger sense of self.
In our first few sessions, we'll take time to understand what's brought you to therapy and what your're hoping will feel different. From there, I'll share tools you can practice between sessions, but we'll always move at a pace that feels right to you. I work especially well with clients who are ready to show up and do the work. Welcome! Many of us seek therapy, counseling, psychological treatment, or guidance from professionals at different junctures in our lives. Maybe a relationship isn't as fulfilling as you like, or a traumatic experience continues to haunt and stifle you from moving forward, or you are overwhelmed by sadness and facing a significant loss. Whatever your reason for seeking out a therapist, I am here to help you better understand yourself in relation to life events, your thoughts, your behaviors, societal and family factors and most importantly, here to help you decide how to move forward.
Welcome! I'm Damaris, a bilingual (English/Spanish) Licensed Professional Counselor. I enjoy helping older teens and adults navigate difficult seasons of life while discovering their strengths and creating positive change. I have a particular passion for supporting individuals recovering from trauma and helping them reconnect with a sense of safety, empowerment, and hope. I believe therapy works best when you feel comfortable being yourself, so I strive to create a warm, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can talk openly about what's on your mind. Together, we'll explore challenges, celebrate progress, and work toward the life you want to build.
I have worked in the mental health field for over 20 years, providing care across a wide range of settings, including in-home services, outpatient therapy, and community mental health. Throughout my career, I've had the privilege of working with children, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics, giving me a broad understanding of the unique challenges people face throughout life.
Today, I specialize in working with high achievers who appear to have it all together on the outside but quietly struggle with anxiety, perfectionism, people-pleasing, unresolved trauma, burnout, or the pressure of always being the one others rely on. I also enjoy supporting healthcare professionals, business owners, young adults navigating life transitions, and individuals who have left previous therapy feeling like something was still missing.
Many of my clients already understand their struggles intellectually, yet still feel stuck emotionally. My approach goes beyond insight by integrating evidence-based, trauma-informed therapy with neuroscience, nervous system regulation, somatic techniques, and mindfulness to help create lasting change. Healing often requires more than changing your thoughts. It also involves helping your brain and body learn that you are safe.
I believe therapy shouldn't end when the session ends. Together, we'll actively work toward your goals, and I often provide personalized worksheets, reflections, and practical exercises between sessions to help you apply what you've learned in everyday life. My passion for nervous system regulation is both professional and personal. My own journey with autoimmune illness deepened my understanding of the mind-body connection and reinforced my belief in the body's capacity to heal and recover when given the right support. My goal is to create a space where you feel deeply understood, challenged with compassion, and empowered to move beyond surviving toward a life that feels more grounded, connected, and authentically yours.

I am an experienced therapist, licensed in the state of Pennsylvania since 2018. I have a passion for working with people from all different backgrounds, cultures, lifestyles, and ethnicity. I remain open-minded to whatever the client's needs are and tailor therapy techniques and approaches to best fit the client's needs. While meeting with each client, I try to imagine what it must be like to be this person and to experience all of the things they have gone through and are going through. I find myself able to connect with each one of my clients on a personal level to give every individual the same respect, dignity, understanding, empathy, compassion, and time, a person deserves while actively listening to what the client is saying verbally and non-verbally. I am always learning new information, and therapy techniques, and growing my skills while increasing my abilities and knowledge in the mental health field and applying this knowledge to my everyday practice. Each of my clients teaches me something new and in turn, I utilize this knowledge gained to grow both personally, spiritually, and professionally and enrich myself as a therapist.
I recognize it takes courage to engage in the process of therapy. I appreciate your motivation and will work respectfully with you to create a positive, collaborative, therapeutic relationship. The focus of my practice is helping people to overcome and understand issues that impact their quality of life. I provide a safe judgment-free space where my clients can feel comfortable discussing the issues they wish to resolve or find difficult to deal with. I have found the process of developing a therapeutic relationship to be profound and fundamentally important to facilitating growth and change. I am ready to assist you in these stages of change and help you to reach your goals. I am looking forward to joining you on your journey! Hello! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and have enjoyed being a practicing clinician for over 20 years. I've worked in both in-patient and out-patients settings. I've worked with persons struggling with chronic recurring symptoms, in need of medication management, as well as those who've found life transitions challenging and are in need of guidance. I've enjoyed working with teens, young adults, families in crisis, couples and individuals.
Since I was 17, I’d always wanted to be a therapist. I learned that sometimes it takes more than just healing the mind in order to heal the whole person. That means that sometimes people need healing on emotional, psychological and spiritual levels. I then received two masters degrees, one in mental health counseling, and the other in the applied healing arts. Utilizing both these degrees has helped me to combine both traditional and alternative therapies into my work.
