Hello and welcome. My name is Marla Jones.
Are you struggling with people who are important to you in your life? Your spouse, your children, co-workers, and others? Do you lack a meaningful connection with yourself and others? Or desire for deeper, more satisfying relationships?
I help individuals who are experiencing relationship issues, depression, anxiety, grief, family dysfunction and violence. I am a trauma-informed helper, with a specialization in relationship dynamics, specifically, the perpetration and victimization of Intimate Partner Violence and Domestic Abuse. It is my goal to provide people with the lasting tools to navigate the relationships we need to be successful in our own lives. I use a variety of methods that are person-centered, collaborative, and personalized to the presenting concern. These methods are deprived of Cognitive Behavioral and Realty Therapies. These methods include self-awareness and evaluation, mindfulness, perception reframing, and planning for and executing new helping behaviors. My clients are given the unique opportunity to become an active participant in their personal growth and well-being. I believe that when people began to take their power back through personal accountability, responsibility, and empowerment; healing and transformation will soon follow. I look forward to growing with you.
My approach blends mindfulness, practical strategies, and talk therapy in a compassionate, down-to-earth way. I help people who feel overwhelmed by their emotions, stuck in self-doubt, or exhausted from overthinking. My approach is focused on real change—helping you build emotional resilience, break free from patterns that no longer serve you, and reconnect with who you truly are and who you want to be.

Welcome! So many of us find ourselves overwhelmed by life stressors. We live in a fast paced world with what seems to be ever growing expectations. In the frenzy of career, family and social expectations you may have a growing sense of disconnection. This often shows up as sleep disturbances, tension and irritability.
In order to find balance, I will help you heal through connection. Reconnecting to yourself through journaling, meditation, movement and self exploration,
Reconnecting to ourselves is the first step in building stronger relationships with others. Yes, communication matters in relationships but we must learn to tune into ourselves before we can attune to our partners.

Hello! Welcome to my site, my name is Ryan Brooks Leslie, licensed professional counselor and registered art therapist. I'm glad you found me here. There are few situations in life which are comparable to being in therapy; A helping relationship based on mutual respect, honesty, humility, educated/objective guidance, and genuine connection, in order for you to better navigate this thing we call "life". Being able to say anything, without fear of judgment, reproach, or rejection can allow you to truly face the obstacles that separate you from happiness and freedom; to be the best and most fulfilled version of yourself. I have spent the better part of 18 years educating myself and honing my counseling skills to people in this endeavor, and I must say I love being a therapist and have great confidence in my therapeutic skills and their benefit to you.
I am experienced in addictions, trauma (EMDR- Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), anxiety, bipolar disorder, depression, improving social skills, existential life issues and transitions. I have found that it is often a combination of forces within and without of ourselves that create our unique situations that we need help with. While I have many methods to facilitate processing (talking, art therapy, mindfulness, EMDR), I believe that you are the expert of your unique story and that you have many strengths that will assist you in overcoming the challenges of your life. It takes courage to seek out a more fulfilling and happier life and to take the first steps towards a change. I commend you for your effort and I am here to support, empower and be a fellow traveler on your journey.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania and I have been working as a therapist for 18 years now. I work with all ages, but primarily adolescents and older when using a telehealth platform. I work with those with mental health diagnoses, substance use/dependence disorders, as well as dual diagnosis. I help people explore challenges in their lives and learn how to cope in a healthy manner while learning how to love every piece of who they are.
All behavior is purposeful. This means that we never do anything for no reason. Even when our behavior appears confusing or counterproductive to our values, our behavior has meaning and purpose. Therapy is a setting where we can gain insight about the origins of our perceptions, thinking and behavior. With clearer understanding, we are better equipped to identify factors within our control and consider alternative responses to our conditions. We gain awareness of the needs that are being met by potentially self-defeating thinking or behaviors and have a special opportunity to practice new thinking in the safety of therapy.
I'm Melissa, a psychotherapist in private practice for eight years.
I love working with adults and teens, and my approach to therapy is collaborative and whole life centered.
Areas of specialty include ADHD, relationship issues, trauma, anxiety disorders, gender issues, and PTSD.
I became a therapist because therapy changed me, and continues to empower me.
I'm honored to help you process traumas or life's everyday stressors, support you in meeting goals we design together, and help you better love the one and only unique you.
"The curious paradox is that when I accept myself just as I am, then I can change." - Dr. Carl Rogers
My own ADHD diagnosis at age 30 was life altering, and continues to fuel my compassion for neurodivergent clients struggling to figure themselves out.
I also love empowering clients to strengthen their relationships, have more empathy for themselves and others, and discover what calm contentment means to them and how to achieve it.
Welcome, my name is Kim Mains
