Life can feel overwhelming when emotions seem impossible to manage. In our sessions, you set the pace. We’ll start by identifying what matters most to you and create goals that feel realistic and empowering. I draw from evidence-based methods such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and emotion-regulation skills training. For those processing difficult experiences, we can incorporate EMDR to help reduce distress and promote healing. In our sessions together, I will meet you with compassion and evidence-based techniques so you can identify and overcome any barriers that you feel are holding you back. I also use Narrative Therapy to help you re-author your story—one that highlights your resilience, strengths, and growth. In our first session, we’ll use Motivational Interviewing to talk through your hopes for therapy, explore any concerns, and begin setting the foundation for change.

Hello, I am Kathleen.
Do you feel overwhelmed, burnt out or pulled in a million different directions? Are you struggling with your relationships, work or health? Is it difficult for you to find time for yourself, let alone, be kind to yourself? Do you feel "stuck" and unable to move forward?
Many of us are experiencing loneliness, depression, anxiety and social isolation, so it is important to make caring for yourself a priority. Therapy can help you feel more connected, balanced and peaceful.
Together, we can help identify what is not working and regain a sense of balance. We'll use a holistic approach, addressing the needs of your body, mind and spirit. We will develop a "toolbox" of coping skills and create new insights and awarenesses to help you become a happier and healthier version of yourself.
Seeking therapy can feel threatening but it's one of the greatest gifts you can give to yourself and by doing so also give to others.
In our sessions, I will meet you with kindness, compassion, humor and evidence-based modalities, so you can overcome obstacles and habits that may be holding you back. My goal as your therapist is to provide a safe, supportive and empathic environment in which to work through current issues, conflicting relationships and/or past pain.
I look forward to meeting you and working together.
Hi, I'm Angela, a licensed therapist in Pennsylvania who supports women struggling with anxiety, burnout, life transitions, and identity shifts to start feeling like themselves again. I specialize in guiding women through the moments that shake your sense of self, including anxiety, burnout, pregnancy and postpartum challenges, career transitions, midlife changes, and the empty nest phase.
I work exclusively with adults who identify as women or with women’s experiences. Many of my clients are exhausted from holding everything together while quietly wondering, 'is this all there is?' They’ve often spent so long prioritizing everyone else that they’ve lost touch with their own needs, desires, and sense of self. You deserve more than just coping — you deserve support in reconnecting with yourself and your life.
Having faced my own struggles, I understand the courage it takes to show up for yourself. I support women in embracing their full selves, with all their strengths, scars, and stories, without judgment or pressure to “be fixed.”
My approach is warm, trauma-informed, and deeply practical, blending evidence-based tools such as CBT, mindfulness, and emotional regulation strategies so you leave each session with real skills. Whether you’re navigating early motherhood, a major life transition, or a midlife crossroads asking, 'who am I now?' this is a space where you don’t have to perform, explain yourself, or have it together. You just have to show up. I’d be honored to support you in this next chapter of your life.
With close to 20 years of experience working for the Philadelphia Courts system and a background in communications prior to obtaining my Masters in Counseling Psychology, I excel at finding communicable common ground between individuals. I incorporate multiple treatment modalities in order to find the perfect combination of techniques in order to facilitate positive change in my clients' lives. My personal and professional philosophy is "Life is simple, people complicate it". Let's make things simple again.
Hi, I’m Tyisha B. Wright, a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, ACS) serving New Jersey and Pennsylvania with over 20 years of experience in mental health and developmental disabilities. My approach is real, person-centered, and focused on helping you reconnect with who you are at your core.
I use an eclectic style grounded in Person-Centered Therapy, while incorporating Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. I focus on the here and now—understanding that the past is a reflection of who we are today, but not a limitation on how we move forward.
In our work together, we’ll focus on identifying triggers, learning how to validate yourself, and understanding your value. I also incorporate the use of the five senses in therapy to help you slow down, become more present, and fully connect with your inner and outer experiences as you grow into who you are.
I am Licensed Professional Counselor in Pennsylvania, recognized by the National Board for Certified Counselors, and granted approval as a Telehealth Registered Professional Counselor Provider by The South Carolina Professional Counselors Board. I work with my clients to create a safe environment where thoughts and feelings can be sorted out and shared without fear of judgment. I like to focus on identifying strengths. My clients refer to me as supportive, compassionate, with a good sense of humor and someone who genuinely loves and cares. I believe in total wellness as the key to help you become your confident and favorite self.
Hi I'm Dr. Yvonne Foster. I recieved my Doctorate from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and I am a Licenced Professional Counselor. I have been in practice for over 25 years and love working with a diverse population of individuals. At this point in my career, I have worked with individuals, couples and families to address issues stemming from childhood and adult crisis, as well as, work and family life stressors. I work to quickly assess the issues affecting my client's lives and then assist them in addressing and making the cognitive or behavioral changes necessary to improve their daily functioning and mental health.
Hi! I'm a Registered Art Therapist (ATR) and a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania with 5 years of experience in the therapy field. I love supporting teens and adults in building awareness around how experiences have shaped them and ways to unlearn some of the habits that are no longer serving them. I use art therapy and mindfulness to support clients in exploring their authentic selves and building resilience. Whether you are new to therapy or have tried talk therapy and are ready to try something different, I am here to help! I am honored to be able to offer guidance to clients in feeling safe and at peace in the present moment and move forward on their journey of self-understanding.
I am a therapist who specializes in Addiction Recovery, Anxiety and Depressive Disorders. I prefer a Biopsychosocial approach to therapy. I recognize that past trauma, maladaptive thought patterns and environment contribute greatly to how we perceive others and how we "show up" in the world. My job is to challenge thought patterns and support growth while clients empower themselves to make change and develop strategies to improve circumstances.
I’m direct, honest, and down to earth. I’ll point out patterns, blind spots, and ways you may be holding yourself back while staying grounded and respectful. Clients often say I “tell it like it is,” but still feel seen and supported.
I also bring a sense of humor into the work when it fits. Therapy doesn’t have to feel stiff or overly clinical to be meaningful. Some conversations will be deep and challenging, and others will include moments of levity, humor, or calling things out in a way that just feels real.
You don’t have to filter yourself here. You can speak freely, even if that means being blunt, emotional, messy, using whatever language feels natural to you, or making a sarcastic joke in the middle of something hard. I’m not focused on perfection; I’m focused on honesty and helping you actually move forward.
This work is a good fit if you’re open to new ideas, comfortable with being challenged, and willing to apply what we discuss beyond our sessions. I offer practical tools designed for consistent use over time, not quick fixes to immediately eliminate discomfort. My role is to help you understand patterns and make meaningful changes, not to provide step-by-step instructions for immediate relief.
"True success is the predictable result of hard work, patience, sacrifice & learning put into practice everyday." - Unknown

My goal is to respectfully challenge and guide clientele to look within themselves since they are the best expert on their own life and choices so that they can discover the innate skills and abilities that can take them to higher heights within their situations and lives.

“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”

Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Pennsylvania. I have a deep passion for understanding the human experience and supporting individuals as they overcome the barriers that prevent them from becoming their ideal selves.
With nearly eight years of experience in the mental health field, I have worked with children, adolescents, adults, families, parents, and guardians from diverse backgrounds. My work has focused on helping clients navigate a wide range of challenges, including emotional regulation, behavioral concerns, relationship issues, and negative thought patterns. I strive to create a safe, supportive environment where individuals can explore, grow, and develop practical tools for lasting change.
I’m Dr. Ward, and I help people who are tired of pretending they’re okay when they’re not. My clients are strong, capable, and deeply overwhelmed; managing relationships that feel distant, kids who need more than they can give, and the weight of everyone else’s needs on their shoulders. I work with individuals and couples who are running on empty but still showing up every day, quietly asking, “What about me?”
In therapy, we make space for you. We untangle the pressure, the silence, the self-doubt, and we start telling the truth. Not just about what’s going wrong, but about what you want, what you deserve, and how to stop shrinking to survive. My work is honest, direct, deeply compassionate, and always rooted in helping you feel like yourself again, not the version of you that’s just barely holding it together.

I believe therapy is a collaborative process, and my role is to walk beside you—offering support, compassion, and guidance—as you grow and evolve into the person you strive to become. I’m a husband and dad to three boys (ages 16, 13 and 8), and family is a huge part of my life. We live on a 20-acre homestead where we raise chickens, goats, pigs, and cows, and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Life on the farm keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, hard work, and slowing down to enjoy what really matters. Faith and community are also central for me. I’m actively involved in my church, and I see my work as an extension of that calling to walk alongside others.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. Alongside my therapy work, I am starting a tech start-up, I’ve run an online store, and I even dabble in Bitcoin mining. I enjoy the challenge of building things from the ground up and thinking outside the box. I also read a lot, and my libertarian leanings have been shaped by writers like Murray Rothbard. The conservative/libertarian focus on freedom, personal responsibility and low time preference connects deeply with how I approach life and therapy: we’re at our best when we are free to live with responsibility in society, own our choices, and pursue truth apart from coercion.
When it comes to therapy itself, I integrate my faith with practical, proven methods. I use Christian Counseling, CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help people grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My goal is to give you a space where your values are respected, your faith is honored, and you feel equipped to face life’s challenges with hope and clarity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, family, freedom, and practical tools for change, I’d love to walk with you on your journey.

I am an older male with many years of experience. I am familiar and proficient in utilizing psychodynamic therapy as well as more prevalent modalities such as CBT, ACT and mindfulness. I am also proficient in couples therapy. I have studied emotionally focused treatment and have also helped couples to improve their physical intimacy. In recent years I have studied mindfulness and integrate it into other modalities such as ACT.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 20 years of experience in community settings, transitional housing programs, and family court. With a background in the creative arts and a passion for problem-solving, I became a therapist to help others build meaningful lives—just as I sought to do for myself. I integrate clinical expertise with creativity to support clients in developing personalized coping strategies and designing the life they want to live.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
