I am a licensed therapist who works with adults navigating the ups and downs of life, meeting you wherever you are in your mental health journey and helping you build on the strengths you already have. I believe therapy can bring clarity, ease distress, uncover what truly matters to you, and support you in moving forward. Together, we’ll create a safe and supportive space to explore challenges and find your way toward greater understanding, balance, and well-being.
I bring a grounded, compassionate presence to our work, creating an environment where you can feel comfortable bringing whatever is on your mind. My approach is calm, lighthearted, and sometimes a little quirky. If you’re a dog lover, I’d be happy to introduce you to my furry “co-therapists,” who are always eager for attention.
I can help find relief and lasting change. This begins with the very useful concept of two simultaneous paths when struggling in life...
1- How can clients ADDRESS, or take action to remedy or lessen, the sources of their struggles?
2- How clients COPE in effective healthy ways?
Addressing and coping are central in my work, and clients find this CBT approach to be highly valuable and effective.
I have worked in an inpatient behavioral health center for the last 15 years which has provided me a great opportunity to gain experience with most of the reasons why someone would seek therapy. I prefer to not take the role of the "expert" in therapy and feel it is important to have a collaborative approach. That doesn't mean that I won't challenge you or point out maladaptive behavioral patterns/thought processes. I pride myself on being personal and authentic while keeping the focus on you.

Hello! I am a Licensed Professional Counselor based in Pennsylvania and I have been working as a therapist for 19 years now. I work with all ages, but primarily adolescents and older when using a telehealth platform. “My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”

Hi, I’m George. I’m not just a mental health therapist, but a health therapist. Mind and body are always connected, so I use an integrative approach to help people achieve wellness both mentally and physically. Are you depressed and also have chronic pain? Or feel overly anxious and have stomach issues? Or do you have PTSD and can’t sleep at night? These pairings are actually the norm rather than the exception. I’m here to treat all of you, the parts that everyone sees and the parts where you suffer alone.
My approach is judgment-free. As a fellow traveler, I know that no matter how much you are weighed down by pain, fear, or sadness, there is beauty inside you, so let’s treat your wounds and amplify your natural strengths to help you reach your goals.
I will listen to your story and validate your struggle. I will also challenge you when needed to clarify your thinking, improve daily habits, regulate your emotions, and mend strained relationships. I use whatever tools are needed to help you find peace, whether it’s traditional talk therapy, mindfulness, humor, storytelling, or getting outdoors in nature, together we will find what works best for you.

Let’s explore together!
My name is Kaleb. I am a Christian, a husband, a father, and a military veteran. I strive to help others recognize that healing is possible. It must be received, and we cannot achieve it on our own. Together, we can set the stage for healing to happen, but it requires intentional work, and it can be hard. The work we do requires Honest self-reflection, Openness to changing how we see things and do things, and a Willingness to put in the work to make meaningful change happen. My goal is to help you learn to recognize things that are within your control - your reactions, your words, your behaviors - and to change the things within your control that are not helping you be who you want to be. When this recognition starts to shape, then change will naturally come out of this.

Whether you are struggling with anxiety, stress, life transitions, relationship concerns, self-worth, emotional eating, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself, I help you uncover the root causes of your challenges while building practical tools for lasting change.

Instead, it's about helping you reconnect with your strengths, gain insight into patterns that may be holding you back, and create a life that feels more aligned with who you truly are. We will work through your personalized goals to help you move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and intention.
I believe true health is not built through perfection or extremes, but through sustainable habits, self-awareness, and learning how to work with your body instead of against it. I treat individuals of all ages with a variety of backgrounds and experiences. However, I especially enjoy working with children and adolescents who are struggling with anxiety and worry as well as those who experienced the loss of a loved one or pet.

I believe that the telehealth platform provides an incredible opportunity to connect and work together in a relaxed setting. It would be my pleasure to work with you! My name is Kim Sylla and I have been interested in the field of social services since childhood when I enthusiastically listened to the life stories of those around me including friends, neighbors and extended relatives. This interest grew with with my first therapist volunteer experience -- at the age of 20 -- with individuals who had substance use and mental health disorders. Since then I have had a wide array of additional volunteer and work experiences with adults and adolescents undergoing various life challenges at work, school, home and in the larger community. My varied experience, training and education prepared me to use an integrative therapeutic approach that draws on cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness, dialectical behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing and ecological systems theory.

Taking the first step toward therapy can feel difficult, but meaningful change is possible. I look forward to supporting you and your family on that journey.
I’m Jeff. I know that there are so many misguided beliefs about therapy that it can seem too overwhelming to give it a try. However, as your therapist, it’s my job to coach you through the discomfort and encourage you to make insights into lasting change. Therapy doesn’t have to be a complete upheaval process or drastic edit to your identity. I work with my clients by empowering them to hone in on their strengths and believe in their desired outcomes. With small, thoughtful reflections and inspired actions, we can improve your life exponentially.

Hello and welcome!
My name is Danielle, and I am a licensed LPC with over twenty years of experience working in clinical, school, and home settings. I recognize the increasing complexity of modern life. With each year, we accumulate more experiences, both positive and negative, that we are expected to process while "keeping it all together". I have a Master's Degree in Education from West Chester University, which I enthusiastically use to help my clients learn to thrive in our challenging world. I view every client relationship as a unique opportunity to serve as a positive and impactful influence that inspires lasting and meaningful change. As a parent, daughter, caregiver, sibling, and partner, I understand the pressure and expectations of modern relationships and the flexibility needed to manage daily struggles while staying motivated, focused, and stable. Similar to many of the clients I work with, I recognize that even the good days are exhausting and demanding. My ideal client is someone ready to choose to show up for themselves and engage in the process of self-transformation to create the outcomes they desire. You deserve to become the best version of yourself. I welcome the opportunity to walk with you on this journey.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor and Certified Advanced Grief Counseling Specialist (CAGCS) with over five years of experience supporting people through cancer, serious illness, grief, and loss. As a two-time breast cancer survivor myself, I bring both professional training and personal understanding to this work, not because I have all the answers, but because I know that no two experiences are the same.
If you're facing a cancer diagnosis, navigating life after treatment, living with chronic illness or chronic pain, grieving a loss, or caring for someone seriously ill, you don't have to carry that alone. I work with family caregivers as well as the nurses and healthcare professionals who carry this work every day. My approach is warm, grounded, and deeply human, drawing on Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) and Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). I meet you exactly where you are, without judgment.
Grief doesn't follow a timeline, and neither does healing. Whether your loss is recent or resurfacing years later, whether you're newly diagnosed, deep in treatment, in survivorship, or supporting someone you love through it all, you deserve a space that is entirely yours. A place to say the things you can't say anywhere else.
I see clients via telehealth across Pennsylvania.
