“My style of therapy draws from Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment therapy/mindfulness. My passion is for learning your story and working alongside you to find the solutions that work for you. I’m here to help you examine what you’ve already lived through and find the path forward. In my work with people with trauma I’ve learned that we often need the reminder – no matter what you have struggled with; you are a survivor and that needs to be brought to light. Keeping that in mind, I am guided by the client towards the goals that they feel are necessary for their treatment.”

Hi, my name is Matthew Berry and I congratulate you for taking the most difficult step towards therapy. What brings you here today? Having trouble with handling life stressors? Having difficulty with handling your emotions if it anxiety, depression, anger, etc.?
I help all kinds of people who are suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, Borderline Personality Disorder, people with addictions as well as the LGBTQIA+ community and health professionals. We can work together to accomplish the goals of situations you would like to change. I will help to give you the tools to guide you to having a more fulfilling life.
If you are feeling like everything is out of your control, I am here to help. You will be entering a safe space that is nonjudgmental and validating. You may have many questions still and I can answer them to make you feel more comfortable.
Hello, I’m Colleen.
Does it feel as if you are giving more energy than you have or that there are too many things and not enough mental energy to juggle all those tasks? Are you finding that your relationships are strained or that keeping up with friends and loved ones seems like an unsurmountable task? Do you find it difficult to give yourself grace and empathy?
I am looking to work with young professionals and adults to help manage anxiety, burnout, depression, and the stressors that come with living in a chaotic world. Together, we can identify the issues that you are facing, discuss how best to manage these feelings and stressors and find a way to make your routine and relationships work with you instead of against you. I have weekend availability to help fit therapy into your busy schedule.
I have worked in the hospital setting for seven years now and feel very comfortable talking with medical professionals about the particularly difficult strains that a career in medicine puts on individuals. Whether it is dealing with the mental load and stress of being a resident, the emotional labor done as a nurse, or the burnout that all individuals in this profession face, I am here to listen and provide non-judgmental feedback to help you manage such a demanding career.
Anxiety, depression, and strained relationships can feel overwhelming and unsurmountable alone, but I’m here to help. In our sessions, I hope to provide a place where you feel safe, and somewhere we can work together to make a plan to make any stressors that you are dealing with manageable. I look forward to working with you.
Hi, I'm a therapist with over thirty years of experience working with individuals, couples, and families and historically getting positive results. I tend to work with families with special members such as teens and seniors. I have always worked with teens as it seemed to be a population others found difficult, but I liked the challenge. Now that I am a senior, I better understand the needs of our demographic. I tend to utilize a Family Systems approach which sees the individual in a family context as the majority has grown up in some form of family, whether related by blood or not. I've also taught Marriage and Family Therapy through what is now Drexel University's Family Therapy Program and have offered professional Supervision as a Clinical Member and Approved Supervisor of the American Association for Marriage and Family Therapy. By working with the client in a collaborative, goal setting manner, faster more positive results seem to be achieved.
I can help you navigate through change: job loss, grief, family estrangement, divorce/breakup, gender exploration, working on anxious attachment or people-pleasing. Together, we can work to integrate trauma, depression, anxiety and other symptoms into a life that feels worthwhile, however you define that. There's definitely more than one path for healing, and what can look like stability to some can be uncomfortably stifling to others. I will utilize a combination of narrative therapy, motivational interviewing, DBT/CBT skills (very optional!), feminist therapy and insight-oriented therapy to help you find your way forward.
My biggest rule in therapy is "no trauma shaming." That is, if you are sharing your trauma and include a qualifier such as "other people have it worse," I will remind you that your trauma is valid! Surviving trauma is difficult enough; shame is a log lying on the train tracks. We can move it, and move forward, with the correct equipment.

Hello. I look forward to working with you. My own background is one of growing up on farms, having little money and ambitious dreams. I did not know what it was but I knew I wanted to go to college and get out of the tobacco fields. My dreams came true. I ended up being a psychologist and a teacher, spending decades working in residential treatment then in schools, the last 13 years working with preschoolers and their families to prepare them to succeed in school. As a teacher, I taught many college and university courses as well as workshops, most recently to address grief and trauma. I am also an artist, a dancer and a writer and like to bring co-creativity to others.
In the early 1990's, I felt led to live and work at or near the world center of Quakers called Pendle Hill in PA. There I studied and taught Arts and Spirituality while also serving as a Psychologist in nearby schools. I came to see the importance of Co-Creativity (creating together a piece of life we truly want to live for). My specialties in the Arts have been writing, visual arts and dancing/movement from a "no wrong way" perspective. I incorporate these into the therapy process as they become beneficial.
For much of my life, I have also been engaged with my own therapeutic process. Having been the client for several years, gives me the perspective of what might be important to you as we work together, never assuming I know or forgetting to ask you.
In our sessions, I want to hear about you, find our starting points and from there develop action plans each session to work on the goals needed to find the life you dream of and are willing to work toward.
I have been working in the field of counseling since 2007. Specialties include: Teenagers and young adults with anxiety, depression, borderline personalities, and LGBTQ+. I have worked in the field of drug and alcohol, private practice, school settings doing wrap-around, and inpatient settings. In my downtime, I enjoy coaching soccer and reffing, along with many other sports, with my 7 kids and 2 grandbabies.

I also work with anxiety disorders and phobias, helping clients better understand their patterns and gradually overcome avoidance so they can live more freely.

My approach is collaborative, nonjudgmental, and tailored to each individual’s goals. I believe therapy should feel both supportive and empowering—giving you the skills, insight, and confidence to navigate life’s challenges long after our work together ends.

I have been a Licensed Clinical Worker for 37 years, treating both men and women of all ages. I have trained and worked on numerous treatment modalities and behavioral health issues. Most recently I worked treating male and female veterans. I did this for the past 18 years until my semi-retirement in 20025. Prior to this work. I had a private practice then worked at various outpatient clinics. My expertise is too extensive to discuss here but I would gladly answer any questions the client might have. I enjoy helping others improve their lives and hope to continue in this role.
I am a clinician that has close to 20 years in the field post graduate culminating up 30 years helping people in various capacities. I value the social work principle of client's right to self determination and meeting the client where they are while focusing on their strengths and helping them shift and grow as they heal from old wounds, manage and solve current stressors and problems, and move forward with confidence with new adaptive skills and transformed perspective.
Hi, I’m Ivy Felder, MA, LPC. I help individuals learn to protect their peace as they navigate life’s challenges with clarity and confidence. I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who values creating a supportive, respectful space where clients feel heard and understood. I approach therapy with empathy, curiosity, and a practical mindset, helping individuals explore challenges while building effective coping strategies. My work focuses on collaboration, insight, and meaningful change. I believe therapy should empower clients with tools and perspective that help them navigate stress, emotional difficulties, and life transitions with greater confidence and resilience.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I provide my clients with a safe space to work through their challenges and express their emotions in a healthy way. I work with those who want to build their self-confidence and create a happier life for themselves. I enjoy making the client a part of their treatment plan and meet them where they are at.
I received my bachelor’s in psychology from Temple University and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Lock Haven University. I have experience working in residential drug and alcohol treatment, halfway houses, mobile therapy, and outpatient therapy.
As everyone is different in their own way, I utilize a person-centered approach to meet each individual where they are. I enjoy utilizing goal setting to help each individual measure their progress and feel accomplished. I look forward to working with you!
I’m a husband and dad to three boys (ages 16, 13 and 8), and family is a huge part of my life. We live on a 20-acre homestead where we raise chickens, goats, pigs, and cows, and we spend a lot of time in the garden. Life on the farm keeps me grounded and reminds me daily of the value of patience, hard work, and slowing down to enjoy what really matters. Faith and community are also central for me. I’m actively involved in my church, and I see my work as an extension of that calling to walk alongside others.
I’ve always had an entrepreneurial streak. Alongside my therapy work, I am starting a tech start-up, I’ve run an online store, and I even dabble in Bitcoin mining. I enjoy the challenge of building things from the ground up and thinking outside the box. I also read a lot, and my libertarian leanings have been shaped by writers like Murray Rothbard. The conservative/libertarian focus on freedom, personal responsibility and low time preference connects deeply with how I approach life and therapy: we’re at our best when we are free to live with responsibility in society, own our choices, and pursue truth apart from coercion.
When it comes to therapy itself, I integrate my faith with practical, proven methods. I use Christian Counseling, CBT, Reality Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and the Gottman Method to help people grow emotionally, spiritually, and relationally. My goal is to give you a space where your values are respected, your faith is honored, and you feel equipped to face life’s challenges with hope and clarity.
If you’re looking for a therapist who understands the importance of faith, family, freedom, and practical tools for change, I’d love to walk with you on your journey.

Hi! I’m Brianna Serrano, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in PA and NJ with specialized certification in Perinatal Mental Health (PMH-C).
My background includes over a decade of experience in various settings in healthcare as both a mental health professional and medical social worker with a deep commitment to supporting others through life's most challenging moments.
Throughout my career in healthcare settings, I've walked alongside individuals and families facing illness, loss and major transitions- experiences that taught me the value of presence, compassion and the incredible strength people hold even in times of struggle.
My certification in Perinatal Mental Health allows me to provide specialized care in supporting individuals and families through the emotional highs and lows of pregnancy, postpartum, and early parenthood. Whether you're navigating fertility challenges, birth trauma, perinatal loss, or adjusting to the profound identity shift of becoming a parent, you deserve a space where your experience is honored and your voice is heard.
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Pennsylvania with experience in helping clients with stress and anxiety, trauma and abuse, motivation, self esteem, and confidence, & depression. My expertise is working with adolescents while having a thorough understanding of the school system. Providing counseling in a school setting helped me to learn not only the needs of school students, but the needs of students in the community.
I bring a wide range of life experiences into my work and offer a relaxed, approachable presence in each session. We’ve all received messages throughout our lives—some that have supported us and others that have caused harm. Together, we can begin to sort through those experiences and let go of what no longer serves you. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that we are more than just our minds, and I intentionally integrate the body and spirituality into the work. My background is in progressive Christianity, while remaining open and respectful of all spiritual paths. I believe people grow most effectively in relationship—with support, insight, and accountability guiding the process.

Hi! I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, psychotherapist and a Co-Occurring Disorder Professional Diplomate. I enjoy working with people with diverse issues. I am licensed in both Pennsylvania and Florida, but based primarily in Northeastern PA. As a Marywood University graduate, I have experience in addiction, crisis work, as well as working with folks suffering from anxiety, depression, and grief. I have also worked with domestic violence victims and also offer anger management.
Most couples don’t need more talking—they’re stuck in patterns that keep leading to the same conflict or disconnection. I help individuals and couples identify those patterns and understand how they show up in real time, not just in hindsight. From there, we actively practice new ways of responding so change actually happens, not just insight. My approach is direct, experience-based, and grounded in ACT, with space for faith when it matters to you.

My mission is to help bridge that gap and provide mental health access to everyone, regardless of their class or status.
I wear many hats as a talk-therapist, creative arts therapist, mom, partner, friend, and engaged community member.
