My background has been shaped by walking alongside people through some of life’s most difficult and vulnerable experiences. I began working in hospice care, where I learned the importance of presence, compassion, and creating space for grief and meaning at the end of life. From there, I moved into intensive case management and addiction counseling in a methadone clinic, supporting individuals navigating substance use, trauma, and significant life challenges. Over time, my work has focused more deeply on individuals living with complex trauma, dissociation, personality disorders, severe mental illness, and experiences of domestic violence. These experiences have taught me how important it is to move gently, build trust at a pace that feels safe, and truly meet people where they are. I bring a steady, nonjudgmental presence into the therapy room, with the understanding that healing often begins in feeling seen, understood, and not alone.

Get to know me

In our first session together, here's what you can expect

I use a combination of trauma-informed approaches, including Internal Family Systems (IFS), Brainspotting, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and play therapy for younger clients. My goal is to create a space where clients can safely explore their experiences while building skills for regulation, resilience, and self-understanding. In our work together, we will move at a pace that feels safe and manageable. Therapy may involve understanding patterns, developing tools to regulate the nervous system, and gently processing experiences that continue to affect you today. My goal is to help clients build insight, self-compassion, and a stronger sense of safety within themselves.

The biggest strengths that I bring into our sessions

My approach is warm, humorous, compassionate, and curious. I believe working alongside various age groups, ethnicities, and severe mental illnesses has allowed me to use a more eclectic perspective.

The clients I'm best positioned to serve

All individuals are welcome into therapy. Most often, I see individuals who have a long history of complex PTSD, acute trauma, personality disorders, dissociation, and psychosis. Together, we will work towards goals that feel comfortable, safe, and allow you to regain a sense of freedom. In our work, we will focus on being open, curious, and compassionate towards our inner selves.
