Therapy is a journey, whether you are familiar to the process or just beginning, I am so glad you are here. I'm a licensed counselor with a diverse background, I enjoyed working with those who were incarcerated make better choices for their future on the outside, working with those in active addiction trying to do something to make recovery possible, and working in a busy outpatient mental health clinic. With each experience, I learned how to work with various populations and enhance my skills. The most rewarding part of my job is seeing the "light blub" moment occur with a client or helping a client heal when they are struggling.

My approach is person-centered and strength based so your goals and strengths are highlighted in our work together. I strive to help individuals feel safe to explore the difficulties they may be experiencing regarding issues such as anxiety, depression, and coping skills. I utilize a warm, nonjudgmental, collaborative approach to provide support while exploring these difficulties.
I am a compassionate therapist who is dedicated to supporting individuals with care and respect.
Whether you are navigating a new season of life, feeling stuck, or looking for better balance, therapy can be a space to support you.
Starting therapy can feel like a big step. I congratulate you on starting your journey, and I’m here to make sure that it is meaningful to you. My approach is client-centered and integrative. I believe in empowering individuals to make positive changes and lead fulfilling lives. I am passionate about creating a safe and supportive space where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions, develop coping strategies, and achieve their goals.
Hi, I am so glad you have decided to take a step in healing from your past.
I specialize in working with people who grew up in families where there was some type of instability or turmoil. This could have been from addiction, mental health, abuse, neglect, anger, poverty, foster care placement, religious trauma or anything that caused some form of trauma. Oftentimes times those who grew up in this type of situation feel responsible for it or that somehow they should have fixed it.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker with over 9 years of experience. I'm passionate about helping others navigate life’s challenges with greater clarity, resilience, and self-compassion. I have extensive experience and training working with a variety of needs including but not limited to anxiety, depression, self-injury, behavior and emotion-based challenges, trauma, problematic sexual behavior, self-esteem, and relationship conflicts.
My aim is to empower, support, and motivate clients to develop tools in the areas of emotion regulation, communication, and self-awareness to aid in reducing unhealthy behaviors, relationships, and barriers.
I can provide telehealth services in WA, FL, United States Virgin Islands, and PA. I have been in the field of mental health and substance use disorders for over 20 years. I have worked in many aspects of field from case management to therapist. I have worked with many of my local community agencies to support the diverse populations. I have worked with mostly youth, ages birth to 21, and families. I have worked at a recovery center as a dual diagnosis (substance use and mental health) therapist. I have obtained my master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and substance use disorders from Walden University. I am a national certified counselor, EMDR trained, and ADHD-CSSP (ability to provide ADHD evaluations).
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders, panic, chronic worry, stress, and burnout using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and other evidence-based approaches. I also work with clients experiencing depression, trauma-related symptoms, and life transitions that feel overwhelming or hard to manage alone. In my practice, this means we focus on both understanding what’s happening in this moment and identifying patterns that no longer serve you. Depending on your needs, I may also integrate mindfulness-based strategies, trauma-informed care, behavioral activation, and attachment-focused interventions to support deeper emotional healing and stability. My approach focuses on building real-life tools to help you feel more steady, confident, and in control. It is structured, supportive, and collaborative. CBT is a major focus of my work, meaning we identify thought patterns, emotional responses, and behavioral cycles that keep anxiety, depression and low self esteem going—and actively work to change them in practical ways.

I work with adults who may look like they have things together on the outside but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, stuck, or simply exhausted from carrying everything on their own. You may be dealing with anxiety, relationship difficulties, grief or loss, major life changes, identity concerns, work stress, or just the feeling that something in your life needs to change.
My approach is warm, straightforward, and down-to-earth. Therapy with me is a real conversation—not a clinical interrogation or a place where you have to say the “right” thing. We’ll work together to understand what’s happening, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and develop practical ways to move forward.
I also incorporate evidence-based approaches, including CBT, while tailoring therapy to the person in front of me. You won’t get a one-size-fits-all approach. My goal is for you to leave sessions feeling understood, but also with greater clarity about yourself and where you want to go next.
In addition to my therapy work, I also work as an ICU nurse, which has deeply influenced my perspective on stress, trauma, and the complexity of being human. That experience allows me to bring a grounded, compassionate, and realistic understanding of life’s pressures into the therapy room.
Outside of work, I value quiet, restorative time. I enjoy working out, staying active, and taking care of my own well-being. I love spending time at home with my husband and our pets, and I’m a big fan of unwinding with a good movie. I believe balance, connection, and moments of calm are essential — not just luxuries — and I often help clients explore how to build more of that into their own lives.
Hi, my name is Mary. I am a Licenced Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of PA. I received my Master's Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Kutztown University in 2016. I have been providing counseling serves for the late 8 year with in the community and school setting. I have had the pleasure of working with a varities of individual and families throughout this time.
I have an LPC and an LMFT and have been seeing clients since 1996. I have extensive training in helping people who are going through or have experienced narcissistic abuse and any form of childhood trauma, this includes verbal and emotional abuse, family addictions, or any early childhood experience that would cause one to feel unsafe. I am also experienced in the treatment of anxiety, worry and mood concerns and work with addictions, obsessive compulsive behaviors and any poor coping skills or core beliefs that were developed in order to manage these stressors. I use practices primarily focused on somatic and cognitive therapy but also utilize acceptance commitment therapy, internal family systems, mindfulness and am solution focused. I use homework and assignments aimed at regulating the nervous system in order to repair the fight/flight/freeze response that is often stuck on due to a continuous history of a variety of life stressors (trauma). This trapped and stored trauma continues to trigger the nervous system to respond in ways where we continue to feel unsafe, even after the threats have passed. By working with the nervous system to release this trapped trauma and find safety, we can then have the opportunity to respond to the world differently.
My work focuses particularly on spirituality, addiction, and concerns related to sex and pornography addiction. I bring a wide range of life experiences into my work and offer a relaxed, approachable presence in each session. We’ve all received messages throughout our lives—some that have supported us and others that have caused harm. Together, we can begin to sort through those experiences and let go of what no longer serves you. I take a holistic approach, recognizing that we are more than just our minds, and I intentionally integrate the body and spirituality into the work. My background is in progressive Christianity, while remaining open and respectful of all spiritual paths. I believe people grow most effectively in relationship—with support, insight, and accountability guiding the process.

I have worked in mental health for over 20 years. I received my BA in Psychology in 1994 and my Masters in Social Work in 1997. Since then, I have worked in various settings including the Behavioral Health System of Philadelphia, numerous behavioral health facilities which include psychiatric units, detox and rehabs, college counseling settings and in assisted living/nursing facilities with older adults. In 2013, I started an in person private practice and then made the jump to telehealth during the pandemic. I find that telehealth is much more accessible and convenient for clients as we are still able to do amazing work together!
Do you ever feel stuck? Do you feel like nobody understands what you are going through? Do you feel like you have burdened friends and family with your worries even though you know they love you? Do you feel like you have the answers but nobody around you is listening? You do not have to have a major mental health diagnosis to go to therapy. You may be going through a life transition or having trouble communicating with others. You might be surrounded by others with deeper issues which is affecting your mental health. Or you might be suffering from anxiety, depression or past unresolved trauma. You might have disordered eating, obsessive-compulsive tendencies or an urge to use alcohol or drugs to self-medicate your pain. You might be coping in ways that aren’t healthy but that is how you learned to cope. I can help you navigate whatever place you are in and help to elevate you to a healthier space where you feel happier and more in tune with yourself. There are numerous reasons why people come to therapy. Just know that with me, you will be in a judgement free zone and I will utilize my many years of experience to assist you to getting to a better place.
I work with anyone over 16 years old. I have specialized experience working with college aged clients and the older adult population. I have a long history of working with those from the LGBTQIA+ population as well. I look forward to meeting and connecting with you!

I would like to take time to listen to you and help you to explore what is really creating a struggle for you. I look forward to meeting and working with you so you can reclaim living your life to the fullest.

The transition to parenthood and constant changes once you’re there are some of the most transformative experiences a person can go through during their life. This time is both beautiful and stressful. Whether it’s your first or your fifth+ child, in today’s world, almost all of us- both moms and dads- can benefit from some additional support in the years of pregnancy and raising children.
My practice aims to assist you through all of the normal and abnormal challenges of this time that is short-lived but has long-lasting impacts on ourselves and our families. While each individual and family is unique in their needs and ways that they grow, common goals achieved in counseling include feeling more connected to yourself, your baby or child, and your partner; changing unhealthy family patterns you don’t want to repeat from past generations; feeling more confident in yourself as a parent and partner; improving work-life balance; feeling more supported and less alone; developing your unique identity as a parent and embracing this stage of life; and improving persistent feelings of anxiety, depression, shame, anger, and feeling overwhelmed.
If you are struggling, want to better support a partner who is struggling, or would just like to utilize this uniquely powerful time in your life to become more of the person you want to be, I would love to meet you.
