(she/her)
Hi, I’m Ashley. If you’re feeling stressed, overwhelmed, or like you’re carrying a lot on your own, you don’t have to do it alone. Taking the first step toward support can feel big, and I’m glad you’re here. I’m a licensed clinician in Pennsylvania with over five years of experience supporting individuals and families. I work with clients navigating stress and anxiety, pregnancy and birth experiences, perinatal mental health, infant mental health, family conflict, and parenting challenges. I also support concerns related to motivation, self-esteem, and confidence. I believe you are the expert on your own story, and that you already have strengths we can build on together. My role is to help you feel understood, identify what’s getting in the way, and develop practical tools that support meaningful change. We’ll move at a pace that feels manageable and create goals that fit your life.
Our first session is a chance for us to get to know each other and make sure you feel comfortable. We’ll talk about what brought you to therapy, what you’re hoping will change, and what support would feel most helpful right now. Together, we’ll clarify your goals and talk through what you can expect from therapy moving forward. You’ll have space to ask questions, share what’s on your mind, and leave the session with a clearer sense of direction.
My greatest strength as a therapist is my nonjudgmental, collaborative approach. I want you to feel respected and supported, not judged. We work as a team to reach your goals, and I’ll consistently check in to make sure our work feels helpful and aligned with what matters to you. I take time to identify your strengths and use them as a foundation for growth. We’ll focus on practical strategies and meaningful insight so you can feel more confident, grounded, and capable in daily life.
I’m best able to support individuals experiencing anxiety and depression, as well as those navigating perinatal mental health challenges, women’s health concerns, parenting stress, family conflict, and self-esteem issues. I work especially well with clients who are ready to build on their strengths and use therapy as a space for growth, problem-solving, and self-discovery. If you’re looking for a supportive partner as you make changes in your life, I’d be honored to work with you.

I believe every client is unique, so the most effective work happens when we meet together and find the approach that fits them best. I draw on my experience with infant mental health principles, CBT, DBT skills, attachment theory, and parenting strategies.
