Broadly speaking, my therapeutic aproach of counseling falls into a behavioral model through which I usually work to address the problems identified. Quite simply, and through various and applicable therapeutic modalities, I recall past details and tie them together with new facts to help clients better understand themselves.

Hi, I'm Jean Messeroux, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with an MSW from Columbia University and over eleven years of experience supporting people through some of the most formative and demanding seasons of their lives. My background spans education and healthcare, where I worked as a teacher, social worker, and social emotional learning facilitator, and that experience shaped a practice built on the belief that therapy should feel practical, human, and connected to what you're actually living through, not detached from it. I work with a wide range of people, students figuring out who they are, professionals managing pressure and burnout, parents balancing everything at once, and athletes navigating performance and identity, because the core work of understanding yourself and building healthier patterns looks similar no matter what world you come from. Whatever brought you here, my goal is to create a space where you feel seen quickly and leave with tools you can actually use.
I provide holistic, trauma-informed mental health care that integrates mind, body, and spirit to support growth and healing. Fluent in both Spanish and English, I am committed to culturally responsive care and I have extensive experience supporting adults, teens, and families navigating life transitions, emotional stress, identity challenges, and trauma. Hi, I'm Marjorie, an experienced clinical social worker, licensed in the states of Pennsylvania and New Jersey. My specialties include working with adults from varied backgrounds, identities, and cultures who suffer from symptoms of depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, and/or mood disorders.
There may be times in your life when you are struggling. Perhaps you are overwhelmed with anxiety or depression which is interfering with your day-to-day living and/or work. Perhaps you are experiencing unhappiness in important relationships, or you are resorting to unhealthy ways of coping such as self-isolation, disordered eating, self-harm activities, or other self-sabotaging behaviors. You may generally feel "less than," or feel as if you don't fit in, feel conflicted about your identity, feel debilitated by worry, fears or depressive symptoms, and/or may be suffering from loss of significant relationships.
The "work" of therapy can offer relief from painful symptoms and conflicts while addressing your particular patterns of thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, particularly those that are holding you back from a more productive and fulfilling life.
My goal is to listen and work with you to understand your unique experiences, identify patterns of underlying thoughts and feelings about yourself and others, examine how your past may have informed your present, and provide a safe space for you to explore yourself. Together we will identify those patterns that are not working for you to find strategies, personal to you, to overcome them.
My therapeutic modalities include Cognitive Behavioral and Psychodynamic approaches and often include DBT practices such as mindfulness and guided meditation techniques.
My name is Dr. Allie Hennis. I'm a compassionate, open, and collaborative therapist who believes deeply in the power of the therapeutic relationship. Since 2002, I've helped adults struggling with anxiety, overthinking, people-pleasing, relationship concerns, fear of rejection or abandonment, difficulty setting boundaries, low self-esteem, and attachment or family-of-origin issues. I especially enjoy working with insightful, growth-oriented clients who want to better understand themselves, heal old hurts, and create healthier patterns in their lives and relationships.
I’m Dr. Saima Sandhu, PhD, a Licensed Professional Counselor with advanced training in psychology (PhD, MPhil), as well as academic backgrounds in genetics and computer science. I work with individuals and couples ready for meaningful therapeutic work, using a compassionate, integrative, and insight-oriented approach that blends evidence-based care with cultural and spiritual sensitivity to support clarity, healing, and lasting growth.
If you’ve tried therapy and still feel stuck, the approach may be the problem, not you. Many of my clients have already done “the work,” and talking through their struggles wasn’t enough. They needed a more targeted treatment from the start.
If you know your thoughts aren’t rational but can’t stop them, feel trapped by routines you can’t break, are avoiding more of your life to manage anxiety, or have withdrawn and lost motivation, that’s what I treat. I use Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP), a form of exposure therapy, along with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), behavioral activation, and Habit Reversal Training. These are structured, evidence-based treatments, and every session is practical, so you leave with tools you can use right away.
I work with adults dealing with obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD) in all its forms, including intrusive thoughts, contamination fears, harm and relationship OCD, “Pure O,” and taboo themes that feel shameful or out of character. There’s no thought too disturbing to bring to me. I also treat panic disorder, agoraphobia, social anxiety, generalized anxiety, health anxiety, depression, including depression that hasn’t responded to earlier treatment, skin picking (dermatillomania), hair pulling (trichotillomania), and hoarding disorder.
I’m warm and direct. I’ll be honest about what treatment involves, what progress realistically looks like, and whether I’m the right fit. If I’m not, I’ll point you to someone who is. ERP asks you to face things you’ve been avoiding, and I’ll guide you at a pace that works for you. The people who do best with me are done managing symptoms and ready to change them. If that’s where you are, reach out.
I grew up and currently live on a farm in Western Pennsylvania. I pride myself in being transparent and a regular person just like each one of my clients. I'm laid back and not perfect by any means. However, I am real and transparent. I love hunting, fishing, sports, and anything outdoors. I am able to get along and work with anyone, even if we disagree or don't share the same values and/or views.
I am a licensed therapist with ten years experience working in the mental health field with children, teens, and adolescents. I am here to create a space where you can feel truly seen and heard. I believe everyone deserves a safe environment to explore their thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment. My approach centers around meeting you where you are, validating your unique journey, and supporting you through personal growth.
I’m Alex, a Licensed Professional Counselor who helps people understand their patterns, deepen their relationships, and reconnect with themselves. If you're a Millennial or Gen Z adult feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, constant stress, or persistent overthinking, you're not alone. Anxiety can make it difficult to stay present, maintain routines, manage responsibilities, or enjoy everyday life. For many people, OCD adds another layer of distress through intrusive thoughts, excessive doubt, rumination, or compulsive behaviors that can leave you feeling stuck.
I specialize in treating anxiety disorders and OCD using Exposure Response Prevention (ERP) and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT). ERP helps you gradually face feared thoughts and situations while learning to resist compulsions. CBT provides practical, evidence-based strategies to reduce anxiety, challenge unhelpful thinking patterns, and build lasting confidence.
Healing starts with one small, courageous step—and that step might simply be sending an email or making a phone call. You don't have to keep managing this alone. I'm here to help you build the skills to move forward and create a life that's guided by your values, not by anxiety or OCD.

I am married and have two daughters in the mental health field. I offer remote and in person session to individuals, couples and families. I love my profession and enjoy meeting new people.
Thank you for taking the time to take a look at my profile! Therapy should be uniquely tailored to each person. I work with clients to identify patterns of behavior that may have contributed to difficulties in relationships—with family, friends, or at work or school—and help find ways to create positive change. We learn to change our perspective on life, our past, our entire reality, and recognize that we really can control how we think and what we think about.
One of the primary purposes of coming to therapy is to be heard. I am here to listen and work with you to come up with a solution to the problem or issues you may be having.
I've worked with many clients coping with anxiety and depression, in particular, which has led to the development of a different approach that combines parts of a few different proven techniques. This approach is designed to change your perspective on your mental illness and learn new ways to cope, adjust, and adapt.
We work together to find what practical exercises you can use to better manage out of control emotions when they arise.
