Dr. Toshi Francis has worked in the field of social service for over 18+ years, dealing with all aspects of work-related trauma, depression, anxiety, and medical trauma(prenatal/postpartum). Dr. Francis is a graduate of Clark Atlanta University with a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a minor in business administration. She also graduated from Adelphi University’s MSW program and Capella University with a PhD in psychology. Dr. Francis is recognized as a leading workplace mental health scientist.
Being heard, relaxed, and understood after the session. In our first session together, we'll start with brief introductions, then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.

I love working with working professionals and entrepreneurs who are in the early stages of their careers or businesses. My clients are eager to improve, but they don't yet have the necessary tools to make this goal a reality. They often feel stuck, overwhelmed, and anxious about their careers.
I have a strength-based approach. I am solution-based in sessions. I meet clients where they are. I focus on the cognitively distorted thoughts and behaviors. I have discussions around the thoughts and behaviors. We will engage in role-playing and use worksheets to support the discussion.
