I want to assist individuals ages 5 to 99+, on their chosen paths to living a healthy, mentally stable lifestyle by creating a safe, compassionate, and caring environment where individuals are free to be themselves, where they are comfortable in their skins, where they can identify their strengths, identify their goals, and pursue those goals on their timeline. I also want to strive to assist individuals so that they are able to be within their family and define their norms while achieving that vision while developing positive self-esteem, healthy coping skills, and appropriate boundaries.

Hello, I'm Dr. Ellinor Burke and I'm a psychologist licensed in the state of Georgia. I've been in practice for more than 20 years and I've struggled with some of the same issues many of you do. I have developed effective treatments for Obsessive Compulsive Disorder because I have dealt with this disorder myself. If you're looking for an effective treatment I have one. Many of us are worriers and have anxiety related to this. Anxiety can have a draining effect on your life but it is treatable. .I use cognitive and behavioral therapy combined with supportive therapy to help you get to that positive place in your life. If you're dealing with depression I'm also here to help by looking at how your thoughts feelings and behaviors influence each other and how we can work together to deal with these issues. I see patients with varying issues and from many age groups. All in all a diverse population.
I was a school psychologist for more than ten years and I do educational assessments as well as therapy for adolescents. I find teenagers are some of the most challenging and rewarding to work with.
My work is very emotionally rewarding which is why I've been in practice for so many years. I'm now considering expanding my practice to a hybrid practice which will include seeing clients both remotely and in my office. Therapy begins with me getting to know you and for you to feel comfortable with me. I strive to create a safe and welcoming environment because therapy works when we have a positive connection which I hope we will have.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who provides boutique-style therapy for professional women who are ready for real change. I work well with high-functioning women who may appear strong and capable on the outside, but internally feel overwhelmed, anxious, emotionally exhausted, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them.
My approach is supportive, honest, structured, and intentional. Therapy with me is not passive venting only. I help clients identify what is keeping them stuck, strengthen emotional awareness, improve boundaries, reduce overthinking, and create practical shifts that support lasting growth.
Clients often come to me when they are ready to stop simply coping and begin moving with more clarity, confidence, emotional balance, and purpose. My work is grounded in evidence-based approaches and guided by compassion, accountability, collaboration, and respect.
I have been in the field for about 12 years now. Along with being an Licensed Professional Counselor, I am also a Master Addictions Counselor and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider. I've run the gamut of variations in my mental health career: program manager, clinical supervisor, community trainer, policy advisor. Each variation informs my style in direct care. I live in the woods on a small hold farm and when I'm not in session, I am usually either splitting wood or working in the garden.

west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I’ve worked with a wide variety of clients between outpatient clinic work, inpatient psychiatric facilities, and everything between! In my free time I read, play video games, take too many pictures of my dog, and doom scroll when my ADHD won't let me focus on anything else.
I’ve learned many ways of coping with anxiety and depression, stress from home or work, along with many other issues. I work with a lot of couples who struggle with communication, infidelity, and a host of other problems that can come up at any stage in your lives together.
I may not be your typical therapist who is warm and fuzzy, but I’m down to earth and connect with nearly every client I meet. I will give any client a shot. Feel free to reach out to me with any questions!
I have lived a long and colorful life. Like everyone else, I've made good and bad choices and learned from each. I have 22+ years experience in the mental health and substance abuse treatment field. I DO NOT JUDGE, AT ALL, PERIOD. I can be both blunt and gentle as appropriate. My role is to offer another perspective, a way to see life more fully and function better, no more, no less. I don't pretend to have all the answers but only one slice of wisdom. I just share what can help someone. Some people are not yet ready to be helped. Yet for those who are feeling lost on life's journey and are willing to listen and learn, I'm here to assist. My life work can be summed up in three words, "offering people hope. "

I am a master’s level licensed clinical mental health counselor (LMHC), (LPC) and credentialed SUD Counselor (CASAC-A) (CADC II) with training and expertise in both Cognitive Behavior Therapy as well as psychodynamic treatment. I work with young adults and adults and have expertise in treating patients with depression, anxiety, PTSD, compulsive, addictive behaviors and domestic violence. I work with clients to identify and reduce these painful symptoms. Clients are then freer to use their energy in pursuit of their goals. I work with young, midlife, and older adults. I develop a safe and collaborative relationship with clients. In that context, I do short and long-term psychotherapy and train clients to use specific protocols to modify symptoms that are in the way of personal and professional functioning. My approach provides support, guidance, and education to help you become the best version of yourself and work towards achieving your goals. I consider it an honor to work alongside you, and I look forward to meeting you soon.

Hi! I am Ramona Hall. I’m a licensed professional counselor based in South Georgia. I am glad you are here and taking the first step towards better mental health. I want you to feel safe and comfortable from the moment we meet. I want to walk alongside you as you discover the best version of yourself. I received my Master's degree from Liberty University, and I have been practicing in the mental health field for over 6 years.
Hi, I’m Akemi. Welcome!
I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who loves helping people over 30 navigate the messy middle of life- those seasons of transition, anxiety, and self-doubt that can leave you feeling stuck or unsure of your next steps. My passion is helping you sort through those feelings, rebuild confidence, and move forward with clarity and hope.
For clients who want to bring faith into the process, I also provide Christian counseling, blending biblical truth with practical, evidence-based therapy. Whether your faith is the foundation of your life or just one piece of your journey, we’ll incorporate it in a way that feels authentic to you.
I’ll admit, I’m a bit of a brain nerd. I enjoy teaching clients what’s happening in their mind and body, why it can feel so hard to break old habits, how subconscious thoughts drive behavior, and practical ways to retrain the nervous system. (Geeky? Yes. Helpful? Absolutely.)
My style is warm, encouraging, and goal-focused. I’ll meet you right where you are with compassion, honesty, and this is the "judgement free zone", like Planet Fitness!
Outside of the therapy room, I’ve authored two books, 15 Minute Journal Prompts for the Postpartum Mom and Mindful Mandalas for Moms and I’m currently working on my third book.
While I don’t specialize in treating bipolar disorder, borderline personality disorder, schizophrenia, eating disorders, or substance use disorders, I’m always happy to refer clients to trusted colleagues who do.
At the heart of my work is a simple belief: therapy should feel like a safe, uplifting space where you can be yourself, work through what’s weighing on you, and take meaningful steps toward the life you want. It would be an honor to walk alongside you on that journey.
