Is emotional upheaval getting in the way of moving forward with your life? I would love the opportunity to help you to sort through the sources of the emotions, help to make them more manageable, and help you to regain some sense of direction and progress for your life. Working toward more refined beliefs and understanding about emotions, circumstances, and responses to them can be helpful.
In my roughly 30 years as a psychologist I have mostly worked with people who have problems with anxiety, depression, PTSD, anger, relationship problems, and aging issues. I have worked with ages ranging from elementary school to 70s and a little older. I have found that experience allows me to realize client needs more quickly than in my early years in practice, and hope to use this experience to your benefit.
Note that online scheduling is limited, and my practice schedule is Monday and Tuesday from 1pm to 6pm, and Wednesday from 12pm to 5pm. If you need assistance with scheduling, please contact me via the Grow Therapy messaging platform. I typically respond to messages during regular business hours. Please also note that I do not provide opinions about disability or fitness to return to work or other activities.
My dream came true to start Mustard Seed Counseling with my husband after he retired from the military. I love Jesus, family, coffee, and helping people improve their mental health. I’m a therapist who helps you remember who you are beneath the self-doubt, survival patterns, and old stories. My approach is compassionate, intuitive, and rooted in the belief that healing happens when we reconnect with the parts of ourselves we’ve had to hide or silence—especially the inner child. I work at the intersection of self-worth, spirituality, and soul-aligned growth, supporting clients in finding clarity, confidence, and deeper meaning.
I specialize in working with those who feel like they’ve spent a lifetime holding it all together while feeling unseen or disconnected on the inside. Many of my clients are navigating transitions—whether it’s stepping into adulthood, breaking generational cycles, leaving behind people-pleasing, or exploring who they are beyond roles and expectations. If you’ve ever felt like you're constantly performing, second-guessing yourself, or longing to feel safe in your truth, you’re not alone.
In our work together, I draw from evidence-based therapies like Internal Family Systems (IFS), CBT, and somatic practices, while also incorporating space for spiritual exploration, ancestral healing, and intuitive insight. I honor each client’s cultural, emotional, and energetic experiences and believe in co-creating a space where all parts of you are welcome.
This is more than just symptom management—it’s about coming home to yourself. I’m here to walk with you as you reclaim your voice, reconnect with your purpose, and live more fully in alignment with who you truly are—mind, body, and spirit.

I see our work together as a team effort. Each client I see has his or her own story and unique perspective on that story, and I believe that within that story are the seeds to healing. Hello my name is Korin Best and I specialize in anxiety, stress management, depression, and substance abuse/recovery. I work with ages 13-50. I graduated in 2010 from Argosy University with a Master's degree in Community Counseling and a concentration on Marriage and Family Therapy. I have been working in the mental health field for 14 years and 8 of those years were spent in inpatient psychiatric/substance abuse hospitals.
I have had many professional and personal experiences that have enriched my skills and compassion for my clients and their diverse backgrounds. I love helping others reach their maximum holistic potential and believe that it is important to treat the whole person. I focus on self-care as the foundation of each of my client's journeys as they work toward meeting their specific treatment goals.
I’m Dr. Daren Waters, Sr., a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, Empowerment Coach, and Counselor who helps individuals and couples move from conflict to clarity and from pain to purpose. For over two decades, I’ve guided clients through restoration, identity, and alignment, creating safe spaces where they can be heard, valued, and renewed. As a former football coach, I have developed an approach to therapy that will allow me to utilize coaching concepts to address the needs of my clients. It encompasses a direct approach to address problems with the a level of understanding and empathy that will support a change in behavior. This works well with my CBT background. Therefore I have branded myself as The Therapy Coach. Which means that I am more than just a therapist to my clients.
I know how easy it is to become the person everyone depends on while quietly carrying stress, pressure, anxiety, or emotional pain underneath the surface. Many of the clients I work with are high functioning professionals, caregivers, parents, and leaders who are used to pushing through life while putting their own emotional needs on the back burner. Over time, that emotional weight can start showing up in relationships, work, sleep, mood, self esteem, or simply feeling disconnected from yourself.
My goal as a therapist is to create a space where you no longer feel like you have to hold everything together alone.
I specialize in EMDR therapy and work with adults and couples navigating trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship stress, and emotional overwhelm. My approach is warm, grounded, and direct. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation with someone who is present, engaged, and genuinely invested in helping you heal and grow.
Together, we will explore not only what is happening in the present, but also how past experiences may still be shaping the way you think, feel, react, and connect with others today. EMDR can help reduce the emotional intensity connected to painful experiences so you can move through life with greater clarity, confidence, and peace.
With over 16 years of experience in mental health and substance use recovery, I am passionate about helping people move out of survival mode and feel more emotionally connected, balanced, and like themselves again.
I provide virtual therapy to clients in Georgia, Florida, and Virginia.

I'm someone who experienced many adverse childhood experiences and academic challenges to be where I am in life requires determination, faith and relentless hope. So I would be doing a injustice myself and others to not be being a bridge builder. When I'm not working I enjoy walking in the park, going to the gym, going on cruises and hanging out with my wife and kids.
As a licensed therapist with over nine years of experience, I specialize in supporting individuals through complex emotional landscapes. Drawing from evidence-based practices, I create a supportive environment where clients can explore their challenges, build resilience, and reconnect with their inner strength. My approach is collaborative, affirming, and tailored to meet each individual's specific needs and goals.
Hey! I’m D’Alma!
Do you have a hard time saying no? Are you the "strong" friend? Do you feel stuck? Are you having a hard time moving through and past the emotional turmoil? If you answered yes to any of these questions then you have found the right place.
Life isn’t always easy. Sometimes, even the strongest people amongst us need a little bit of help to work through some of life’s more challenging problems. I am here to help you. Therapy is a partnership. We will work together to achieve your goals.

Hi, I’m Keira, a therapist for women who are tired of overthinking, feeling stuck, and carrying everything on their own.
You might be high-functioning in your day-to-day life, but internally feel anxious, overwhelmed, or disconnected from yourself. Maybe you’ve tried to “figure it out” on your own, but keep running into the same patterns.
I specialize in insight-oriented therapy—helping you understand not just what you’re feeling, but why. Together, we’ll look at the deeper patterns shaping your thoughts, relationships, and emotions so you can create meaningful, lasting change.
My approach is warm, direct, and collaborative. I won’t just sit back and nod—I’ll help you see things from new angles, challenge what’s not working, and support you in building a stronger, more grounded sense of self.
I work best with clients who are open to self-reflection and interested in understanding themselves on a deeper level. If you’re looking for a space to explore, gain insight, and make lasting changes, we’ll likely be a good fit.
I'm a Licensed Professional Counselor. I am passionate about helping clients reach their treatment goals. Outside of behavioral health care and in my free time, I enjoy being a homebody and all of the peace that comes with it, activity nights with my family, and listening to music.
In Therapy, I operate with the belief that my clients are the experts in their life and I am the professional. We work together to maximize clients reaching their goals in therapy. I rely on the client's expertise in their life experiences as much as they rely on my professional knowledge, compassion and skill sets in therapeutic sessions. I know my clients possess an inner strength and resiliency that promotes the groundwork for therapy. My welcoming, compassionate, and relaxed counseling style creates an environment where patients feel understood and valued, and where they can be their authentic selves without fear of judgment.
I practice by a simple model: words are only soothing to the ear but my acts of tenderness and kindness act as a beacon to guide you through your turbulent times. This simple phrase means I can offer words of encouragement but it is my actions that make a difference. Please recognize that life can one better or bitter. We can work to build to make life better.
My name is Bill Massey and I am a licensed clinical social worker practicing in
west central Georgia and east central Alabama. I graduated from the University of Georgia's MSW program in 1993 and became an LCSW in 1996. I have worked in home health and hospice for most of my career with a strong emphasis on geriatrics and dementia care. I have experience in inpatient psychiatric settings and residential services as well.
I am looking to fill a niche that I have seen wanting attention for some time. For many years I have seen elders and their families in their homes but had to refer out any counseling other than crisis intervention to outpatient therapists. The problem is that I have been referring homebound people for outpatient therapy. This is not effective for many reasons.
With the help of Grow Therapy, I intend to offer my services of counseling and case management to people in the comfort of their own homes. I will become a mobile mental health provider to serve a population that has gone largely underserved for all too long. My coverage area for in-home therapy will be Lee, Russell, and Chambers counties in Alabama as well as Muscogee, Chattahoochee, and Harris Counties in Georgia.
I am opening up limited appointment times for virtual counseling as of mid May 2024.

I specialize in helping people develop a healthy adaptability and the dynamism needed to thrive through solution-focused counseling. I also provide Christian counseling for individuals who desire it. I believe that addressing the whole person: the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual health, empowers the individual to take charge of his/her own care.
